Position: Inventory Fulfillment Specialist
REDI is an Adult Use Cannabis Dispensary that operates a retail location in the City of Newton, Massachusetts. REDI operates in a highly regulated environment and must be oriented toward regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for processing and fulfilling orders and assisting with maintaining the smooth flow of cannabis from intake to point-of-sale.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Fulfill incoming orders with high accuracy
- Effectively utilize the state-mandated point-of-sale software
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory is reflected on our online menu by conducting frequent inventory assessments of products in the fulfillment and point-of-sale areas
- Immediately report any inventory discrepancies to the Dispensary General Manager for further action
- Assist with monthly inventory audits
- Assist with daily opening and closing procedures
- Maintain compliance with all Company policies, standards, values, and procedures
- Participate in staff training and maintain product and industry knowledge
- Assist with and receive product deliveries
- Follow directives of the Assistant Manager or General Manager
Qualifications
Education:
- Minimum of a high school degree required; college degree preferred
- Combination of education and work experience will be considered
Work Experience
- Data entry experience required
- Customer service experience
- Experience in warehouse inventory control or related area helpful
- Experience as Assistant Inventory Manager or Product Associate in retail dispensary is preferred
- Considerable exposure to retail cultures focused on well-developed standard operating procedures and employee training programs is critical
- Work history that demonstrates stability, progressive responsibility, and willingness to accept new duties
Capabilities and Skills:
- Cannabis experience and knowledge preferred
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills

Position: A Dispensary Shift Lead is the front-line supervisor responsible for the duties of all RSA's and acts as a liaison between customers and Redi's management. Job Summary: The Field Marketing Coordinator (“MC”) will drive business through marketing initiatives that will raise brand awareness and enhance the company’s reputation. Primarily, the MC will execute plans and strategies for wholesale support and expansion and will also be involved in GC’s community outreach initiatives. The MC will stay informed about the cannabis market, trends and competition and will build relationships with wholesale vendors, community leaders and internal teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Be a liaison between Good Chemistry Nurseries and our Wholesale and Community Relations partners.
Manage wholesale customer budtender education programs, educating the budtenders around GCN history and values, our story, the nurseries and breeding program, and our flower.
Partner with the Wholesale sales team to continue to develop and enhance the in-store pop up experience and other 3rd party collaborations.
Manage the pop-up schedule, GC Gear giveaways and all other tasks related to the pop-up program.
Conduct regular store visits and audits
Manage weekly website audits to ensure wholesale customers have the digital marketing assets needed
Provide digital content, display collateral, budtender training, product samples to wholesale customers.
Provide relevant photos and videos of events and pop ups to the social media team for use in GC’s various platforms.
With guidance from the Vice President of Brand and the creative team, oversee the execution of all outward facing events in MA.
Organize and support community and other sponsored events.
Assist in distribution of messaging and marketing materials.
Act as onsite event manager as needed.
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
Reliable transportation required
Resident of Western MA or Northeast MA preferred
Experience as a brand ambassador in liquor, cannabis or other wholesale retail focused industry is a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION
At Your Green Package, the Cannabis Transporter is primarily responsible for a daily route of deliveries from marijuana establishments to other marijuana establishments. The Cannabis Transporter will coordinate with the dispatch team to make sure products are delivered in a timely manner. The Cannabis Transporter position is a hybrid role that combines driving a delivery vehicle and providing superior customer service all while working in a professional manner with our partnered marijuana establishments. The Cannabis Transporter reports directly to the Head of Delivery Operations.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Follow YGP Policies & Procedures for daily operations and fully comply with state marijuana regulations

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
- Experienced driving 15′ or 16′ box truck
- 25 years old or over (Required)
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Valid Driver’s License (Required): Minimum driving history of 3 years
- Clean driving record (Required)
- Must be able to pass a drug screen (Required; THC is not a disqualifier)
- Ability to be flexible with varying work hours to cover all transportation needs Excellent verbal communication and human relation skills, with strong attention to detail Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION
At Your Green Package, the Cannabis Transporter is primarily responsible for a daily route of deliveries from marijuana establishments to other marijuana establishments. The Cannabis Transporter will coordinate with the dispatch team to make sure products are delivered in a timely manner. The Cannabis Transporter position is a hybrid role that combines driving a delivery vehicle and providing superior customer service all while working in a professional manner with our partnered marijuana establishments. - Follow YGP Policies & Procedures for daily operations and fully comply with state marijuana regulations

Title: Inventory Manager
The Inventory Manager will be responsible for inventory recording, compliance, demand vs. supply, forecasting sales trends, and accuracy in all phases of the retail sale of cannabis products in the dispensary. The Inventory Manager will need to communicate directly and transparently with the inventory team. This role will help bring the brand to life, creating a comprehensive seasonal, annual, and long-term inventory strategy in partnership with the Operations Manager, the Director of Retail Operations, and all store level functional partners to exceed targets.

