- Receive patient in the lobby area.
- Must receive the patient with a cordial greeting and present himself with his name.
- Ask if it’s the first time visiting us.
- If yes, request their Medical Cannabis ID Patient card issue by the Health Department of PR.
- Verify that the card it’s valid and request a photo ID like the driver's license or any other valid identification to be able to double check the basic information of the patient.
- Request the medical recommendation; verify eligibility for the flower (punch approved by the health department).
- Provide the FMC forms for new patients and instruct the patient how to complete down the information, read and sign the HIPAA Compliance Patient Consent Form and the Dispensary Code of Conduct.
- Scan documents (patient license, second identification and its recommendation to the BIOTRACK THC tracking program).
- Print copies of documents and place them in the patient's folder.
- Complete all the required information in the BIOTRACK THC tracking system and give it a "check-in" or register it.
- Proceed to accompany the patient to the dispensing area where the authorized patient can observe different products to choose.

- If the patient is a PREVIOUSLY REGISTERED one, proceed to select it in the Biotrack THC program and give it a "check-in" or register it.
- Verify if their ID it’s still valid and check the doctor's recommendation, then verify if the patient is authorized to buy cannabis in the form of a flower.
- Proceed to accompany the patient to the dispensing area where the authorized patient can observe different products to choose.
- Must use gloves when dispensing the cannabis flower.
- After the patient selects his product, the employee must print a label with his name and information about the product. It must be affixed to the packaging.
- At the moment of completing the transaction, the dispensing technician must ensure that they have selected the correct products before charging.
- Proceed to charge and verify that the cash received its accurate with the transaction.
- After finishing the patient, the dispensary technician must accompany the patient to the door as a courtesy sample.
- File documents after completing a visit in the patient file area. (Verify that you have all the correct information before it is archived **)
How to answer calls
- The dispensary technician should answer the telephone with a friendly tone, you must identify which dispensary is calling accompanied by your name.
- If the patient is interested in making an order via telephone, he or she must be a registered patient to the dispensary beforehand.

The Regional Dispensary Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of FMC dispensary’s in accordance with the Office of Medical Cannabis by the Health Department of PR and the standards of FMC. This role provides support for all store Managers, employees, including schedules, training, policy and procedure updates, industry news, and product information. The Regional Dispensary Manager maintains highest level of presentation, customer service, and compassion to all patients.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. General
a. Must maintain records, have contact with the grow sites, embrace patient education, and understand marketing.
b. Determine best pricing based on market conditions and pass the information for approval of the FMC Administrator.
c. Responsible for keeping up with all changes in local and state law regarding operation of the facility.
d. Ensure that only the best and safest quality medicine is available at the dispensary.
e. Ensure that the Dispensary Technician greeting patients, orienting them about strains and use, methods of delivery and dosage with the correct information.
f. Must know how each strain works to alleviate the different debilitating illnesses for which the cannabis was recommended.
g. Must be aware of the difference of Indica, Sativa and their hybrids.
h. Will maintain records of effectiveness of the strain for the patient for long-term study and future reference and maintain the dispensary legitimacy.
i. Should be personable, groomed and knowledgeable about the industry.
j. They should attend formal Supervisor and Budtending Seminars or Schooling.
k. Analytically able to maximize labor productivity, production and profitability.

2. Manager functions
a. Coordinate work shifts with managers.
b. Check inventory.
c. Coordinate product supply with managers as needed.
d. Make orders if a product is necessary.

g. Verified purchase history in identified files.
h. Coordinate appointments with different required services.
i. Process invoices and request equipment.
3. Human Resources
a. Coordinates with the Managers the needs of personal.
b. In coordination with the Managers search for candidates and conducts interviews in coordination with the Human Resources Department.
c. Assist the Manager to resolves any issue or need of the personal in coordination with the Human Resources Department.
d. Coordinate with the Manager the vacations itineraries for the dispensaries ensuring the necessary staff to in all moments.
e. Assist in training and development of the new employees.
f. Ensures that all employees use their safety equipment.
g. Supervise dispensary Managers and ensure that they always comply with the regulations.
h. Ensure that the Managers have complete employee information in identified files.
i. Assist with the preparation of employee payroll sheets and send them on time to the corresponding department to be processed.
4. Compliance
a. Conduct and document regulatory inspections of dispensaries.
b. Follow up on managers who meet and have the required certifications, permits and licenses in force.
c. Ensure the compliance of accesses.
d. Ensure compliance with the signage.
e. Ensure managers stay up-to-date with required training.
f. Watch over the image and lettering.
g. Ensure compliance and delivery of the required reports and reports.
h. Monitoring needs of physical plant of the dispensaries.
i. Assist the finance department in required procedures.
j. Ensure compliance with required binders (SOP’s, Credentials, Contracts, etc.)
5. Customer service for New and Old Patients
a. Audit the processes of receive patient in the lobby area.
b. Audit that the technicians request the necessary documentation to prove that is a certified cannabis patient issue by the Health Department of PR.
c. Audit that the technicians request a valid photo ID like the driver's license, the medical recommendation; verify eligibility for the flower (punch approved by the health department).
d. Audit that the technicians provide the FMC forms for new patients and instruct the patient how to complete down the information, read and sign the HIPAA Compliance Patient Consent Form and the Dispensary Code of Conduct.
e. Verify that the scan documents like patient license, second identification and its recommendation it is in the BIOTRACK THC tracking program.
f. Audit that the patient's folder is complete with all the forms and documentation required.
- Audit the process of orienting the patient about strains and use, different products, and dosage.
6. Additional functions.
a. Ensure that the Manager keep dispensing area clean and always collected.
b. Ensure that the Manager locate cannabis products in the showcases in an organized manner.
c. Audit inventory of the products located in the dispensing area.
d. Audits the cash register and withdraw the sales of the day.
e. Work as Dispensary Technician if needed.

