Responsibilities
- Provides daily leadership to a team of ~10 to cultivate high quality cannabis while working together

- Plans, organizes, leads, and controls all cultivation activity to achieve compliance, safety, quality, delivery, and cost expectations
- Implements best practices for cultivation and continuous improvement to sustain the most valuable operation for customers and stakeholders

Job Description
The Team Lead helps the manager on duty set the tone for the day and is an on the floor leader helping wherever needed. Reporting to the General Manager, the Team Lead is responsible for assisting with any issues during or after a transaction. He/she will also be responsible for supporting the General Manager in day-to-day operations, while maintaining a high standard of service on the sales floor. You will work closely with both the General Manager and the sales staff in driving sales, facilitating and maintaining great guest relationships and delivering impactful feedback in the moment.
Responsibilities
- Assists the sales team with day-to-day operations helping in any area needed.
- Demonstrate and lead an outstanding guest experience and establish a sales-focused culture.

- Responsible for all shop opening and closing procedures.
- Must be comfortable in all aspects of the dispensary from check in to Inventory with a focus on sales.

Experience and Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Minimum of 21 years of age.
- Highschool diploma or its equivalent.
- Must pass criminal background check and drug screening (excludes THC).
- Must be compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the Cannabis industry.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs.
- Basic to advanced computer skills required.
- Microsoft Suite and Retail POS knowledge required.

Duties Include
- Manage subordinate staff at Silver Star Protections Group client locations.
- Manage client relationships.
- Prepare, manage and oversee a daily/weekly and monthly schedule for subordinates.
- Prepares and implements security plans (post orders) at client locations. .
- Ensure existing staff completes mandatory continuing education.
- Ensures subordinate staff keeps all licensing and certifications up to date.
- Cultivates and develops new business opportunities and relationships.
- Conducts randomized inspections of officers at client locations.
- Maintains equipment and uniform inventory.
- Ensure the client site is provided with high-quality security services and build and maintain effective relationships with both client and employees
- Drive the organization’s culture, processes, practices, and systems
- Handle any escalated security issues or emergency situations
- Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities, account trends, and other topics
- Responsible for tracking and effective utilization of company equipment in the field including technology, vehicles, etc.
- Stays current on federal, state, and local guidelines relative to our services
- Administer the job evaluation program
- Develop and maintain effective employee, employer relations
- Develop talent acquisition solutions to meet client demands for security solutions. Recruit for vacant security officer positions throughout the company
- Stay informed on human resources developments, employment laws and regulations and policy implications to company
- Manage all overtime, develop solutions to minimize overtime
- Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates)
- Ensure compliance with HR rules and regulations

Team Leads are responsible for supporting the Store Manager in ensuring that all daily operating procedures are performed as required. Team Leads will also maximize sales through the constant development and supervision of sales staff. Team Leads are also responsible for ensuring transactions are carried out in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in overseeing and ensuring all staff adhere to state rules and regulations while following all company policies and procedures
- Supervise; manage, and direct the activities of sales associates including breaks and shift changes
- Oversee and inspire staff to deliver the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction
- Ensure staff members remain in compliance with applicable local, state/provincial, and federal laws and regulations
- Assist with customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Facilitate money drops and replenish change when necessary
- Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in collaborating with law enforcement, vendors, landlords, and local community representatives as needed
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all strains and products within the dispensaries’ inventory, as well as industry-wide product knowledge and trends
- Assist in training new employees to follow standard operating procedures and scheduled shifts
- Provide Spring Big assistance, and manual discounts as needed
- Help maintain the flow of the sales floor, host if needed, place people in their proper roles
- Assist Inventory Team in moving products and stocking sales floor
- Directly reports to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manger
Requirements
- Leaf Logix experience

- Leadership experience 1 year at least
- Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and walk around daily for a minimum of 8 hours
- Must be positive, outgoing, and welcoming.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the facility by always picking up after yourself, patients, and consumers.
- Complete all tasks delegated by your manager.
- Strong personal hygiene.
- MUST be reliable, punctual, and able to follow a schedule.