Position: A Dispensary Shift Lead is the front-line supervisor responsible for the duties of all RSA's and acts as a liaison between customers and Redi's management. Position: Inventory Fulfillment Specialist
REDI is an Adult Use Cannabis Dispensary that operates a retail location in the City of Newton, Massachusetts. REDI operates in a highly regulated environment and must be oriented toward regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
At this time, REDI has implemented a Mandatory Vaccination Policy ~ Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccination by date of hire to be considered. Proof of vaccination required.
The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for processing and fulfilling orders and assisting with maintaining the smooth flow of cannabis from intake to point-of-sale.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Follow Redi Policies and Procedures for daily operations and fully comply with the state marijuana regulations
- Model best-in-class service that consistently exceeds our customers' expectations and builds a long-term rapport
- Provide product expertise and knowledge to customers and explain the potential benefits of each variety and strain of marijuana, as well as methods of use.
- Identify unique needs of each individual customer by demonstrating compassion, empathy and sensitivity.

- Accurately enter all information into the POS system to ensure customer receives the correct product and inventory remains accurate

Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic computer skills, point of sale software and cash management is a plus
- Must successfully complete Redi's RSA role specific training program. This includes passing the dispensing test at the conclusion of the training program and independently performing all functions of the role.

Title: Inventory Shift Lead
The Inventory Shift Lead is responsible and accountable for all aspects of quality control, products entering and leaving the Vault and assisting with managing the Inventory Specialist team including receiving wholesale deliveries.
Authority and supervision:

Duties and responsibilities:
- Aware of and comply with all State and regulatory procedures regarding transportation, tracking, and inventory reporting.
- Receive and confirm all returned Marijuana Infused products from guest return and store waste are secured and properly destroyed.
- Deliver results and strategic direction by ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly on all inventory management and flow.
- Follow REDI's Policies & Procedures for the daily operations as well as fully complying with state marijuana regulations
- Practices FIFO Procedure
- Works alongside the Inventory Captain/s to train new team members.
- Manage discrepancy reporting in Leaflogix and our SOP sharefile inventory system ensuring things are rectified and communicated eliminated loss.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and strains in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
- Must be able to accommodate opening and closing shifts
- Responsible for leading the Fulfillment (Pack) Room, including organizing order tickets, assisting with fulfilling orders, and restocking any low products or batch swaps.
- Responsible for coordinating and receiving any wholesale deliveries.
- Facilitate electronic transportation manifest using METRC and Ensure all received packages in transit have all associated tests, lab results and required labels on all medicated products.
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring an assortment of product, and communicating inventory action items with the Inventory Control Manager
- Coordinate and manage delivery receipt of products preforming tasks including but not limited to accurately counting, weighing, labeling and recording all Marijuana Infused products when accepting a wholesale delivery
- Manage delivery receipt of cannabis products and the creation of SKUs confirming, coordinating, and receiving accuracy of inventory transport manifest. All corrections must be done before delivery driver leaves the store.
- Maintain proportions between medical and recreational inventory.
- Monitor inventory controls to conduct monthly inventory reviews and annual comprehensive inventories of medical marijuana at the facility. A written or electronic record shall be created or maintained of each inventory findings and the employee identification numbers, titles or positions of the person who conducts the inventory.
Qualifications and skills:
- High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in any field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience
- Excellent computer and technical skills, including experience with web browsers, retail POS systems, and credit card processing terminals.
- High-level critical thinking, attention to detail, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills
- Must be comfortable adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing fractions and decimals, and high-volume cash handling

REDI is an Adult Use Cannabis Dispensary that operates a retail location in the City of Natick, Massachusetts. REDI operates in a highly regulated environment and must be oriented toward regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Protect company's property, staff, and visitors by maintaining a highly visible presence on the facility/grounds to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Monitor the ingress and egress of employees, visitors, vendors and customers with the ability to detect suspicious or unsafe activity, investigate disturbances, diffuse situations and evict violators.

