Our Delivery Drivers ensure that products are delivered on time and in the proper condition while providing excellent customer service. Delivery Drivers are responsible for packing delivery order products into delivery cases and loading delivery cases into their vehicles before delivering orders to customers. CORE JOB DUTIES
- Safely transport medication to dispensaries
- Must have a thorough understanding of all state regulations related to delivery/distribution of medical cannabis and ensure full compliance by all department staff
- Execute all deliveries on time and communicating any delays to the Logistics Manager and dispensary

Job Summary:
The Delivery Driver delivers our product and is the face of the Sweet Flower for those guests that may not ever set foot into our stores. It is crucial that this Team Member is professional, presentable and customer-focused just as any store based associate would be.
Delivery Drivers must love all things Cannabis and be eager to impart this knowledge to our customers. Delivery Drivers also help customers in store and complete general retail duties when they are not completing deliveries. Deliverables:
Complete delivery transactions courteously, on time and as assigned.

Abide by OnFleet software delivery and routing and satisfactory adherence to safety guidelines as monitored by driver tracking software while on the clock.
Promptly report any delivery issues to store management.
Uphold inventory control to minimize loss by complying with all BCC and company inventory control procedures, product waste procedures and vendor delivery procedures.

Position Summary:
Our Delivery Drivers ensure that products are delivered on time and in the proper condition while providing excellent customer service. Delivery Drivers are responsible for packing delivery order products into delivery cases and loading delivery cases into their vehicles before delivering orders to customers. During downtime in delivery volume, delivery drivers will also assist with in-store duties at the store management team's discretion. A Delivery Driver will always deliver each order on time and with a high level of professionalism.

Position Summary

- Delivers product to customers using company-provided car
- Processes cash and credit card transactions with customers at the point of delivery
- Coordinates with the Dispatch team to optimize delivery routes

- Uses OnFleet application on company-provided phone to plan routes and track deliveries
- Keeps a written record of all deliveries
- Conducts a cash drop with the Dispatch Manager on duty at the end of their shift

The Delivery Transport Driver is responsible for the safe, accurate and timely delivery of medical cannabis products to and from grows and dispensaries. The Delivery Transport Driver is to effectively lead by example and duties are in accordance with all delivery drivers.

As a driver, you will be responsible for coordinating and making deliveries of medical cannabis to dispensaries throughout the state as part of a driving team. The driver is also responsible for following planned routes, ensuring timely deliveries, providing exceptional customer service at the dispensaries, and following state laws and regulation governing the delivery of cannabis.
Job Responsibilities
- Safely transport state-legal medical cannabis to dispensaries
- Must have a thorough understanding of all state regulations related to delivery/distribution of medical cannabis and ensure full compliance by all department staff
- Execute all deliveries on time and communicate any delays
- Maintain compliance with CCC regulations regarding product delivery protocols, including; transportation logs, two-way communication, product knowledge, manifests, etc.
- Follow all rules of the road
- Proper cash handling and acceptance of cash from dispensaries
- Ensure all vehicles are clean and properly maintained

Job Summary
The focus of this role is to support all patients and provide them with the best and most memorable experiences during delivery. The primary responsibility of a Retail Home Delivery Driver is to interact with potential customers, current patients, and physician office staff in a manner that positions our company for success and provides the best customer experience possible
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures are being followed when completing every delivery
- Ensure that quality checks are performed when fulfilling order and when dispensing in the Medical Marijuana Use Registry
- Follow proper dispensing methods implemented by the Department of Health
- Deliver and dispense the company’s regulated medical cannabis products to qualified patients in accordance with company policy and in accordance with Florida medical cannabis regulations.
- Delivery Drivers will be responsible to for maintaining 100% traceability throughout the delivery process.
- Serve as a patient advocate, security advocate, or patient delivery driver, including all aspects of customer service and oversee that all their orders and patients are serviced promptly and efficiently.
- The goal of these patient interactions is to ensure that each patient has a high-quality, valuable, and industry-leading experience when interacting with the company, ensuring that Liberty Health Sciences Florida is positioned as the medical cannabis provider of choice in Florida.
- Maintain communication with patients while servicing deliveries to ensure our consumers are satisfied.
- Maintain a professional relationship with all employees and patients
- Ensure that all driving regulations are followed when driving a Company vehicle
- Ensure that their surrounding areas are secure, all employees are following proper procedure when entering and exiting the facility, and all remaining security policies are being implemented.
- Retail Home Delivery Drivers will also be responsible for driving company vehicles to service deliveries and fulfill any orders that are scheduled for the next delivery date. In completing fulfillment, Drivers will ensure that correct patient labels are being printed as well as ensuring that the correct product is being packaged with proper lot numbers.
- This role will be involved in activities related to patient acquisition, patient intake, customer support, order fulfillment, delivery operations, retail sales, security operations, customer retention, and customer experience.
- Ensure effective communication and teamwork across functional area and team members to achieve company goals
Qualifications
- Excellent Oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, and Power point
- Clinical or Research experience preferred
- 5 years or more of Retail/Customer Service experience required
