Role Overview:
The purpose of the Menu Liaison is to ensure that the on-site inventory is accurately represented online and in-store for customers and employees. Because the Menu is the center of Emjay's operational infrastructure, the Menu Liaison must be able to work with and respond to multiple departments within Emjay such as Retail, Delivery, Growth, Photography, Customer Support and Purchasing. Much of the work required for the Menu Liaison includes updating the digital menu for the Emjay website and 3rd party platforms (such as Weedmaps). This includes working closely with on-site and remote teams and keeping all parties and departments informed of price changes, discounts and promotions, etc. while also responding and correcting any discrepancies found on the Menu or the website.
Duties:
- Monitor the Emjay Menu Data Health for each site and fixing any issues pertaining to SKUs with missing pictures, description, phenotype, etc.
- Verify that SKUs reflect accurate product information displayed on the website and update SKU profiles if there is a discrepancy this can include but is not limited to
- Product name with respect to Emjay naming conventions
- Addressing duplicate SKUs
- Category, METRC Category, Weight/volume of product, Phenotype
- Price, Vendor, Brand
- Respond to any issues on the menu in regards to problems posted on Menu Support Slack channels and escalate to the appropriate party when unable to resolve
- Coordinate with Intakers to photograph new SKUs within a 24 hour turnaround time
- Follow photography SOPs and send all pictures to Photographer for editing
- Coordinates with photographer on uploads, edits and reshoots
- Maintain and order photography equipment as needed
- Takes pictures for social media for new SKUs, CADs, special events, in-store deals/advertisements etc
- Uploads and updates brand photos for the website
- Update Blaze/Stockroom with discounts in a timely manner with respect to beginning and end dates as directed by Purchasing, Store Manager, Growth, or Inventory Operations
- Coordinate promotion of slow moving SKUs or expiring batches with Store Management and on-site staff
- Oversee the construction and deconstruction of Bundles while maintaining a running list of bundle component batches with respect to digital and physical organization of products
- Provide Growth department with content that will be used for social media content and marketing initiatives
- Communicate new SKUs and popular SKUs
- Interface with Brand reps on acquiring assets for growth, associate training materials, expiring or non-compliant products
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Extreme attention to detail and highly-responsive to the needs of the menu
- 4 year Bachelor of Arts in Communication, English, Business, Marketing, Photography, Fine Arts, Design, etc. desired
- Familiarity with Blaze POS, METRC, Looker and general cannabis knowledge is a plus
- Equal parts data driven and creative capabilities
- Detail oriented while maintaining time sensitive deadlines

Role Overview:
You will foster a unified working environment and promote leadership principles, providing support to the Store Manager in communicating and tracking performance goals. You will focus on aligning leads of teams and associates to achieve goals through strategic initiatives, incentives, and coaching; this duty will be shared with the Store Manager as well.
Your main objective will be to maintain the management of the "track and trace" system, along with weekly and monthly reconciliation and audits. Sec § 5049. Track and Trace Reporting. You will be responsible for the receiving and storing of all cannabis inventory, with the objective to maintain shrinkage at or below the threshold determined by inventory operations.
As a primary responsibility, you will own communication of weekly goals as set by store management on staffing, sales, and operational metrics. You will be the first point of contact for staff on goals and schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile on-hand inventory and report shrink monthly according to inventory operations policy
- Coordinate vendor delivery schedules and protocol with Purchasing
- Coordinate in-store brand events with onsite staff to ensure adequate preparation - CADs, Promos, Daily Deal
- Assist Store Manager in conducting weekly check-ins with staff
- Maintain adequate inventory levels to fulfill retail and delivery demand by establishing thresholds for product availability. (attention to sales, dynamic and promotional SKUs)
- Oversee product ingestion and storage across retail and delivery departments
- Ensure retail display SKUs match on-hand inventory and are displayed accurately
- Partner with Store Manager on scheduling within budget and according to staffing needs in consideration of volume
- Ensure all shift coverage is met, and manage shift call-out/call-ins and releases.
- Assist with cash management in preparation for bank deposit or waller/register drop/reset.
- Provide coaching to staff in the followings areas:
- Goal setting and tracking
- Cross-training
- Performance Improvement by area
- Quarterly Reviews will be conducted by both the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager
- Attend weekly and Monthly KPIs and step in for Store Manager as needed
- Enforce and adhere to all company policies
- Other duties as assigned
KPIs & Reporting:
- Inventory KPIs ( subject to change in monthly/weekly meetings)
- Compliance Audit - ensure the store and associated are up to date with any compliance updates and breaches.
- Assist Store Manager in weekly reporting on store performance