The Lab Technician, Level I is responsible for working closely with our laboratory team to develop analytical skills and related experience. - Execute laboratory protocol and procedures under the supervision of the Lab Director.

- Perform QC duties as assigned, including LCS and matrix spikes.

The Cannabis Transporter reports directly to the Head of Delivery Operations.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Follow YGP Policies & Procedures for daily operations and fully comply with state marijuana regulations
- Provide product delivery service from Marijuana establishments to other Marijuana establishments
- Ensures the safe transport of product, that manifests are complete with correct information, package quantities, dates, times, and mileage
- Follow assigned randomized routes and secure delivery services with signal checks as required during each route
- Model best-in-class service that consistently exceeds our customers’ expectations and builds a long-term rapport
- Maintain privacy and confidentiality of sensitive customers information
- Accurately receive, prepare, and complete customers’ transports
- Ensure the delivery vehicle is stocked, clean, and in proper operational order
- Work in close coordination with a team of other Cannabis Transporters, dispatchers, and managers
- Supports the teamwork effort in both starts of day and end of day procedures
- Act as a liaison between Marijuana establishment and YGP management to continually improve the customer experience
- Appropriately escalate customer conflict or complaint, inspiring long-term patient relationships and loyalty to our brand
- Performs other duties and tasks as assigned
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

- Analyze samples consisting of a variety of matrices using traditional laboratory technologies including, but not limited to, HPLC, GC/MS, LC/MS, and ICP/MS. We are looking for someone who has either HPLC, GC/MS, or LC/MS experience.
- Prepare samples for analysis while displaying good laboratory techniques to avoid cross-contamination or misidentified samples.
- Accurately prepare calibration curves and quality control samples.
- Interpret and evaluate data in terms of accuracy, precision, trends, and quality control requirements.
- Maintain laboratory equipment by cleaning, and otherwise ensuring ongoing proper working order. Report equipment issues to supervisor
- Collaborate with the laboratory team to meet reporting deadlines.
- Able to perform method validations, or verifications as needed.
- Manage inventory supplies and alert supervisor in advance when materials must be ordered
- May participate in root cause analysis for quality assurance.
- Assist with training incoming analysts and technicians on methodology.
- Participate in the development or updating of departmental SOP’s.

At Your Green Package, the Cannabis Logistics Dispatcher is primarily responsible for a wide range of activities relating to coordinating the safe delivery of orders and providing excellent customer service. Job Purpose:
The Lab Technician is responsible for working closely with our laboratory team to develop analytical skills and related experience. This position consists of many aspects from homogenizing, weighing and extracting samples, performing quality control checks, verifying various support equipment and properly disposing of all waste.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Execute laboratory protocol and procedures under the supervision of the Lab Director.
- Regularly display good laboratory technique to avoid cross-contamination or misidentified samples.
- Perform sample preparation procedures including homogenization, weighing and liquid extraction.
- Perform QC duties as assigned, including LCS and matrix spikes.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative tests, as assigned.
- Utilize the LIMS system to create batches, enter sample prep information and maintain physical and electronic records.
- Adhere to ISO 17025 standards as well as state regulatory requirements.
- Promote a strong customer service culture while adhering to the highest safety and industry standards.
- Other duties and/or special projects as assigned.

Drivers pickup samples at customer sites. These professionals will report to the lab on designated days at the beginning of each shift to receive daily schedules for pickup of customer samples.

Sample Collection:
- Drive to scheduled clients to collect samples and return with samples to lab
- Verify sample and client information during each pickup
- Collect and maintain METRC and Chain of Custody forms of the samples from the client to the lab
- Whenever necessary, enter orders with required sample information into the lab’s LIMS system
Customer Relations:
- Contact clients approximately 15 minutes prior to arrival to notify approximate arrival time.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the processing of customer samples for laboratory testing, following sample intake standard operating procedures and chain of custody guidelines.
- Log samples into laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and METRC to track sample traceability.
- Photograph samples following aseptic guidelines using Logitech Webcam software.
- Work collaboratively with laboratory staff and management on the prioritization of samples to meet customer needs
- Assist customers with sample submission requirements following Massachusetts state regulations.
- Identify sample intake issues and bring issues to the attention of management for quick resolution.
- Assist in ordering supplies for the laboratory.
- Assist in the disposition of samples using LIMS and METRC following Massachusetts state regulations.
- Answer phones, while communicating clearly and professionally.
- Customer facing responsibilities include nurturing relationships with existing and new customers.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

Job Purpose:
The Lab Analyst, Level I will be responsible for performing, documenting, record checking, and basic troubleshooting of qualitative and quantitative assays on samples using techniques that vary from the use of standard laboratory equipment to highly modern and automated instrumentation.

