- Receive shipments, check for damages and sort stock for distribution
- Keep record of purchases received into facility
- Conduct inventory audits and cycle counting
- Control the movement of merchandise in the warehouse
- Work with the Warehouse Manager to devise new stocking procedures and to develop techniques for improving order fulfillment pick rate efficiencies
- Audit the facilities entire inventory on a regular basis and provide accuracy reports to management.

- Qualifications include:
- 1+ years of experience handling live inventory & WMS/ERP systems.

- Oversee day to day functions of Accounts Payable to ensure accurate data entry of invoices, timely payment of vendor/supplier invoices and employees expense reimbursements
- Manage full-cycle invoice processing in Stampli to ensure invoices are coded and approved properly then routed for payment approvals
- Ensure all vendor/supplier invoices are 3-way matched accurately and timely within Encompass and Rootstock systems
- Prepare and process weekly check runs with AP team and ensure payments (checks, ACH and wire transfers) are processed accordingly
- Assist in cutting & mailing manual checks when necessary
- Manage daily positive pay exceptions
- Onboard new vendors and suppliers
- Communicate with internal and external customers to address any AP related requests, issues and concerns
- Administer corporate credit card program and T&E platform (Abacus)
- Perform monthly AP close procedures which consist of closing AP module on Day 1, assisting in AP accruals and reconciling prepaid accounts

- Strictly adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by the Bureau of Cannabis Control (BCC) and City Greens delivery/employee protocols & procedures
- Drive safely and obey all traffic laws.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and long-time City Greens customers.

Driver Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Clean & operational 2008 or newer vehicle (4 Cylinder or Hybrid preferred)

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers and guests by creating an inviting experience.
- Educate the customer regarding our products and their effects
- Assist customers with selection of products
- Keep display cases/floors clean and ensure all products is fully exhibited
- Support the store experience by performing various operational tasks as needed
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases using TREEZ platform

As a Kiva Delivery Driver, you will...
- Communicate with Manager regarding daily deliveries
- Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor in the presence of customers
- Confirm and pack all orders
- Complete necessary deliveries to dispensaries throughout Northern California while maintaining scheduled appointments
- Confirm order accuracy with customers and verify order is consistent with invoice
- Responsible for collecting payments and accurately count cash
- Process the completion of orders on iPad while in the field
- Handle materials (lifting 50-55 lbs.)
- Create efficient driving routes
- Responsible for the maintenance of inventory and delivery vehicles

What we're looking for...

This position reports directly to the Marketing Director and will work closely with the Retail General Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Build Brand Awareness by representing Embarc online, in-store, and in the field.
- Build rapport by engaging with local businesses, hotels, bars, and other 21+ environments.
- Distribute marketing materials locally and educate the community on Embarc’s mission.
- Own your shops event, demos, and promotion calendar
- Represent Embarc at City events such as Chamber of Commerce events, Council meetings, etc.
- Work with brands doing demos to create engaging content on their page and ours
- Work with retail and marketing to plan, promote, and execute community-building campaigns and events.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback in the field and online channels.
- Manage online presence at the local level in community groups and forums (FB, Reddit, etc.)
- Complete weekly & monthly reports to surface insights and provide action plans to Marketing Director.
- Help build and oversee Brand Embassador program.
- Accurately represent Embarc’s mission, vision and ethos.
- Regularly check online menu and provide feedback for improvement.
- Ensure in-store merchandising aligns with marketing goals.
- Provide requested content to the marketing team for your shop and community.

- Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries.
- Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
- Actively seek out customers in store.
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases.
- Cross sell products.
- Handle returns of merchandise.
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This job operates in a retail setting. Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the retail space. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
TRAVEL
This position does not require any travel.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- On-the-job training provided.
EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time position. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
