The Position

The Client Success Manager will be responsible for managing Spacestation’s portfolio of external client relationships and addressing day-to-day client needs. Minimum Qualifications
Any combination of the required experience and education listed below that provides the required knowledge and abilities is acceptable. A typical way of getting the knowledge and abilities is outlined below:
Education: Possession of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, public administration, accounting, finance, organizational development, social work, education, human resources, information technology or a closely related field; AND
Experience: Either one (1) year as an Associate Administrative Services Analyst in Yolo County; or three (3) years of professional analytical journey level experience in any of the functional areas required by the position: general and administrative support, fiscal and contract management, program analysis and compliance, staff development and training, and/or information systems support.
Substitution: Additional professional level experience in any of the functional areas noted above may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis up to a maximum of two years.
Experience in the classifications of Staff Services Analyst I/II, Departmental Analyst, Program and Administrative Planner, and Employment Training Analyst in Yolo County may be substituted for the above required education on a year-for-year basis up to a maximum four (4) years.
Background Requirement: Incumbents in this class may have access to Federal Tax Information and are subject to confidentiality and safeguarding requirements of Internal Revenue Code 6103(p)(4). As such, an individual selected for this position is subject to a thorough background investigation as stipulated in Section 5.1.1 of Internal Revenue Service Publication 1075, which includes the following:
- Review of Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) fingerprint results;
- Check of local law enforcement agencies where the subject has lived, worked and/or attended school within the last five (5) years and, if applicable, of the appropriate agency for any identified arrests; and
- Verification of an employee's eligibility to work in the United States.
Background investigations are conducted upon hire and every ten (10) years of employment thereafter.
License: Some positions in this classification may require incumbents to possess and maintain a valid California driver's license, Class C or higher, to carry out job related duties. The supplemental questions are designed to elicit specific information regarding a candidate's experience, education, and training. Verification of Education

Grower Operations Associate
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Grower Operations Associate, are to:
- Manage day-to-day operations in greenhouses, and control chambers in operations on site;
- Ensure application and adoption of best practices in crop management, irrigation, plant nutrition, plant health, and harvest to deliver quality data and optimize results for cost, quality and yield;
- Collaborate to schedule activities according to crop cycles, supervise contractor labor, and maintain records and supplies;
- Apply proper planning tools to manage tasks such as capacity request and management; transplanting, fertigation, pollination and harvest;
- Execute plan and labor breeding operational tasks as planned, including greenhouse setup, transplant, crop growing, harvest and relinquish trial sets back to breeding;
- Leverage metrics applications and quality control processes to realize accuracy, efficiency and expanded improvements to protocols;
- Capture data in Windows and iOS operating systems (desktop computing, iPhones, iPads) and conduct data quality check and assurance to enable timely advancement of vegetable products;
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to deliver results within the crops;
- Proactively identify opportunities to assist in improving established procedures, and lead troubleshooting activities through root cause analysis and troubleshooting techniques;
- Ensure compliance with Worker Protection Standards (WPS) as well as Bayer safety guidelines and housekeeping practices;
- Perform tasks to ensure compliance with Bayer policies and quality standard, including safeguarding of equipment daily use logs, calibration and maintenance;
- Manage ordering and inventory of all greenhouse chemicals and consumables to support growing operations;
- Schedule, record and report pesticide applications to local county Ag office to maintain compliance with local regulations;
- Lead weekly greenhouse operations activities meetings and review sowing, planning, pruning, harvest and pesticide applications with breeding assistants and technicians to ensure timeliness of operations;
- Communicate updates and changes to greenhouse activities schedules to stakeholders;
- Serve as primary greenhouse system software (PRIVA) data manager for > 50 greenhouses and ensure appropriate environmental controls, irrigation and fertigation schedules are in place;
- Serve as primary person responsible for Capacity Request and Allocation activities for greenhouse operations – covers 10 different crops, >10 different stakeholders and 3 or 4 cycles per year;
- Work with site labor coordinator to ensure sufficient support for all greenhouse activities and provide feedback to site labor coordinator and Farm Labor Contractor Supervisors on contractor proficiency;
- Work with other breeding operations associates, assistants and technicians to develop action plans to address stakeholder feedback and improve greenhouse operations;
- Mentor others on greenhouse growing operations to ensure business continuity.

Cultivation Associate

The Cultivation Technicians are responsible for assisting with all aspects of the company's cultivation operation from propagation to harvest. Essential functions include, but are not limited to, such as cleaning, cloning, transplanting, pruning plants, planting and resetting veg rooms as well as various miscellaneous tasks that fall under the day-to-day management of our greenhouse gardens and their various individual departments.
Under the supervision of the Cultivation Manager, this team member will ensure that the facility is kept safe and compliant with OSHA standards as well as all state and local regulations at all times. This position will be responsible for following ALL Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) as they relate to various aspects of our cultivation and to maintain compliance within our facility at all times.
Cultivation Technicians will be responsible for many key day-to-day tasks that keep our facility operating smoothly and our production cycle on schedule. Having a positive mindset, a capacity to problem-solve, as well as a team-first attitude is critical.

- Assist in irrigation
- Assist in transplanting, lifting plants up to 20+ lbs
- Assist in canopy maintenance, sitting/bending over for long periods of time

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This role reports to the Purchasing Manager. The Distribution Clerk is responsible for the assistance, coordination, planning, and execution of daily activities of order fulfillment for Golden Meds retail locations and wholesale customers. Cannabis Growth Phase 2 Cultivation Associate

Purpose
The Growth Phase 2 Farmer is responsible for a variety of farming duties, including gardening and the upkeep of all Growth Phase 2 garden areas, performing all hands-on duties in the farm, and transporting plants to different areas of the farm. The Growth Phase 2 Farmer is expected to operate under the highest standards of compliance and professionalism.
Essential Duties
Procedures, Productivity, and Quality
- Preparing and loading tables according to standard operating procedures.
- Trellising tables according to standard operating procedures.
- Manicuring and spreading plants according to standard operating procedures.
- Transport plants that are ready to be moved into different areas the farm.
- Cleaning and maintaining all equipment and material.
Work Environment
- Adhere to all work safety requirements including but not limited to: lifting, bending, and move up and down ladders throughout shift.
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance on work surfaces, tools, and related equipment to ensure the garden is well maintained.
- Ensure cleanliness of all areas in the garden.
- Maintain a positive attitude that creates a positive work environment.
- Keep doors closed when not in use.
- Wear protective clothing when working with plants.
- Before exiting the facility remove protective clothing and ensure that there is no cannabis on your personal clothing, shoes, or hair.
Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulations through guidance from a manager or supervisor.
- Ensure that workflow and work procedures are documented and that appropriate controls and audits are in place to ensure data and processing integrity.

- Load trimming machine with product and distribute it evenly to avoid any disturbance to the flower to ensure maximum end-product.
- Maintains and upkeeps of all equipment, tools, supplies and products throughout the work shift to make certain department is clean when customers, management, or regulatory agencies walk the property.
- The employee must exhibit personal hygiene and follow the health guidelines set forth by the company and state.

An Inventory Control Associate performs a variety of inventory control/management tasks such as preparing and confirming unprocessed or Work In Progress material for production, coordinating incoming and outgoing deliveries of raw materials & finished goods, loading and unloading company products, checking and inspecting loads received and/or staged for accuracy/visual damage. Other responsibilities are but not limited to data entry, maintaining records, cycle counts and ability to understand the implications of Metrc and ERP movements.

- Verifies Chain of Custody is completed to company and Bureau of Cannabis Control

- Inspects all incoming loads for accuracy, completeness and visible damage