- Analyze samples consisting of a variety of matrices using traditional laboratory technologies including, but not limited to, HPLC, GC/MS, LC/MS, and ICP/MS.
- Prepare samples for analysis while displaying good laboratory technique to avoid cross-contamination or misidentified samples.
- Accurately prepare calibration curves and quality control samples.
- Interpret and evaluate data in terms of accuracy, precision, trends, and quality control requirements.

Purpose
The IPM Technician position is responsible for executing their daily role within the IPM department at a highly productive and efficient pace to achieve the weekly objectives. This role is responsible for a variety of duties related to Integrated Pest Management as instructed by leadership. This position must utilize knowledge about pesticides, pests, beneficial insects, and application equipment in order to prevent and suppress pest pressures. The IPM Technician must participate in their job with professionalism and safety, consistently. This position will report to the Supervisor of IPM and the Manager of IPM.
Essential Duties
Procedures & Tasks
- Apply pesticide treatments in a safe, effective, and compliant manner to all phases of growth.
- Ensure accurate and legible logging of a variety of paperwork and labels.
- Must be able to pass a medical evaluation, respirator fit test, and acquire the pesticide applicator license.
- Maintain and operate spray equipment.
- Up to date understanding of product labels, SDS, and mix rates.
- Scout for molds, mildews, pests, and abnormal plant morphologies.
- Enter collected data in Google Sheets and Excel, send reports as needed.
- Maintain biological insect program by distributing beneficial insects, breeding sachets, and sticky cards.
- Cleaning and maintaining all areas, equipment, and material throughout the cultivation.
- Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting other departments to help facilitate the additional and/or supplemental work, such as, pruning plants, harvesting, trimming, packaging, cleaning and light maintenance as needed throughout the facility.
Workspace and Material Maintenance
- Supporting the Supervisor and Manager of IPM to guide and train IPM department members to maintain proper organization and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure organization and cleanliness of immediate work area.
- Contribute to instructed cleaning, sanitizing, and organization in the cultivation.
- Contribute and support to associates with a safe, well maintained, and organized work area.
- After use of equipment or supply, follow through with cleaning and organizing SOPs.
Compliance and Reporting
- Follow all instructed state and federal compliance regulations.
- Report any improper action of compliance regulations.
- Following instructed procedures will maintain compliance and safety. Any compliance or safety mistake or error created must be reported to the leadership of the department.
Supervision
- Works under the direct supervision of the Supervisor of IPM and Manager of IPM
- This person will be asked to lead, guide, and train IPM Technicians in the department.
Job Requirement
- This position is expected to perform duties at a highly productive and efficient pace, consistently.
- To apply for a new position, employees must have served within this position for at least six months and be in good-standing before submitting the Grow Transfer Request form to the direct supervisor.
Working Conditions
- Able to use a computer and/or hand tools while sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
- Handling state approved pesticides and beneficial insects.
- Able to move about a typical office, manufacturing and warehouse environment.
- Working in warmer, agricultural conditions, wearing cover-all uniforms for protective layering.
- Able to kneel, bend, reach, rotate, and stoop on an intermittent to regular basis daily.
- Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Consistent on-time attendance for all scheduled shifts. Prepared for full 40 hour week working scheduled shifts with occasional overtime shifts to complete daily and weekly objectives.
- Handle and operate spray equipment for pesticide applications.
- Occasional travel by conventional means including aircraft, motor vehicle and the like within the region and to other locations as required.
Job Qualifications
Work Experience
- Must have a state approved pesticide applicator license to perform role (If employee accepts the position, the company will fully reimburse the cost of acquiring).
- At least three months experience in the Production department to apply. Must be in good standing for the last three months at least to apply. Must pass the IPM Technician Test to be accepted in the role.
- One year of work experience in a related industry or work environment.
