Currently, we need a PCR technician to conduct daily qPCR test for microbial contaminants in a sanitized work environment. Job Description
The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll on a semi-monthly basis for a staff of 80+ employees consisting of hourly production staff, hourly administrative staff, salary administrative and executive staff, and commission-based sales team. This position reports directly to the Human Resources Manager and works closely with the Finance Team.
Responsibilities
· Payroll Data Entry
Maintain up-to-date personnel records as relevant to payroll within Quickbooks including employee names, addresses, DOB, tax setups, fringe benefit elections, LOA processing, and garnishment processing. This information is provided by the Human Resources team upon hiring, periodic census, annual benefit elections, or communication from government authorities.
· Payroll Processing
Ensure all payroll adjustments (e.g., vacation time, paid time off, bereavement, pay raises, terminations, etc.) are processed in the Quickbooks system accurately prior to each semi-monthly pay run.
· Customer Service
Resolve any payroll discrepancies through research and working with Human Resources team. Provides payroll information by answering questions from employees or management as well as provide reporting to the Manager of Human Resources or Finance Manager as needed.
· Communication
Communicates effectively and build strong relationships with other teams, while making sound and timely decisions, and capable of handling multiple projects.
· Ad-Hoc
Willing to take on ad hoc projects in support of the Human Resources or Finance team as needed. This is essential in a very fast start-up environment where business needs can change suddenly.
Required Qualifications
· 3+ years’ experience in payroll processing
· A solid understanding of applicable laws and regulations related to payroll, deductions, garnishments, etc.

The Inventory & Distribution Manager is a direct report to the Operations Assistant Manager. The Inventory & Distribution Manager is responsible for making sure that all products being distributed are compliant and accurately recorded in all systems (Metrc, FishBowl, spreadsheets, etc.). The Inventory & Distribution Manager will oversee and support cannabis inventory management and any compliance audits that are needed for the department. The Inventory & Distribution manager will work closely with the Operations Assistant Manager to ensure packaged products are verified prior to entering into inventory software. The Inventory & Distribution manager will also work closely with the Security/Transportation team to ensure that all outgoing shipments are coordinated in a timely manner.

- Evaluate on-hand inventory and coordinate with packaging / production departments to ensure menu accuracy and a variety of menu offerings.
- Assist/Collaborate in writing and implementing SOPs related to cannabis inventory intake, storage and distribution.

Job Description
The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll on a semi-monthly basis for a staff of 80+ employees consisting of hourly production staff, hourly administrative staff, salary administrative and executive staff, and commission-based sales team. This position reports directly to the Human Resources Manager and works closely with the Finance Team.
Responsibilities
· Payroll Data Entry
Maintain up-to-date personnel records as relevant to payroll within Quickbooks including employee names, addresses, DOB, tax setups, fringe benefit elections, LOA processing, and garnishment processing. This information is provided by the Human Resources team upon hiring, periodic census, annual benefit elections, or communication from government authorities.
· Payroll Processing
Ensure all payroll adjustments (e.g., vacation time, paid time off, bereavement, pay raises, terminations, etc.) are processed in the Quickbooks system accurately prior to each semi-monthly pay run.
· Customer Service
Resolve any payroll discrepancies through research and working with Human Resources team. Provides payroll information by answering questions from employees or management as well as provide reporting to the Manager of Human Resources or Finance Manager as needed.
· Communication
Communicates effectively and build strong relationships with other teams, while making sound and timely decisions, and capable of handling multiple projects.
· Ad-Hoc
Willing to take on ad hoc projects in support of the Human Resources or Finance team as needed. This is essential in a very fast start-up environment where business needs can change suddenly.
Required Qualifications
· 3+ years’ experience in payroll processing
· A solid understanding of applicable laws and regulations related to payroll, deductions, garnishments, etc.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
· Must be organized, detail oriented, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities
· Experience with state filings
· Maintain the utmost confidentiality when working with sensitive payroll information
· Team player with proven customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent experience
· SPHR certification desired
