Position Summary:
One Plant is creating an educational and inviting atmosphere, where patients and customers can comfortably learn about cannabis and purchase cannabis products at the same time. Job Description

Summary:
This position will be required to safely operate, maintain, and clean high production, sophisticated and automated cannabis pre-roll (cigarette) manufacturing and packaging equipment.

BASIC FUNCTION
The Laboratory Technician assists the Chemist and/or Microbiologist in performing chemical testing procedures and microbiological tests. Carries out sampling, weighing, pipetting, operation of lab equipment, recordkeeping, and analyzing data in cooperation with the scientific team. Must be able to drive to sampling sites, perform unbiased sampling procedures, follow laboratory protocols, and assist with the housekeeping operations of the laboratory. Supports laboratory staff by maintaining glassware, logs and record books, troubleshooting and resolving problems, and helping with special projects.

SAMPLING TECHNICIAN
JOB DESCRIPTION
BASIC FUNCTION:
The Sampling Technician will collect representative samples from a batch of cannabis plant materials and manufactured products according to state-approved standard operating procedures while documenting the activity by filling up the required forms. Must be able to drive to sampling sites, perform unbiased sampling procedures, follow laboratory protocols, and assist with the housekeeping operations of the laboratory.
Supports laboratory staff by maintaining glassware, logs and record books, inventory, and helping with special projects. Sampling technicians ensure that representative samples are taken at customer sites without compromising their cleanliness and integrity, which are then delivered to the laboratory securely and with proper documentation. They will also be asked to help in the laboratory.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY:
- Works under general supervision, expected to perform job functions independently
- Collects samples as product or raw materials while maintaining their integrity.
- Follow standard operating procedures for sampling and be competent in executing steps of the sampling plan for acquiring samples for cannabis testing

This role involves communicating and engaging with dispensary management, budtenders and dispensary customers, managing those relationships, and providing feedback, updates, and insights to TrustTree clients.
As a Brand Agent, you will represent a portfolio of TrustTree’s client brands at a variety of dispensaries in your territory. Nuggsy is looking for Budtenders/store managers to join our team in Lompoc, CA! This is a full-time position with the schedule to include weekends and holidays. The hours for this position will be 5-8 hour shifts between the hours of 7:30AM - 9:30PM. Purpose
This Post Trim Technician position is responsible for executing their daily role within the Trim department at a highly productive and efficient pace to achieve the weekly objectives. This role is responsible for a variety of duties to operate and maintain the post trim machinery to process harvested plants. This position must fulfill their role with efficient productivity and accuracy. The Post Trim Technician role must participate in their job with professionalism and safety, consistently. The Post Trim Technician will report to the Leads of Post Trim and Supervisor of Trim.
Essential Duties
Procedures & Tasks
- Take instructions and follow direction as delegated by leadership to meet daily and weekly, individual and team production and quality standards.
- Execute the daily and weekly goals for processing the harvest batches through the wet trim machinery to achieve the defined trimmed quality consistently, accurately, and efficiently.
- Operating the wet trim machinery as instructed and trained, safely. Properly use equipment and supplies to maintain its integrity and longevity.
- Quality assurance review of product to be properly separated and processed.
- Traying the cannabis material properly, consistently. Placement in Cure Bays as instructed.
- Ensuring accurate and legible logging of a variety of spreadsheets and labels.
- Support the communication and secure transport of product from the Trim room to Post Trim room to Cure room.
- Proper use of accurate weighing of product and data entry input.
- Clear understanding of workflow throughout the Trim and Cure department.
- Take instructions and follow direction as delegated by leadership to meet daily and weekly, individual and team production and quality standards.
- Execute the daily and weekly goals for harvesting plants in the Trim department. Processing the plants accordingly, separating bud material product, extraction material product, and unhealthy product consistently.
- Be prepared to change technique and instruction based on variables, R&D codes, and strain attributes.
- Assist associates to achieve team goals, and support the Leads of Post Trim with instructed requests. Be prepared to support instructing and guiding Processors in the department.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment following GMP certified procedures.
- Be prepared to execute tasks within the Processing department, along with assisting towards company and facility objectives.
- Maintain a culture of professionalism.
- Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting other departments to help facilitate the additional and/or supplemental work, such as, Cure dept tasks, Packaging dept tasks, Farm dept tasks, cleaning, and light maintenance as needed throughout the facility.
Workspace and Material Maintenance
- Supporting the Leads of Post Trim and Supervisor of Trim to guide and train Trim department members to maintain proper organization of the Post Trim room.
- Ensure a proper upkeep of the wet trim machinery
- Ensure the organization and cleanliness of the Post Trim production area. Ensure organization and cleanliness of the Post Trim room and Wash Bay.
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance on work surfaces, tools, and related equipment (scissors,
- table, floors etc.).
- Contribute to instructed cleaning, sanitizing, and organization in the cultivation.
- Participate with efficient productivity and teamwork when setting up for the day’s harvest and finishing the shift.
- Contribute and show support to associates with a safe, well maintained, and organized work area.
- After use of equipment or supply, follow through with cleaning and organizing SOPs.
Compliance and Reporting
- Follow all instructed state and federal compliance regulations.
- Report any improper action of compliance regulations.
- Following instructed procedures will maintain compliance and safety. Any compliance or safety mistake or error created must be reported to the leadership of the department.
- Reporting data input as instructed for METRC plant tags.
Supervision
- Works under the direct supervision of the Leads of Post Trim and Supervisor of Trim.
- This person will be asked to lead, guide, and train Processors in the department to assist and support the Leads of Post Trim and Supervisor of Trim, but they will not be asked to discipline Processors or associates.
Job Requirement
- This position is expected to perform duties at a highly productive and efficient pace, consistently.
- To apply for a new position, employees must have served within this position for at least three months and be in good-standing before submitting the Grow Transfer Request form to the direct supervisor.
Working Conditions
- Able to use a computer and/or hand tools while sitting or standing for extended periods of time.

Job Qualifications
Work Experience
- At least three months experience in the Processor role or higher in the Processing department to apply. Must be in good standing for the last three months at least to apply. Must pass the Post Trim Technician Test to be fully accepted in the role.
- One year of work experience in a related industry or work environment.
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment preferred.
- Demonstrates ability to consistently meet productivity and performance requirements.

The company is composed of experts in the fields of cannabis testing, plant physiology and chemistry as well as business process, HR, marketing and finance.
BASIC FUNCTION
The Scientific Director is primarily responsible for overseeing the entire operation of the laboratory, which includes its staff, equipment, instruments, supplies and samples received. The Scientific Director is additionally responsible for administering the basic management functions of planning, organizing, leading and controlling to assist the President in the successful and efficient attainment of company goals while working alongside the Chief Science Officer (CSO). The Scientific Director is expected to perform bench duties whenever required to ensure that daily service goals are achieved.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY
- Works with the CSO and Technical Lab Director to evaluate equipment, develop testing methods and write standard operating procedures, methods development and validation procedures to meet regulatory requirements (CA-BCC) and best industry practices (i.e. AOAC, ICH etc.)

About The Role:
As a Buyer / Planner, you will manage expenditures for materials and services that are part of the company’s purchasing programs. You are responsible for source selection and procurement functions for indirect and production materials, services, fixed assets and tooling. These products and services are to be secured at competitive cost, quality and delivery. As a member of the procurement team, you’ll develop and share best practices with your peers and internal partners.
What You'll Do
· In line with product specifications, identify appropriate vendors to supply CCA according to best practices, SOPs, and identified priorities
· Verify and issue purchase orders in line with priorities, including specifications, price and turn-around times. Identify substitute items from suppliers if and as needed.
· Review buying targets based on planning and demand reports.
· Create and maintain accurate records within systems of record, including ERP and electronic databases
· Confirms all issued purchase orders, expediting purchase orders when needed
· Review incoming orders daily and including part number, description, quantity, ship-to address, shipping method, pricing and estimated ship date
· Conducts cycle counts for inventory and keeps inventory of raw materials accurate in ERP system
· Investigate all pricing/shipping/ordering discrepancies related to issued purchase orders. Work with suppliers, receiving and accounting teams to resolve any issues
· Analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions with suppliers and internal team. Maintain records of supplier’s non-conformance
· Purchase MRO supplies for specific departments
· Maintain precise records online and offline
· Provide purchasing planning and control functions by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
· Prepare production schedules in a timely manner to meet customer demand and delivery goals
· Communicate with production and all other functions to ensure plans are developed to meet all customer commitments, both internal and external
· Conduct regular reviews of shortages and expedites reports to maintain inventory levels on both purchased and manufactured goods
· Expedite production orders that are needed in less than the normal lead time to deal with any possible shortages
· Assess capacity and resource restrictions and make related recommendations
· Synchronizes the production schedule based upon lead time of purchased materials.
· Support the development of demand forecasts
· Calculate and publish KPIs including turnover ratios, days of inventory on hand, labor productivity (including efficiency and utilization), and inventory valuations
· Manage surplus and obsolete inventories
· Adhere to both company and government guidelines and regulations at all times
· Assist with periodic physical inventory as needed
· Adhere and contribute to applicable SOPs

What You Will Be Doing:

About The Role:
As the Bulk Oil Technician, you will be in charge of Bulk Oil inventory in all of its aspects including inventory and quality. You’ll track and publish inventory by regularly weighing and reconciliation as well as grading and quality management. You’ll organize physical storage and ensure that batches are clearly identified. You’ll serve as the point of contact for all questions of Bulk Oil inventory across the operations and finance departments.
