Commercial Experience Required
- Must be 21+, with a valid State ID, and able to pass additional background screening.

Description / Duties:
- Ability to retain knowledge of labels and understand the components of compliance surrounding packaging and labeling.
- Receive and fulfill orders in a timely, efficient manner.

Essential Duties
Procedures & Tasks
- This position is responsible for creating, inventorying, organizing, and preparing orders and inventory for the SC Order Fulfillment department. Employee shall be responsible for preparing and organizing exporting orders of a variety of SKUS for the facility.

- Employee shall be responsible for their usage and accuracy reporting and entering data for the CounterPoint, LeafLink, and METRC inventory systems. Along with these systems, this role shall also be responsible for organization and reporting data entries to spreadsheets and logs, including Counterpoint, LeafLink, METRC, Google and Smartsheet spreadsheet related tasks. Ensuring accurate and legible logging of a variety of spreadsheets and labels.
- This role may be tasked with supporting the inventory and auditing efforts within the Processing department.
- Supporting the leadership to assist, guide, and train SC Order Fulfillment department associates to accurately inventory different SKUs and packages. Support the team's understanding and ability to resolve issues of organizing and inventorying dried product.

Procedures & Tasks
- This position is responsible for creating, inventorying, organizing, and preparing orders and inventory for the SC Order Fulfillment department. Employee shall be responsible for preparing and organizing exporting orders of a variety of SKUS for the facility.

Ensuring accurate and legible logging of a variety of spreadsheets and labels.
- This role may be tasked with supporting the inventory and auditing efforts within the Processing department.
- Supporting the leadership to assist, guide, and train SC Order Fulfillment department associates to accurately inventory different SKUs and packages. Support the team's understanding and ability to resolve issues of organizing and inventorying dried product.

The Order Fulfillment Specialist (Order Puller) is responsible keeping the storage vault organized for incoming and outgoing orders. In addition, this individual will oversee the picking of finished goods for orders and ensuring all compliance labeling has been applied.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Picking finished goods from vault storage for individual dispensaries.
- Confirming packaging and brand labels are accurate on all finished goods.
- Create compliance labels using POS system and applying them to all products.

Overview: The Order Fulfillment Associate is a team member in the inventory process and is responsible for the correct counting, labeling, and packaging within the vault. This position reports to the Inventory/Compliance Manager.

The SC Order Fulfillment Specialist role will report to the leadership of the SC Order Fulfillment department. This role shall support the SC Order Fulfillment Supervisors and Manager and guide other department members to achieve objectives effectively.
Essential Duties
Procedures & Tasks
- This position is responsible for creating, inventorying, organizing, and preparing orders and inventory for the SC Order Fulfillment department. Employee shall be responsible for preparing and organizing exporting orders of a variety of SKUS for the facility.

- Work with the leadership of the SC Order Fulfillment department to prepare orders for delivery to meet deadlines. Accurately and efficiently organizing packages in distribution totes with matching compliantly to the manifest.
- Operate a Hi-lo to pick orders within the warehouse area.
- Utilizing order fulfillment software to prepare for deliveries.
- Employee shall be responsible for their usage and accuracy reporting and entering data for the CounterPoint, LeafLink, and METRC inventory systems. Along with these systems, this role shall also be responsible for organization and reporting data entries to spreadsheets and logs, including Counterpoint, LeafLink, METRC, Google and Smartsheet spreadsheet related tasks. Ensuring accurate and legible logging of a variety of spreadsheets and labels.
- This role may be tasked with supporting the inventory and auditing efforts within the Processing department.
- Supporting the leadership to assist, guide, and train SC Order Fulfillment department associates to accurately inventory different SKUs and packages. Support the team's understanding and ability to resolve issues of organizing and inventorying dried product.

