Position Summary:
Seeking an experienced technician to work in a cannabis extraction and processing lab. These technicians will be responsible for creating and packaging concentrate products. The safety and efficiency of these processes is of the utmost importance, as is the quality of our end products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Packaging will take up a vast majority of this position- packaging vape carts, sticking items
- Filling vape carts expected to take up a large chunk of time in this position
- Prep marijuana material, solvents, and equipment for extraction
- Operate the extraction and post processing steps, while complying with safety guidelines
- Execution of laboratory operations in accordance with all written SOP's and in accordance to local and state regulations. Carefully handle, weigh, and label any substances used in the process
- Import and record data into not only METRC, the governmental tracking system, but also a secondary tracking system
- Assemble and disassemble post processing equipment
- Monitor laboratory systems while they are operating, keeping a careful eye on any possible hazards or sources of error/inefficiencies
- Package concentrate products
- Maintain accountability and inventory of all raw materials, finished products, and by-products.
- Clean and organize the lab
- Ability to resolve any conflict respectfully and in a timely manner, addressing and resolving problems in order to create a culture of engagement and high-performance.
- Obtains training and certification to utilize all extraction equipment, and actively research new equipment and methods for extraction.
- This job is expected to take part in every step of the creation of concentrate products. From the flower/trim, to the final packaging stage

· Ability and comfort to work safely with chemical processes
· Physical ability to stand, bend over, and lift up to 50lb

Job Description: Extraction and Processing Manager
The Extraction and Processing Manager is responsible for keeping the Processing & Extraction division running safely, compliantly, and efficiently; prioritizing product quality, while striving to decrease cost of goods.
The Manager will work hand in hand with the Director of Cultivation, Director of Retail, and Chief of Revenue Officer to coordinate production plans and schedules. In addition, this position will work with the Brand Manager to develop and introduce new products to stay innovative and ahead of market trends.
The Manager will troubleshoot issues in the lab which include, but aren’t limited to, decreased yields, product contamination, and problematic equipment.
Location: On-site, Jackson, MI (MUST BE ON SITE- NO REMOTE WORK)
Job responsibilities:
- Oversee the production, testing, & packaging of all products
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure seamless production plans
- R&D of new product lines & techniques
- Inventory management, ordering, & audits- including cannabis (biomass, etc.) and non-cannabis inventory (packaging items, raw materials, supplies, etc.)
- Facilitate regulatory inspections
- Relaying KPIs, lab performance, and other key metrics to executive team and stakeholders
- Constantly developing and improving quality control measures and efficiencies
- Oversee orders and order fulfillment
- Manage edible white labeling contracts
- Develop, implement, and train employees on SOPs
- Ensure packaging and labeling is compliant with CRA standards and requirements
- Tracking, Traceability, and Record keeping
- Detailed tracking of yields/results
- Records of formulation for all batches
- Regulatory tracing on green waste and chemical analysis
- Workforce management including the hiring, onboarding, and separation processes
- Building design & equipment design/selection for upgrades & expansions
- Metrc & Inventory management and audits
- Calculating COGs for each product created and monitoring COG variables
- Working with external/third parties and testing labs for product formulation
Requirements:
- 4+ years in cannabis extraction (ethanol & solventless preferred)
- Experienced in Metrc
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Strong MS Excel and data analysis skills
- Experience developing laboratory SOPs

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Position Summary:
The individual in this position will be responsible for the day to day operations of the store to include greeting customers, upsell/cross-selling of store offerings, leading the novice and experienced cannabis users through their journey with our products, ringing up of orders and maintaining appearance and cleanliness. This position will also assist the manager with elevated duties.

- Implements strategies for meeting and exceeding Delivering Sales Goals
*Delivery Lead Guides will have the following duties as well
- Participates as a rep for Delivery at RAIR Events
- Creates and presents strategies for meeting and exceeding Delivery Sales Goals
- Holds brief monthly meeting with Delivery Guides
- Proposes changes to staffing & hours
- Assists Store Manager in implementing Delivery programs

Key Responsibilities:
Customer service
- Greet and welcome customers and provide brief explanation of Rair experience as needed
- Manage and communicate flow of customers with fellow employees and management
- Record and relay recurring customer feedback and insights to internal teams in order to constantly improve the customer experience.
- Provide solutions for escalated customers concerns and complaints with poise and clarity.
- Along with other Leads, act as “manager on duty” when manager is not in the building.
- Assess and manage customer experience at all times. Step in as needed to ensure all experiences are on brand.
Sales
- Maintain up to date knowledge of both marihuana and non-marihuana product offerings, trends, and availability
- Keep up to date of applicable Michigan laws and regulations regarding both Medical and Adult Use Marihuana activities
- Upsell/cross-sell across store offerings for Adult Use customers
- Provide relevant guidance and educational materials/resources to customers
- Maintain awareness of patient input and suggest changes to improve service or product.
- Meets or exceeds all personal goals to positively contribute to the team and the store.
- Accurately ring and package sales and use the POS correctly.
- Cash handling
- Act as a leader for both other associates and customers. Embody a clear sense of excellence and dedication
Organizational Needs
- Assist with the conduction of training of all new employees as well as the re-training of existing employees as needed.
- Maintain appearance and cleanliness of Provisioning Center, inclusive of nightly cleaning duties
- Document appropriate customer information in accordance to state and local regulations
- Assists in the preparation and completion of accurate physical inventory as assigned.
- Assists with non-selling tasks as assigned by Management and as part of the regular daily responsibilities.