The Team Lead operates from established and well-known procedures under general directions and minimum supervision. Decisions are made within prescribed operating and casualty procedures and guidelines. The Team Lead encounters recurring work situations of high complexity, with occasional variations from the norm.
The Team Lead has the authority to control the operation of the value stream and when necessary, the facility, and must do so in a safe manner resulting in no accidents, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements at all times. The Team Lead must effectively communicate information to supervision and fellow personnel, relative to the condition of the facility equipment and personnel performance, and provide suggestions for problem prevention / resolution. The Team Lead must perform duties in such a way as to create an optimum cost-benefit ratio.
The Team Leader is responsible for monitoring the operations of the designated manufacturing work stream on a shift basis. The Team Leader will also perform Manufacturing Technician duties on manufacturing floor. The Team Leader oversees the activities of shift personnel to assure production schedules are met.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the activities of all personnel on assigned shift; serve as the responsible Operations Supervisor on shift for designated value stream. Serve as responsible supervisor for site as needed.
- Assure that personnel issues or operational conditions are properly dealt with during the shift, including but not limited to, safety and medical emergencies, personnel issues, regulatory agency interaction, and technical (process) issues. Update the appropriate Operations Management to take appropriate corrective action.
- Coordinate the activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality and cost objectives, including but not limited to managing the deployment of personnel across all work areas and prioritizing production schedules.
- Supervise the completion of routine inspections and regulatory interaction. Plan as well as ensure that the operating and maintenance staff handles hazardous materials and wastes in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
- Assist in the training of new shift personnel, as required.
- Provide input to employee performance management process for shift personnel.
- Manage the execution of special projects as assigned by Operations management
- May be required to perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of High School Diploma or GED
- A minimum of 1+ year of cGMP manufacturing experience with demonstrated leadership skills OR 2+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in operations or retail environment
- Associates degree in management or engineering discipline preferred.
- Knowledge of plant operations (manufacturing, distribution, maintenance) required
- Knowledge of cGMP and safety (OSHA) regulations required
- Knowledge of computer applications and current software is desirable.
- Ability to handle complex process, business, and personnel issues independently
- Ability to direct personnel to accomplish daily work as well as periodic special projects.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills required.
Will work with area supervisors and managers and other operations resources to address employee and process issues. May interact with regulatory agencies (infrequently).
Working Conditions:
Works in a controlled manufacturing environment; is required to lift up to 45 lbs. and may be required to stand for long periods of time while performing duties. Must be able to walk through operations areas to interact with employees. This will include the need to properly gown (including full clean room gowning) to enter various manufacturing areas.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Job Description
The Team Lead helps the manager on duty set the tone for the day and is an on the floor leader helping wherever needed. Reporting to the General Manager, the Team Lead is responsible for assisting with any issues during or after a transaction. - Scout crops for insects, diseases and abiotic disorders in all PCF crop groups and locations/farms. This includes scouting for boxwood blight and fire blight with proper sanitation protocols
- Take composite soil samples from all growing areas
- Conduct soil tests (pH, EC, nutrients, porosity, etc.) with proper protocols
- Assist with identifying and diagnosing insects and plant diseases with microscopes
- Enter detailed information into Microsoft Word and Excel
- Assist with application of beneficial insects and other biocontrol agents
- Assist with data entry for MPS (potting, pesticides, fertilizers, utilities, etc.)
- Assist with care and acclimation of TC rooted micro cuttings in the laboratory
- Assist with care of TC liners in the greenhouse (includes irrigation, scouting, pruning, fertility checks, consolidation, potting, maintaining proper environments)
- Work in a cooperative fashion with staff in Propagation, Plant Health and Production
- Follow company safety procedures, laboratory procedures, and instructions
- Maintain a clean work environment in the laboratory (dishwashing, mopping, disinfecting)

Responsibilities:
- Maintains dispensary operations by adhering to NETA Policies & Procedures for the daily operation of the dispensary and
fully comply with state medical and recreational cannabis regulations - Supervises, leads and inspires staff through coaching and example setting

POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking to hire a responsible Dispensary Assistant Team Leader to assist the Dispensary Team Lead in promoting and enforcing a service culture and customer experience representative of our company. The Assistant Team Leader will help manage all aspects of daily operations including managing team members, establishing strong customer relationships, inventory control, and keeping the store flow under control while adhering to strict state guidelines and regulations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Completes dispensary operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employee tasks; follows up on work results and quality control.
- Maintains dispensary staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; plans, monitors, and appraises job results.
- Track various sales metrics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintains inventories.
- Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.
- Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean dispensary environment.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviews professional publications; establishes personal networks; participates in professional societies.
- Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
- Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Previous retail experience; cannabis sales experience
- Proficiency in MS office products and POS (cashier) system.
- Must not have been convicted of any felony offenses pursuant to state statutes.

POSITION SUMMARY
Our Extraction Laboratory Team Leader will be working in a world-class cannabis extraction lab and operate and maintain state-of-the-art, closed-loop Hydrocarbon extraction systems. The Extraction Laboratory Team Leader will have the opportunity to work directly with our Production General Manager to create the world s finest concentrates and extracts on a commercial level.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing equipment and plant materials for extraction.
- Operating highly sophisticated extraction equipment.
- Processing concentrates and extracts
- Cleaning and maintenance of extraction equipment and laboratory facility.
- Maintaining strict inventory records of all plant materials, chemicals and equipment used in the laboratory.
- Operating, maintaining, and making adjustments and repairs to laboratory equipment such as liquid chromatography systems, pumps, microscopes, balances, centrifuges, and other laboratory equipment
- Maintaining inventory records of supplies, materials, and equipment, and preparing requisitions as needed.
- Storing supplies and equipment, disposal of waste according to guidelines, and keeping laboratory, storerooms and working areas immaculate.
- Washing and sterilizing laboratory glassware.
- Performing clerical work related to laboratory activities such as word processing, record keeping, filing, and answering telephone inquiries.
- Maintaining material safety data sheets for all department chemicals and products.
- Performs related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Be at least 21 years of age
- The qualified individual will possess a keen interest and knowledge of Organic and Inorganic chemistry.
- Bachelor s or Associate s degree or its equivalent, from a recognized college or university, with a major in chemistry or a related field.
- A minimum of two years of full-time paid experience working with Liquid Chromatography equipment.

- Principles of biochemistry, organic and inorganic chemistry
- Scientific laboratory procedures and techniques as used in a chemistry laboratory
- Scientific laboratory equipment and apparatus
- Scientific methods of measurements
- Health and safety practices and precautions applicable to a chemistry laboratory
- Proper and safe handling and disposal of harmful chemicals, substances, and hazardous wastes
- Capabilities with computer systems, software, and hardware common to laboratories
- Record-keeping procedures