Role Overview:
The Order Fulfillment Associate (OFA) will be responsible for loading out couriers efficiently, keeping track of assigned devices, cases, and documents, processing orders for delivery on a first-come, first-serve basis. Efficiency, urgency, and attention to detail will be key in this role to prevent loss and ensure accuracy and timeliness. To be successful in this position, an OFA will be responsible for meeting production and packaging goals, preparing orders for pickup and delivery by the Courier team, exceeding quality control standards, assisting with product reconciliations, and working with the live-operations team to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Responsibilities:
- Fulfill and pack Hub-and-Spoke orders for Courier Success to assign to participate in getting couriers on the road with orders
- Collect return task orders and scan them back into inventory and return them to Vault
- Ensure order accuracy and efficient
- Prepare to hand off packed orders to the Courier once assigned by Dispatch
- Check the schedule and communicate if we will have enough
- Loadouts, terminals, and cases to be assigned for the day
- Verify the check-out and return of all equipment and ensure that it is returned and stored correctly and in compliance at the end of the Courier shift.
- Communicates with Courier Success Manager in regards to call-outs, changes in scheduling, or requests for an increase in labor
- The first point of contact for the couriers to call into when on the road to troubleshoot, report incidents or changes in road conditions/hazards
- Communicates changes to the order assignment, any changes from Dispatch to work around routes closures, spikes in traffic, and increased volume
- Couriers can reach out to confirm for authorization on where to park, how to proceed with terminal issues and special circumstances on the road
- Ensure that couriers take a meal break within the first 6 hours of shift, reduce OT, and do not over assign the order
- Checks of the courier checklist for badge, uniform, and documents
- Reviews daily opening/closing SOP and reports to Delivery Hub Manager
- Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the workspace
- Ensures compliance and accuracy involving all product tracking, product security, and product movement procedures

We are looking for our next Intaker Superstar! The role of the Intaker is to receive and stock product deliveries while helping maintain inventory accuracy. All sellable products are entered into inventory, labeled, and tracked by the intake team. Intakers are expected to keep inventory organized and separated by batch for accurate selling and tracking.
Efficiency, urgency, and attention to detail will be key in this role to prevent loss and ensure accuracy and timeliness. They will be responsible for meeting production and packaging goals, exceeding quality control standards, product reconciliations and working effectively as a member of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Reviews daily opening/closing SOP
- Fulfills orders, and works with Retail Managers to refresh displays and flower on display.
- Adheres to compliance as per BCC and store policy.
- Assist with inventory reconciliation (to be done in daily increments)
- Ensuring 100% compliance and accuracy involving all product tracking, product security, and product movement procedures.
- Pack, unpack, and mark stock items, using labeling devices.
- Responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the processing room/vault.

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in cannabis, specifically in inventory
- Exceptional continuous improvement process skills in direct and indirect areas
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Blaze App or similar inventory tools and processes.
- Physical requirements: climbing, standing, stooping, or typing.
- Ability to work with a team
- Detail Oriented
- Be willing to submit to a background check.
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be willing to commute on site to the office
- Must be available to work full-time hours for any available shift
- Pay: $18.00 per hour, and benefits eligible on the 1st of the month following 60 days of hire

Role Overview:
As Inventory Manager for Emjay, your objective will be to help us maintain and maximize our “track and trace” system, perform regular reconciliation and audits in accordance with BCC § 5049. Track and Trace Reporting.

Delivery CoordinatorReports to Delivery Supervisor
Role Overview: You will be responsible for loading out couriers efficiently, and keeping track of assigned devices, cases, and documents. You will own the preparation for order pick up and communication with live operations to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Responsibilities:
- Get couriers in and out ASAP!
- Monitor courier schedules and prepare equipment before they start their shift
- Check out all equipment and ensure that it is returned and stored correctly and in compliance at the end of the couriers shift

Depot Support

Courier Support
- The first point of contact for the couriers to call into when on the road to troubleshoot, report incidents, or changes in road conditions/hazards

- Couriers can reach out to confirm for authorization on where to park, how to proceed with terminal issues, and special circumstances on the road.

Responsibilities
- Effectively dispatch all active and scheduled delivery orders in a timely manner via emjay proprietary software
- Communicate with delivery customers via phone, text, and email
- Provide courier support and success - coordinate rescue, technical support, etc
- Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions
- Prioritize order routing according to urgency and road conditions
Requirements
- Age 21 or older
- Strong dispatch experience
- Outstanding multitasking abilities
- Technical person with strong computer skills
- Comfortable with Google GSuites (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Sound judgment and critical thinking
- Dispatchers must be flexible to work weekends and holiday
- Fast learner & comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Clean criminal record

Job Duties:
- Develop efficient routes to ensure that deliveries are made in a timely fashion
- Maintain contact with drivers throughout their shifts and address any routing issues they might have
- Monitor road conditions, construction zones, and accidents in order to revise routes as needed
- Answer calls from delivery drivers and relay any emergencies they have to the appropriate channels
- Other duties as requested

Processor:
Job Summary:
The processors will be cannabis experts, to sort, process and package our products for the dispensary and delivery to customers. The processing team is responsible for packing quality, high-end products for storage and customer order fulfillment -- packaged with love and professionalism. They will be responsible for meeting production and packaging goals, exceeding quality control standards, product reconciliations and working effectively as a member of our team. We are looking for team members for long term employment to join us in our immense growth of the company.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensuring 100% compliance and accuracy involving all product tracking, product security, and product movement procedures
- Ability to multitask efficiently, with minimal supervision
- Reconcile/Count inventory daily
- Assist in monitoring processing supplies and inventory.
- Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promoting safety in the workplace.
- Pack, unpack, and mark stock items, using labeling devices
- Responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the processing room/vault
- Diligent, capable of completing a variety of processing tasks in a need-based ordering system
- Comply with all state and local laws per new cannabis regulations
Employment Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Be highly organized, clean and efficient
- Punctuality & Attendance: You show up on time in a consistent and reliable manner
- Positive attitude; works well with others
- Knowledge of cannabis products and accessories
- Computer savvy; working knowledge of Excel and Google spreadsheets

- Data Entry of new and updated SKU's
- Writing detailed descriptions for all product
- Coordinating with the intake team to make sure all product is accounted for and entered correctly