Responsible that Master Grower perform all the tasks in the grow including: cloning, transplanting, feeding plants, defoliation, super cropping, topping, flushing, foliar and preventative sprays, trimming, packaging, waste disposal and inventory management. o Responsible for accuracy inventory through physical counts and maintain the same inventory in the Biotrack System of all plants per room per strain. o Operates under the high standards our company has for compliance and professionalism.
12. Manufacturing o In the manufacturing department will be responsible that the Extractor takes marijuana
(trimmings and/or flower) and makes hash and/or concentrates using different methods such as CO2 or Butane. Also ensures the compliance with safety regulations.
13. Transportation o They should stablish the inventory and route for the Delivery Driver. o Following all the regulations stablish in the FMC SOP’s to handle the products in compliance with the Department Of Health of PR.
14. Dispensary o Coordinates and ensures that the Budtenders maintain inventory in Biotrack System. o Responsible that the Budtenders greeting patients, orienting them about strains and use, methods of delivery and dosage.
15. Maintenance o Conducts physical inspections and repairs of the facility, grounds, premises, hallways, common areas, restrooms, etc. noting anything that might be in need of repair, maintenance, cleanup, or is a hazard and reports same to the appropriate building staff. o Under direction of the Administrator, will conduct repairs to the facilities and premises as assigned including painting, patching, office and kitchen equipment, furniture, walls, ceiling tiles, carpeting, floor tiles, etc. o Self-directed to prioritize work orders, handle urgent requests, respond to tenant and client calls as required, and complete any and all assigned facility support, clean-up, maintenance, moving, event support, set-up, and repair work. o Expected to support the various skilled trade personnel at a facility or complex in the performance and completion of their duties as needed and assigned. o Provides a safe and orderly work environment.

The Regional Dispensary Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of FMC dispensary’s in accordance with the Office of Medical Cannabis by the Health Department of PR and the standards of FMC. This role provides support for all store Managers, employees, including schedules, training, policy and procedure updates, industry news, and product information. The Regional Dispensary Manager maintains highest level of presentation, customer service, and compassion to all patients.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. General
a. Must maintain records, have contact with the grow sites, embrace patient education, and understand marketing.
b. Determine best pricing based on market conditions and pass the information for approval of the FMC Administrator.
c. Responsible for keeping up with all changes in local and state law regarding operation of the facility.
d. Ensure that only the best and safest quality medicine is available at the dispensary.
e. Ensure that the Dispensary Technician greeting patients, orienting them about strains and use, methods of delivery and dosage with the correct information.
f. Must know how each strain works to alleviate the different debilitating illnesses for which the cannabis was recommended.
g. Must be aware of the difference of Indica, Sativa and their hybrids.
h. Will maintain records of effectiveness of the strain for the patient for long-term study and future reference and maintain the dispensary legitimacy.
i. Should be personable, groomed and knowledgeable about the industry.
j. They should attend formal Supervisor and Budtending Seminars or Schooling.
k. Analytically able to maximize labor productivity, production and profitability.
l. Has ability to work well with many employees as well as customers.
2. Manager functions
a. Coordinate work shifts with managers.
b. Check inventory.
c. Coordinate product supply with managers as needed.
d. Make orders if a product is necessary.
e. Enter product data when receiving merchandise.
f. Weigh and record quantity of products received.
g. Verified purchase history in identified files.
h. Coordinate appointments with different required services.
i. Process invoices and request equipment.
3. Human Resources
a. Coordinates with the Managers the needs of personal.
b. In coordination with the Managers search for candidates and conducts interviews in coordination with the Human Resources Department.
c. Assist the Manager to resolves any issue or need of the personal in coordination with the Human Resources Department.
d. Coordinate with the Manager the vacations itineraries for the dispensaries ensuring the necessary staff to in all moments.
e. Assist in training and development of the new employees.
f. Ensures that all employees use their safety equipment.
g. Supervise dispensary Managers and ensure that they always comply with the regulations.
h. Ensure that the Managers have complete employee information in identified files.
i. Assist with the preparation of employee payroll sheets and send them on time to the corresponding department to be processed.
4. Compliance
a. Conduct and document regulatory inspections of dispensaries.
b. Follow up on managers who meet and have the required certifications, permits and licenses in force.
c. Ensure the compliance of accesses.
d. Ensure compliance with the signage.
e. Ensure managers stay up-to-date with required training.
f. Watch over the image and lettering.
g. Ensure compliance and delivery of the required reports and reports.
h. Monitoring needs of physical plant of the dispensaries.
i. Assist the finance department in required procedures.
j. Ensure compliance with required binders (SOP’s, Credentials, Contracts, etc.)
5. Customer service for New and Old Patients
a. Audit the processes of receive patient in the lobby area.
b. Audit that the technicians request the necessary documentation to prove that is a certified cannabis patient issue by the Health Department of PR.
c. Audit that the technicians request a valid photo ID like the driver's license, the medical recommendation; verify eligibility for the flower (punch approved by the health department).
d. Audit that the technicians provide the FMC forms for new patients and instruct the patient how to complete down the information, read and sign the HIPAA Compliance Patient Consent Form and the Dispensary Code of Conduct.
e. Verify that the scan documents like patient license, second identification and its recommendation it is in the BIOTRACK THC tracking program.
f. Audit that the patient's folder is complete with all the forms and documentation required.
- Audit the process of orienting the patient about strains and use, different products, and dosage.
6. Additional functions.
a. Ensure that the Manager keep dispensing area clean and always collected.
