We are seeking an E-Commerce Assistant to drive awareness, consumer acquisition, and loyalty to our consumer-facing platforms. At the assistant level, this position will collaborate with cross-functional departments, including store retail teams, retail marketing, operations, and creative.
Responsibilities
- The E-commerce Assistant will be responsible for understanding and optimizing the customer journey for the JARS brand

- The E-commerce Assistant will play a critical function in growing our ecommerce footprint in all our retail markets

- Generate new ideas, understand optimization opportunities and define business needs of JARS

Data Entry/Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, making reservations or travel arrangements, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

This person will be an integral part of our overall growth plans and manage the daily accounting function through rapid, sustained, and profitable growth. The Accounting Manager will report to the CFO and be a strategic partner to the CFO and management team in developing and deploying strategies that will improve operations and profitability. The Accounting Manager will oversee complex accounting, compliance, and intercompany transactions and will be involved in both tactical and strategic activities.
Accounting Manager Responsibilities
- Review monthly account analyses and reconciliations prepared by the accounting team
- Manage account reconciliations, accrual schedules, and general journal entries, ensuring that reconciliations are performed accurately and on-time
- Manage day-to-day operational needs, including accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Review daily cash balances at retail locations
- Perform daily inventory checks between accounting system and point-of-sales system
- Account for inventory transfers between the distribution center and retail locations
- Comply with local, state and federal reporting requirements and sales and excise taxes
- Ensure accounting and financial reporting is accurate, timely and complete
- Streamline, maintain, and improve processes and internal controls
- Create standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
- Assist with the development and refinement of financial and operational reports
- Assist CFO with external audit preparation and oversight
- Support CFO with M&A activities and corporate finance projects
- Provide analysis and financial information to senior leaders to guide decision making
- Team leadership through active recruiting and managing of talent, including motivating, coaching, training, and mentoring team members

Accounting Manager Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred

Daily you will be responsible for carrying out daily crop related tasks such as: taking clones, filling pots, transplanting, trellising, de-leafing and skirting, harvest prep, cleaning and sanitizing, and more. Cultivators will also help with harvesting, IPM related activity, and fertigation tasks as needed and directed by management.
To best succeed, a Nursery Specialist should have a positive attitude and strong work ethic, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and meticulous attention to detail. They must enjoy cleaning and be well organized, while also able to change tasks frequently and without much notice. The ideal candidate will have had experience working in cannabis operations before, for medium to large scale cultivation facilities, and thrive when working in a fast paced, ever-changing environment. Managerial skills should be polished, and the Nursery Specialist should be someone who can engage, motivate, and lead a team of people.
Personnel Duties & Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), keep accurate records and follow proper documentation practices, as well as create more SOPs as the operation grows
- Assist with the creation of policies to ensure productive and efficient cultivation operations leading to the highest quality marijuana
- Assist in all plant care from clone to harvest including (but not limited to) pruning, trellising, spraying, watering, feeding, pest identification and mitigation, mold identification and mitigation, and cleaning
- Monitor environmental conditions including, but not limited to, air quality, water quality, temperature, and more
- Work with the facility manager and assist in the new hire process and recruitment of new talent, particularly nursery employees
- Aggressively applying his or her talents, education, and experience to ensure that every opportunity is taken to improve the cultivation operations of the company through intelligent analysis, effective procurement, capable administration and effective communication
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for cultivation personnel and ensure adherence to related policies and procedures.
- Monitor and respond to quality control assessments of marijuana product to ensure maximum product quality with minimal waste and inefficiency.
- Monitor compliance with Arizona laws and regulations on an ongoing basis and make changes as necessary to cultivation policies and procedures to maintain such compliance

Job Requirements:

Our team is seeking a team-oriented and motivated Inventory Specialist for our newly opened Battle Creek location. The Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing policy and procedure, compliance, inventory, receiving orders, and all other operational objectives of all the inventory store operations.
Responsibilities
- The Dispensary Inventory Specialist is an expert in their field of inventory receiving, METRC & MRA compliance, and order fulfillment
- Oversee and execute all inventory specific initiatives as outlined
- Deliver results and strategic direction by ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly through the inventory processes (POS, METRC, etc.)
- Ensure the store is audit compliant and achieves acceptable reporting/numbers
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security policies and procedures within the retail store
- Communicate, work closely, and successfully collaborate with other Managers and the Inventory Manager to achieve the organizations goals
- Train managers and employees in expected operational standards using appropriate tools such as SOP s, compliance audits, company and state policy, and procedures
- This role may be required to assist with other duties as assigned as well as in other functions of the operation including but not limited to: retail sales, delivery, and visual merchandising
- Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community

Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age (or per state regulations)
- Minimum 4 years retail experience, including a combination of front end and/or inventory responsibilities
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite & Microsoft Teams
- Strong knowledge of retail technology platforms and systems
- Experience with METRC, MRA Compliance and Cannabis POS Systems is preferred, but not required.

Perform all Payroll and HR duties:
