Job Summary:
The Grower is primarily responsible for the order, cleanliness, and efficiency of warehouse operations by performing labor work duties.
Duties / Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Day-to-day assignments and tasks of the Cannabis production cycle.
- Cloning: cutting and transplanting; watering; labeling.
- Plant care during vegetative and flowering phase: trimming, manipulating, staking, big leafing, pruning, watering, plant monitoring.
- Harvesting: cutting plants; weighing.
- Assure that cannabis that is in the process of production, preparation, and manufacturing is protected from insects, dust, and any other contaminates.
- Records temperature and humidity levels as needed and requested by managers.
- Plant inspections: collect and record information, use of a microscope, proper sanitation and cleanup of plant areas and inspection equipment.
- Operating, maintaining, and daily upkeep of cultivation systems/equipment; stocking and handling production inputs and supplies; sanitizing and cleaning growing rooms, cultivation work areas and tools.
- Responsible for daily upkeep, sanitation, and cleanliness of other non-grow areas within the cultivation department.
- Informs immediately, Leads or Managers, of any unsafe work conditions.
- Informs Leads or Managers of any problems with equipment in grow areas.
- Participates in training on confidentiality requirements and all OLCC, state and local regulations related to production of recreational cannabis.
- Assists with any government inspections or audits.
- Other duties as required or needed to assist company in meeting production goals.
- Assisting Packaging and Trimming may be needed during peak times.

Required Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Stem Holdings has an opportunity for an experienced Inventory Specialist in its Eugene, OR retail dispensary – TJ’s on 7th.
Job Summary: The Inventory Specialist will manage dispensary inventory and data
management systems in an efficient manner. As needed, the Inventory Specialist will also
operate as a Senior Budtender to assist with sales and administrative responsibilities and will be
expected to balance the work required to manage each function concurrently.
Duties / Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Provide the Inventory Coordinator (if applicable), Director of Retail, and Director of
Compliance (if applicable) with daily inventory reconciliations memos.
- Analyzes the sales rate of each product within our stores to optimize decisions regarding
purchasing and sales and make recommendations for same.
- In collaboration with the Dispensary Manager and Inventory Coordinator (if applicable)
ensures compliance with all Company procedures and required legal compliance,
particularly with regard to intake and storage procedures.
- Conducts inventory audits and in coordination with the Assistant Dispensary Manager and
Inventory Coordinator (if applicable) manages inventory intakes.
- Consistent with the Company goal to optimize compliance, supports the Inventory
Coordinator (if applicable) to ensure all menus and inventory tracking systems are up to
date.
- Collaborates with Administrative staff to develop and implement standard operating
procedures and strategies to improve sales and customer experience.
- Works as Senior Budtender as directed by Assistant Manager
- Maintains complete accuracy within our Cannabis Tracking System (CTS).
- Maintains complete accuracy within our Point of Sales system.
- Provides help to any department within the dispensary, as needed, during business peaks.
- Other duties as they evolve for the position or as may be assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:

Job Summary:
The Grower is primarily responsible for the order, cleanliness, and efficiency of warehouse operations by performing labor work duties.

Job Summary:
The Grower is primarily responsible for the order, cleanliness, and efficiency of warehouse operations by performing labor work duties.
Duties / Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Day-to-day assignments and tasks of the Cannabis production cycle.
- Cloning: cutting and transplanting; watering; labeling.
- Plant care during vegetative and flowering phase: trimming, manipulating, staking, big leafing, pruning, watering, plant monitoring.

The Production Kitchen Assistant 1 supports the Production Kitchen Supervisor/Manager in maintaining the day-to-day operations of the cannabis production kitchen facility to ensure consistent quality of finished goods within specification, scheduled to meet agreed-upon forecasted inventory budgets and maintaining service levels at 99%. To be considered, candidates must be able to work 4pm - 12am, Monday through Friday, and on weekends as needed. This is a non-exempt position.
Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures for all required processes.
- Assist Production Kitchen Supervisor/Manager with the accurate formulation, production, dosing, packaging and labeling of THC and CBD products.
- Manually cut and create packaging as needed; pack and wrap finished product.
- Ensure that all production areas and equipment are cleaned and sanitized according to Company Standard Operating Procedures and state/local regulations.