- Update and track all required information based on instructions from leadership.
- Supporting the organizing and securing of all manifests, packaging tags, and labels.
- Compliantly following the SOPs for each objective consistently.
- Report any improper action of compliance regulations.
- Following instructed procedures shall maintain compliance and safety. Any compliance or safety mistake or error created shall be reported to the leadership of the department.
Supervision
- Works under the direct supervision of the SC Order Fulfillment Supervisor and Manager.
- This person shall be asked to lead, guide, and train associates in the department to assist and support the leadership of SC Order Fulfillment but will not have authority to discipline any team members.
Job Requirement

- Be able to operate a hi-lo vehicle.

Job Qualifications
Work Experience
- At least three months experience with LivWell to internally apply. Must be in good standing for the last three months at least to apply.
- One years of work experience in a data entry related position required.
- Two years of work experience in a related industry or work environment.
- Previous leadership experience in a related industry or work environment preferred. Background in computer inventory management preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment preferred.

The Order Fulfillment Specialist plays a key role in the organization’s success by monitoring, preparing and packing orders for delivery.
Duties and responsibilities of this position include:
- Manually transferring orders from ecommerce platform to traceability software
- Using third party traceability system to process orders, create transportation manifests and transfer orders
- Using labeling software and hardware to create accurate labels with required compliance information

Job Overview:
The Order Fulfillment Specialist plays an integral part in assuring that all of customers receive their orders in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner. This position is also involved with daily inventory intake and uploading and communication with the sales team throughout Oregon. The Order Fulfillment Specialist will communicate with the Distribution Supervisor for the hand-off of finished goods to be brought into Order Fulfillment inventory, input into e-commerce platform, and create invoices for internal customers. This position will maintain inventory in e-commerce platform and Metrc and will remove inventory from e-commerce when inventory items are below inventory thresholds. The Order Fulfillment Specialist will create Metrc tags for each order item, add each order item to a transfer manifest, and communicate with the order salesperson regarding the ETD, ETA, and route to be traveled, including all delivery stops prior to order delivery. The Order Fulfillment Specialist will conduct weekly inventory audits of finished goods and be responsible for inventory adjustments in e-commerce and Metrc.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Input new finished goods inventory into e-commerce, including test results and photos
- Monitor e-commerce for new and amended orders
- Input ship dates, manifest numbers, and discount codes into invoices; update status as status changes
- Alert salespeople to issues with orders (duplication, payment terms, inventory availability)
- Communicate with salespeople to ascertain ETD, ETA, route to be traveled, order of deliveries
- Create tags for orders, attach them to packages, and put them on transfer manifests for each customer in Metrc
- Check incoming and returning inventory against Transfer sheet and receive in Metrc and e-commerce
- Monitor e-commerce and Metrc inventory for accuracy
- Communicate with Distribution Supervisor to update pdf menu and Current Flower sheet weekly
- Check transfer manifests against invoices before orders leave the facility
- Perform weekly inventory audits and make adjustments in e-commerce and Metrc

The Order Fulfillment Specialist plays a key role in the organization’s success by monitoring, preparing and packing orders for delivery.
Duties and responsibilities of this position include:
- Manually transferring orders from ecommerce platform to traceability software
- Using third party traceability system to process orders, create transportation manifests and transfer orders
- Using labeling software and hardware to create accurate labels with required compliance information

As a Kiva Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will...
- Conduct cycle counts & inventory processes in Encompass to ensure accuracy
- Prepares finished goods for shipment to accounts by pulling, packing, and palletizing
- Receive and log incoming items
- Unload delivery trucks and make sure that each inbound delivery matches the purchase order
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Maintain and operate a pallet jack and forklift
- Help coordinate and track the movement of goods through METRC
What we're looking for...
- High school diploma or equivalent experience is required
- Previous order fulfillment experience is highly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
- Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions and safety rules, such as operation and maintenance instructions.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions
- Forklift Operator Certification preferred, but not required.
Work Environment
- This position is in a busy warehouse subject to frequent interruptions and loud noises

Business work hours vary but are usually Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM- 8:00 PM.
- Some extended and weekend hours may be required.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand, kneel, and bend over without much assistance 80% of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. at a time.
