Job Description
Roles - The Metrc Specialist’s role is to work collaboratively with the inventory department to ensure all TFS locations are operating in compliance with the CRA regulations, and to ensure accuracy within the statewide monitoring system, METRC.

Cannabis home delivery drivers are an integral component of our company's offerings. They work closely with delivery dispatchers to deliver cannabis to customers at their residences. Using a company provided vehicle, delivery drivers take products from our store and deliver them to the end consumer. We are looking for outgoing, personable, and motivated individuals to drive for our company. Relationships
Delivery drivers reports to the delivery dispatch and manager on duty, and the general manager of the store. Delivery drivers report to the dispatch with all concerns related to specific deliveries.

Roles
The employee benefits coordinator position assists employees with benefits enrollment and questions, verifies all insurance billing, maintains employee database and files, and ensures compliance with required benefit notices.
Responsibilities
- Administer various employee benefits programs, such as group health, dental and vision, accident and disability, life insurance, 401(k), and other benefits.

Roles - The Compliance & Licensing Associate reports to the Director of Licensing & Compliance, and assists with all compliance efforts, licensing and permit actions at the local and state level. Job Title: Budtender
Job Description
Roles - Budtenders perform the core interaction with the customers, the salesperson of cannabis products. Budtenders are knowledgeable about a variety of cannabis products, and can provide detailed descriptions and explanations of products to customers. Budtenders help customers find products specific to their needs and perform sales transactions, while restocking products on the sales floor as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for properly completing sales transactions, recommends products to customers
- Monitors product quantities, labeling, and restocking activities
- Responsible for assisting with facility compliance by following rules and standards with inventory restocking and completing transactions
- Ensure that products being sold to customers match the METRC and related tracking information associated with that product.
- Collecting and counting cash; identifying potential fraud cash bills
- Responsible for keeping the budroom display shelves and workspace clean and representable for customers
- Complete and sign required checklists for end of shift duties, including sanitation and facility upkeep

To operate in compliance with such rules and regulations, employees are required to follow all policies created and enforced by and within TFS facilities.

Job Title: Assistant Manager
Job Description
Roles - Assistant Managers assist the General Manager with performing essential management oversight, cash counting functions, team leadership, product handling, and product tracking. They are key holders, and have the ability to open and close the store by themselves when the general manager is not available to do so. More directly involved in managing staff and handling customer issues or complaints.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for basic level oversight of staff both when the general manager is present, and when they are gone.
- Assistant managers are keyholders to open the facility if a general manager is not present
- Handling customer disputes; approving of unique/mistake transactions
- Be prepared and capable of performing general managerial duties in case GM is not present
- Directly report to the general manager and report any updates, incidents, or concerns that they may have while working on the sales floor and reception area.
- Enforce company policies, rules and expectation amongst staff throughout operational hours
- Directly enforce and monitor the completion of staff duties and checklists
- Directly involved in staff training and development
- If necessary, the assistant managers will cover any position when staff take their work breaks or if a staff member did not show for work
- When there is heavy foot traffic, assistant managers will aid in the direct operations where needed the most
- Ensure that security, reception, and budtender staff members are in their positions at the start of each shift, and are there to assist them if any issues with technology, inventory, or sales arise.
- Actively involved in accepting product shipments, importing inventory, maintaining inventory storage areas and communicating with packers on quantity of products
- Oversee restocking activities when products run low on the sales floor, and assist other staff members with the reporting of movement from the storage room into the budroom in Flowhub.
- When permitted, perform cash drops and other cash handling duties

TFS offers enrollment into Health, Dental and Vision insurance packages through TFS, provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield. Employees are eligible if they are full time employees who have been employed for 90 days or more. Other benefits are offered to both PT and FT employees.
