Role Summary:
The Lead Inventory Specialist role requires a hands-on approach to assist in shaping the culture of Trulieve. Oversees the day-to-day operations of a large cannabis production facility. Reports and works directly with the Inventory Supervisor in the Materials Department. Provides support for entire Materials Department, including policies, procedures, and trainings.

- Ability to count the finished goods and raw materials within their respective locations
- Ensure that tallied amount is properly reflected in the inventory system
- Cycle Count inventory and report variances encountered; research within ERP system
- Utilize spreadsheets, excel, and SAP

- Responsible for tracking all inventory in the warehouses daily to ensure accuracy

- Maintaining quality control by visually inspecting cannabis products and packaging to ensure consistency in product standards; ensuring labeling and product counts are accurate
- Inventory of cannabis products upon receipt and distribution to and from the department
- Assisting in the loading, unloading, and inventory of cannabis packaging, supplies and materials
- Adhering to production schedules
- Weighing and processing waste material in accordance with state regulations and company policies and procedures

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Lead Laboratory Production Specialist is primarily responsible for performing general laboratory duties related to the extraction and production of cannabis products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide guidance to Lab Specialists as directed by the Lab Manager
- Reinforce the priorities and workflows of the Laboratory Department at the request of the Lab Manager

EDUCATION:

EXPERIENCE:
Familiarity with a laboratory environment required
Minimum 1 year of experience in a cannabis processing lab required

Job Summary
The Inventory Lead is responsible for supporting their Inventory Manager/Supervisor and dispensary staff with supervising and maintaining accurate inventory control measures. JOB SUMMARY: The Inventory Specialist Lead assists with overseeing the inventory team and developing procedures to effectively manage and maintain a site's inventory. They'll make sure shipments are accurate by conducting inventory counting processes. The inventory specialist lead will manage finished goods inventory in the vault and make sure that there is enough room for incoming finished goods. This is a working lead position.

ROLE:
The Lead Accounts Payable Specialist will work under the direction of the Accounts Payable Supervisor and the Regional Controller to carry out the fiscal accounting functions of the corporation in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and in accordance with financial management techniques and practices appropriate within the industry. - Full cycle AP support of numerous location and legal entities, including vendor invoice and expense report processing.
- Supervises a team of A/P Specialists processing invoices and ensures related reporting is completed timely and consistently.
- Oversee timely and accurate accounts payable and open payables reporting.
- Assure timely receipt and review of vendor statements, reconciling all discrepancies.
- Ensure that invoices are properly approved within Company policy and charged to the correct General Ledger account number, location and legal entity.

- Verify proper approvals for payment on invoices.

JOB SUMMARY
The Operations Specialist I is responsible for, but not limited to, commencing of operations at a start-up cannabis processing facility, processing and operational scheduling to meet supply demands, executing unit operations in areas primarily in processing and purification of concentrated plant extracts, and supervision of the quality control, manufacturing, and packaging functions of the operation. They will work closely with the General Manager of the facility and the Xabis team to meet ongoing operational growth and team goals.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that all activities are performed safely and in strict accordance with company guidelines; maintains product and company reputation by complying with governing regulations.
- Manages all operational activities, including planning and scheduling for production runs, accounting for material availability, orders, and employee scheduling; reports and documents daily production activities.
- Ensures operations are functional. This includes making sure equipment maintenance is scheduled and performed, inventories are properly managed, and downtime is minimized.
- Oversees all quality control (QC) activities and reporting for materials, bulk intermediates, and finished products; this includes inventory verification using multiple database systems and inventory resupplying.
- Maintains positive communications with local client, vendors and service providers.
- Supervises team of 3-5 employees on pilot scale production process to ensure safe and compliant operations.
- Keeps operations clean by collecting, disposing of, and logging all hazardous and non-hazardous waste; cleaning of all processing equipment and the manufacturing facility; maintenance of glassware cleaning process.
- Maintains meticulous records for all production steps.
- Provides general backup for employees to ensure production continuity; they will be trained in all aspects of the facility operations.
- Assists in scheduling maintenance and repair activities for production equipment and instrumentation.
- Revises operating procedures and supporting documentation to reflect optimized operational changes; writes technical documents (protocols, manuals, SOPs, white papers, etc.).
- Aides in the hiring and training of site employees; develops site relevant training materials and programs.

- Proficient using PCs and common applications.

Job Description
The Lead Inventory Specialist reports to Dispensary Inventory Manager and is responsible for the day to day operation and oversight of the processing room. Determines operational needs, maintain inventory control and menu accuracy; train and lead operation associates, and proactively solve processing-related problems.
Duties and responsibilities
- Work with operation associates while leading by example to increase efficiency, accuracy, and product knowledge
- Estimate daily inventory requirements and pre-package product to meet projected needs
- Prepare and package orders for PharmaCann customers
- Back of the house organization
- Maintain inventory control - cycle counts, communicate needs, processing, markdowns and removal
- Maintain pricing and photos and ensure accuracy for inventory offerings on menus.
- Ensure audit compliance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Minimum 2 years retail experience
- Must possess strong analytical skills to assess data, facts and figures
- Intermediate-level math skills.

Working conditions
This job operates in a professional store environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as
computers, phones, and photocopiers. This position regularly requires long hours, weekend, nights and holiday work
availability.
Physical requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This employee is frequently
required to stand, walk, use hands or feet, reach with hands and arms and may be required to lift up to 50 pounds.
