Job Description
BeWell Organic Medicine, Inc. is seeking part-time Delivery Drivers for our growing facility. As a driver, you will be responsible for coordinating and making deliveries of medical cannabis to dispensaries throughout the state as part of a driving team. The driver is also responsible for following planned routes, ensuring timely deliveries, providing exceptional customer service at the dispensaries, and following state laws and regulation governing the delivery of cannabis.
Job Responsibilities
- Safely transport state-legal medical cannabis to dispensaries
- Must have a thorough understanding of all state regulations related to delivery/distribution of medical cannabis and ensure full compliance by all department staff
- Execute all deliveries on time and communicate any delays
- Maintain compliance with CCC regulations regarding product delivery protocols, including; transportation logs, two-way communication, product knowledge, manifests, etc.
- Follow all rules of the road
- Proper cash handling and acceptance of cash from dispensaries
- Ensure all vehicles are clean and properly maintained
- Keep detailed records on all vehicle maintenance and issues
- Complete all necessary paperwork (checklist, rejection sheet)
- Communicate with designated personnel to resolve delivery or product issues
- Communicate with dispensaries as needed about schedule
- Work in the packaging department as needed
- Develop positive relationships with dispensaries
- Excellent customer service, time management, and organization skills
Required Education, Experience, and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21 years old
- Must pass a comprehensive background check as mandated by Massachusetts Cannabis Control
Commission.
- Must have a valid Massachusetts Driver's License and clean driving record

Cannabis Trimmer

Job Description
As a Trimmer, you will be responsible for manicuring wet or dry flowers from the stalk and breaking down plants to process/trim them to meet BeWell's quality standards. In addition, the Trimmer is responsible for tracking the batches they trim, including the final finished product, the usable by- product amount (trim), and the un-usable by-product (waste) according to company policy and practices and state, local, and CCC laws and regulations.
Essential Functions:
- Break down cannabis material from the stem and stalk of the plant and separate unusable waste from the useable product.
- Track the amount of unusable waste for each plant/batch.
- After the plant breakdown, the employee must identify and separate fan leaves, stems, and sugar leaves on the flower.
- Employees must account for each by-product type processed off the flower, adding stems and fan leaves to "waste" for proper tracking.
- Employees must exhibit competency in basic organizational, tracking, and communication skills.
- Employees must be able to work well independently and as well as with others in a team setting.
- Employees must adapt to various strains, styles, and types of cannabis trimming, adjusting their techniques to maintain a steady pace and quality.
- Time management; employees must manage their time efficiently to meet goals while consistently producing a quality product.
- Employees must be able to follow basic instructions and take constructive criticism from their supervisor to help maintain quality standards and production goals.

Job Description
As a Cultivation Technician, you will perform manual labor assisting in the upkeep, stocking, and fulfillment of growing medicinal cannabis, including, but not limited to, watering, feeding, pruning, cloning, cleaning, and transplanting. Attention to detail is critical in this role.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for following all CCC operational compliance regulations, company policy, operational guidelines, and verbal directives when performing duties.
- Assist in harvesting plant material on schedule, including drying and de-stemming.
- Tend to the plants, including watering, re-potting, training, and movement of plant material and green waste.
- Report to management any event or condition that might affect plant growth and development
- Perform tasks in a highly productive and efficient manner related to sanitation, decontamination, propagation, transplantation, harvest, etc.

We seek an Account Manager to join our rapidly expanding Massachusetts cannabis company. As an
Account Manager, you will be accountable for forging, fostering, and maintaining our wholesale business of premium cannabis. The ideal candidate has an exceptional grasp of the cannabis wholesale landscape, can garner positive relationships, and delivers world-class customer service to our clients. In addition, they will curate strategies to reach and exceed revenue targets by identifying, prospecting, and connecting with opportunities in the market.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and execute a comprehensive wholesale roadmap that aligns with the company growth strategy
- Achieve monthly revenue targets
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with wholesale partners and prospects
- Identify new business opportunities, pitch, and manage negotiations for new wholesale partners and evaluate existing partners
- Acts as the primary point of contact for clients
- Target new markets/regions for expanding wholesale
- Ability to develop effective relationships with decision-makers
- Conduct pricing and cost analysis
- Regular contact through phone, email, and face-to-face emails with existing customers to support and solidify the existing relationships, introduce them to new products and increase sales

Job Description
BeWell Organic Medicine, Inc. is seeking part-time Delivery Drivers for our growing facility. As a driver, you will be responsible for coordinating and making deliveries of medical cannabis to dispensaries throughout the state as part of a driving team. The driver is also responsible for following planned routes, ensuring timely deliveries, providing exceptional customer service at the dispensaries, and following state laws and regulation governing the delivery of cannabis.
Job Responsibilities
- Safely transport state-legal medical cannabis to dispensaries
- Must have a thorough understanding of all state regulations related to delivery/distribution of medical cannabis and ensure full compliance by all department staff
- Execute all deliveries on time and communicate any delays
- Maintain compliance with CCC regulations regarding product delivery protocols, including; transportation logs, two-way communication, product knowledge, manifests, etc.
- Follow all rules of the road
- Proper cash handling and acceptance of cash from dispensaries
- Ensure all vehicles are clean and properly maintained
- Keep detailed records on all vehicle maintenance and issues
- Complete all necessary paperwork (checklist, rejection sheet)
- Communicate with designated personnel to resolve delivery or product issues
- Communicate with dispensaries as needed about schedule
- Work in the packaging department as needed
- Develop positive relationships with dispensaries
- Excellent customer service, time management, and organization skills
Required Education, Experience, and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21 years old
- Must pass a comprehensive background check as mandated by Massachusetts Cannabis Control
Commission.
- Must have a valid Massachusetts Driver's License and clean driving record
- Must pass pre-employment MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) Report
- Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
- Must have a flexible schedule to accommodate product deliveries
- Ability to read maps and use GPS
- Must be able to lift to 50lbs

Operating Procedures is required.
Job Description
As a Post-Harvest & Packaging Tech, you will be responsible for the physical harvest and associated plant transfer to the drying/curing rooms, bucking, trimming, quality control, packaging of the final product, and other duties assigned to maintain an efficient workflow throughout the facility.
Responsibilities
- Comply with Cannabis Control Commission regulations and BeWell company policies and procedures.
- Be a positive role model by demonstrating ethical behavior and building positive team relationships and open communication throughout your department and the rest of the organization.
- Buck and hand trim finished cannabis material.
- Perform accurate filling, packaging, and labeling of all products according to specifications and ensure compliance with company, local, and state policies and procedures.
- Maintain a high level of safety, cleanliness, and organization of all harvesting, trimming, packaging equipment, production areas, facility, and sanitation practices concerning product handling; immediately report any potential contamination.
- Document line inefficiencies and downtime to identify issues and resolve them timely.
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all production records, quality and quantity records, and electronic reporting tools.
- Meet production schedule and goals and daily benchmarks within an established timeline.
- Foster a positive work environment, treating everyone with dignity and respect.
- Comply with all safety policies and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
The Post-Harvest Technician position is considered a physical labor position. It is best suited for people who can physically use their hands/fingers to handle cannabis and packaging materials, operate packaging machinery and other production, and are comfortable lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds repeatedly, and standing, kneeling, and crouching for prolonged periods.
