Job Summary:

An Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for supporting the daily operational procedures by ensuring the prompt and professional packaging service. This full time position reports directly to the Order Fulfillment Manager. In this position you can expect to be moving and completing packaging orders and ensuring prompt service with any packaging that may need to be sent out. As part of our fulfillment team, you manage inventory, receive, and fulfill orders in an efficient manner, and process returns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute standard operating procedures (SOP) and processes accurately.
• Manage their workload efficiently to meet goals and consistently produce quality products.
• Maintain up-to-date work shift responsibilities on logs and inform direct supervisor of any changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Track all orders in METRC
• Receive and fulfill orders in a swift and efficient manner
• Answer phone calls, process returns, and provide online customer service

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be able to follow SOP.
• Must be able to operate and maintain equipment in a safe manner.
• Must be comfortable with heights, soil and water, and tight spaces.
• Must be able to climb, squat, bend, twist, and stand for at least 8 hours per day, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to perform other duties as assigned.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to successfully register with the state’s cannabis commission as an agent.
• Must be able to comply with all laws, regulations, and policies associated with the industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plant anatomy is a plus.
• Detail oriented and strong interpersonal communication skills required

Physical and Mental Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position, move and/or position oneself, communicate, operate and/or prepare, place, position objects, tools, or controls. The employee must occasionally move packages weighing up to 50 lb. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close observation and the ability to adjust focus.
