Position
As Distribution Lead, you will be responsible for prospecting leads, cultivating relationships, and developing our global distribution network. This position reports to the Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development of our distribution network, globally.
- Monitor KPIs and work with existing clients, as well as current market trends, to identify and address shortcomings
- Coordinate sales campaigns and strategies with the Sales Manager (both online and brick & mortar)
- Travel to B2B tradeshows and events providing demos and product knowledge
- Travel to Key Accounts in the US providing training, outreach, and support as needed
- maintain client relationships, manage our existing distribution client base, and develop a pipeline of new distribution accounts.

Dr. Dabber is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our remote team. This full-time sales position will work closely with the wholesale department to prospect and secure new leads for the sales team.
Seeking someone confident, energetic, and passionate about cannabis and cannabis consumption devices.
Your day-to-day would be: visiting local smoke shops, dispensaries, head shops and vape stores. Creating a positive first impression of our brand to shop employees, dispensaries, and shop owners. Qualifying shops that are ready to purchase and then connecting them with our sales team. *Bonuses paid out for each order secured.
This person should be highly organized and will be responsible for:
- Researching and identifying potential prospects
- Expressing the benefits of our technology over the competition
- Securing meetings with the buyer for our Account Executives
- Being a direct liaison to our AEs ensures meetings are passed off in a timely fashion with any important information about the account being communicated
- Cataloging failed prospects
- Understanding what went wrong, creating solutions for a better approach
- Logging all interactions within our CRM

Prospect Research
- Identify the DRD target market, leveraging data to select the best-suited prospects.
- Build out key contacts and data on existing and new prospects.
- Ensure our prospects are diverse and cover large multi-locations, as well as, smaller family-run businesses.
Prospect Outreach
- Conduct in-person outreach to the local leads.
- Qualify leads through outreach and research.
- Generate interest in appointments among qualified leads.
- Meet with key leads to determine qualifications, needs, and readiness to proceed.
- Develop outreach messaging based on current campaigns
Lead Categorization & Follow-Up
- Research and categorize all new inbound leads and contacts for prospecting and sales follow-up.
- Deliver new prospect targets for outreach on a weekly basis with strategic guidance
- Ensure inbound sales requests are properly routed and followed up.
Liaison to DRD Team
- Ensure appointments are handed off in a timely manner, providing any background information on the lead.
- Track failing engagements with active sales leads, for salesperson interventions.
- Regularly report on prospecting performance to identify areas that require additional attention.
- Expand prospecting outreach to include more of DRDs regional territories.
- Build a foundation to support and train additional prospecting team members over time.
