As a Kiva Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will...
- Conduct cycle counts & inventory processes in Encompass to ensure accuracy
- Prepares finished goods for shipment to accounts by pulling, packing, and palletizing
- Receive and log incoming items
- Unload delivery trucks and make sure that each inbound delivery matches the purchase order
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Maintain and operate a pallet jack and forklift
- Help coordinate and track the movement of goods through METRC
What we're looking for...
- High school diploma or equivalent experience is required
- Previous order fulfillment experience is highly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
- Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions and safety rules, such as operation and maintenance instructions.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Work Environment
- This position is in a busy warehouse subject to frequent interruptions and loud noises

Position Overview
Retail Inventory Associates are responsible for day to day inventory management at the retail storefront. They ensure inventory counts and shipments are accurate. They assist the Inventory Manager in verification and receiving product shipments and in the organization of products within the storage and on the sales floor. They also ensure products are received within California Track and Trace system (METRC) and POS system and have appropriate labels before being transferred to the sales floor.
Job Functions
- Responsible for barcoding all-new inventory in the Point of Sale system
- Auditing the physical inventory to ensure that the physical inventory aligns precisely with the virtual inventory numbers
- Help with daily/weekly cycle counts and inventory evaluation and verification procedures
- Provide timely notice to Inventory Manager if discrepancies are found, so that they may be fully investigated
- Research inventory variances and adjustments
- Work with Inventory Manager/Lead to maintain an accurate account of non-stock and unavailable inventory
- Implementation of cannabis waste procedures and schedule
- Create a calendar of all upcoming expired products
- Maintain a list of all quarantined product

Position Overview:
The Floor Lead is responsible for maintaining standard operating procedures at our retail store. - Administering all 3 breaks to employees at appropriate times
- Overseeing that each employee does not go over their 15-minute paid breaks
- Coordinate bathroom/water breaks for employees accordingly
- Check in with new employees regarding their knowledge, growth, and capacity within position
- Ensure that Budtenders are putting products back in its original place
- Conducting Daily huddles to inform the team about daily deals, promotions, new drops, slow movers and their prices/selling points.

- Distribute marketing materials locally and educate the community on Embarc’s mission.
- Own your shops event, demos, and promotion calendar

Position Overview
In this role, you will assist the General Manager in leading the cannabis retail team and oversee day to day operations. You will foster a culture of teamwork and camaraderie, with communication being at the forefront of team building. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Check-in customers on POS system
- Assess customers’ needs, provide assistance and information on product features.
- Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries.
- Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
- Actively seek out customers in store.
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases.
- Cross sell products.
- Handle returns of merchandise.
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
- Build productive trust relationships with customers.
- Comply with inventory control procedures.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This job operates in a retail setting. Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the retail space. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
TRAVEL
This position does not require any travel.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- On-the-job training provided.
EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time position. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