Stem Holdings has an opportunity for an Order Fulfillment Specialist in Eugene, OR, to ensure that cannabis order are properly manifested and packed according to order specification.
Job Overview:
The Order Fulfillment Specialist plays an integral part in assuring that all of customers receive their orders in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner. This position is also involved with daily inventory intake and uploading and communication with the sales team throughout Oregon. The Order Fulfillment Specialist will communicate with the Distribution Supervisor for the hand-off of finished goods to be brought into Order Fulfillment inventory, input into e-commerce platform, and create invoices for internal customers. This position will maintain inventory in e-commerce platform and Metrc and will remove inventory from e-commerce when inventory items are below inventory thresholds. The Order Fulfillment Specialist will create Metrc tags for each order item, add each order item to a transfer manifest, and communicate with the order salesperson regarding the ETD, ETA, and route to be traveled, including all delivery stops prior to order delivery. The Order Fulfillment Specialist will conduct weekly inventory audits of finished goods and be responsible for inventory adjustments in e-commerce and Metrc.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Input new finished goods inventory into e-commerce, including test results and photos
- Monitor e-commerce for new and amended orders
- Input ship dates, manifest numbers, and discount codes into invoices; update status as status changes
- Alert salespeople to issues with orders (duplication, payment terms, inventory availability)
- Communicate with salespeople to ascertain ETD, ETA, route to be traveled, order of deliveries
- Create tags for orders, attach them to packages, and put them on transfer manifests for each customer in Metrc
- Check incoming and returning inventory against Transfer sheet and receive in Metrc and e-commerce
- Monitor e-commerce and Metrc inventory for accuracy
- Communicate with Distribution Supervisor to update pdf menu and Current Flower sheet weekly
- Check transfer manifests against invoices before orders leave the facility
- Perform weekly inventory audits and make adjustments in e-commerce and Metrc
- Other duties as required

The Cannabis Processor will work exclusively at a TJs Gardens farm, ensuring that the cannabis is processed according to TJs high quality standards and specifications.
Job Summary : The Processor conducts day-to-day operations within the Processing Department, including detailed trimming and weighing of cannabis to confirm quality of product. This is a 2nd shift position - 2pm - 10:30pm - Monday to Friday.
Duties / Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Processing cannabis from harvest to sell.

Duties / Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible and manages day-to-day facility operations, cleanliness, and improvements.
- Responsible for all aspects of cannabis cultivation.
- Responsible for assessing and requesting permanent and temporary labor as needed, and with prior approval from the Senior Director of Cultivation.
- Hire, train, and manage Department Managers, Department Leads, and Growers.
- Develop and maintain cultivation protocols, task schedules, and nutrient schedules in accordance with Senior Director of Cultivation.
- Manage all supply and equipment ordering to ensure that all cultivation needs are met and required supplies are stocked.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all actual expenses and income and provides projections of anticipated monthly expenses and income.
- Ensure that each plant from seed/clone to harvest is catalogued and tracked according to state compliance guideline.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all additives and amounts given to any plant over the course of its grow cycle.
- Monitor for quality control to ensure excellence of service and product.
- Monitors cultivation personnel to ensure adherence to methods required to keep cannabis protected from insects, dust, and any other contaminates during every stage of cultivation and production.
- In collaboration with the Senior Director of Cultivation, implements cultivation protocols, task schedules and nutrient schedules, and assign duties to growers.
- Inventory Control.
- Implement procedures to assure that access to the cultivation site is enclosed, locked, and limited to the facility’s managers, board members, and authorized personnel.
- Implement procedures that maximize safety, assure consistent maintenance and sanitation of all equipment.

Job Summary:
The Grower is primarily responsible for the order, cleanliness, and efficiency of warehouse operations by performing labor work duties.
Duties / Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Day-to-day assignments and tasks of the Cannabis production cycle.
- Cloning: cutting and transplanting; watering; labeling.
- Plant care during vegetative and flowering phase: trimming, manipulating, staking, big leafing, pruning, watering, plant monitoring.
- Harvesting: cutting plants; weighing.
- Assure that cannabis that is in the process of production, preparation, and manufacturing is protected from insects, dust, and any other contaminates.
- Records temperature and humidity levels as needed and requested by managers.

Education and / or Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Knowledge of cannabis, cannabis laws and its use.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent bending, stooping and turning to accomplish tasks routinely completed in an agricultural setting.
- Includes frequent repetitive motions of hands, wrists, arms, neck and torso.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
