Overnight Security Guards will be responsible for performing their security duties at cannabis farm sites.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Protect the property both on foot and by vehicle, being visible and observant at all times
- Maintain the security cellular phone
- Ensure critical areas of the property are monitored
- Maintain complete knowledge of all security operations, policies and procedures
- Perform pat down searches per company protocol
- Conduct perimeter patrol, site access control and site surveillance
- Document security activity using appropriate security forms, always ensuring the work product is concise, accurate, and thorough
- Comply with all Security policies and procedures that pertain to the property

POSITION SUMMARY
The Cultivation Manager will help to create and implement the vision and best practices as set forth by the Farm and Company leadership team. This role will be required to interface with the Farm management team as well as the Director of Compliance. This position requires an expert level understanding of plant health, genetics, pests, pathogens, company SOPs, automation, and all tasks associated with the growing and harvesting of cannabis. Assists the Farm management team in leading daily tasks and keeping all parts of production on cadence and up to compliance. This position directly reports to the Farm Manager. The position oversees all cultivation operations including propagation, outdoor/indoor cultivation methodologies, plant health, plant nutrition, harvesting, curing, & R&D practices. Provides professional leadership, guidance, and horticulture training to the cultivation team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage cultivation by initiating, coordinating, developing, and enforcing the cultivation program.
- Manage operational protocols, safety protocols, personnel policies, and Maggie’s farm procedures.
- Maintain MED & METRC compliance in all cultivation aspects.
- Knowledge of Colorado State Laws regarding Marijuana businesses.

- Advanced knowledge and experience with all stages of development of the cannabis.
- Proficient communication with processing department.
- Establish the Target Population Percentages for each strain and coordinates with inventory management, supply chain management, and retail operations to ensure needs are met.
- Catalog and analyze each individual strain from clone to harvest.
- Oversee all IPM operations. IPM manager reports directly to Cultivation Manager to develop and execute preventative maintenance and elimination of all types of plant pests, pathogens, and fungus.
- Advanced and innovative practices that promote efficiency and improvements with current processes.
- Work closely with the Farm Manager on improving department logistics and operations, continuing to improve plant health and development, developing department structure, development of contingency plans for cultivation, and creating leadership pipelines.
- Coordinates with the Facilities Manager to establish preventative maintenance. Works closely to ensure Environmental Set Points are being achieved and all HVAC systems are being in unison monitored to minimize failures and loss of crop.
- Communicate and schedule cultivation needs, repairs, and improvements with Facility Management.
- Work closely with procurement to ensure all Cultivation and Harvest inventory needs are being met.
- Expert level knowledge and experience of diverse methodologies regarding the cultivation of cannabis and botany in general. High focus cultivation methods include: organic living soil, permaculture, and horticulture. (minimum of five (5) years of experience).
- Advanced knowledge of microbiology.
- Manage nutrient and fertilizer programs.
- Work directly with third party consultants to provide optimal solutions.
- Respond to facility related failures promptly while maintaining preventative tasks in accordance with facility needs.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Farm General Manager manages a large scale, outdoor commercial cannabis medical grow operation and ensures it is following industry regulations daily. As an Order Fulfillment Specialist with Green Thumb, you are responsible for the final stage of the product's lifecycle in our manufacturing facility. This position's main function is pulling sales orders and preparing them for delivery, verifying accuracy of product type and quantity. Additionally, the Order Fulfillment Specialist is quality checking to ensure compliant labeling as they prepare orders. This role is also responsible for tracking product electronically on the state traceability system to ensure compliance with state laws and program regulations.
Core Responsibilities
- Working with off-site sales partners to receive orders
- Pulling sales orders and preparing them for delivery; labeling in accordance with DoA rules and regulations
- Creating and managing excel spreadsheets
- Tracking product through state traceability program
- Cleaning up all work areas and equipment at the end of every day
- Assisting other departments as needed
- Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, Knowledge, & Skills)
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency
- Possess an MED badge
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to work outdoors for 10 – 12 hrs a day in all weather and temperatures
- Must have reliable transportation
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, Knowledge, & Skills)
- Experience in working outdoors in a physically demanding position (example: Farm hand, landscaping, roofing, etc.)
- Experience in the Marijuana industry, outdoor grow
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- This role requires regular and on-time attendance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- As an outdoor grow, temperatures can get over 100F and below freezing. Farm work is done in the rain, snow, and heat.
- OT may be required for periods of time based on field demand
- Standard schedule is Wednesday to Saturday and Sunday to Wednesday

We are looking for cultivators to work at our outdoor marijuana farms in Pueblo and Florence!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cultivate plants from seed/clone to breakdown
- Fulfilling all duties following all MED, OSHA, Dept of Ag, and Company guidelines and policies
- Be ready to work in all weather to maintain plants, prepare the fields and buildings for planting, and learn Maggie’s way of cultivating
