- Minimum of 4 years experience in paid search, paid social media, and programmatic advertising
- Minimum of 4 years experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, & Google Data Studio or equivalent data reporting platforms.
- Strong experience delivering reporting on paid media campaigns
- Ability to strategize, build, and implement paid search, paid social, and digital media campaigns that accomplish specific business objectives and meet or exceed KPIs
- Ability to manage media vendors and media partners to achieve the highest level of results
- Must be an active learner who can stay current on digital paid media trends, changes, and best practices
- Agency experience is a plus
- Strong, task-oriented implementation skills

As an Account Coordinator at Helix House, you will play an essential role in the success of our clients. Account Coordinators are key members of the Account Management team. They participate in client communication, attend client and strategy meetings, and assist Account Managers in driving client success. - Attend client meetings, calls, and presentations as a member of the account management team
- Work closely with clients to understand their internal lead nurturing and conversion strategies
- Attend Strategy meetings with the creative, copy, design, social, and paid media teams
- Assist Account Managers with administrative duties including:
- Meeting notes during client calls with the ability to identify decisions and actions items for later execution
- Client communications via email, CMS and calls
- Reporting on tracking, measuring, and understanding essential campaign KPIs
- Communicate with the Project Management team in order to ensure high-level campaign execution with a focus on quality and timelines
Who You Are:
- Minimum of 2 years of account coordination experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital advertising preferred
- Must be a proactive communicator with strong communication skills and with the ability to clearly pass information from the client and account teams to the production department

- Must be an active learner who can stay current on digital paid media trends, changes, and best practices
- Agency experience is a plus

What is a typical day at Helix House as a Lead Paid Search and Digital Media Manager?
- Leading paid media strategy meetings with the creative, copy, design, & social, teams
- Manage paid search, paid social, and digital media campaigns to ensure they are exceeding KPIs and meeting budgets
- Attend high-level client meetings as a representative of the paid media department
- Attending meetings with account management staff in order to implement client requests, campaign upgrades, and campaign optimizations
- Providing detailed reporting to the client management, production, and management teams
- Attending creative planning sessions as a representative of the paid media department
- Building and implementing paid search and digital media campaigns across platforms
- Creating paid search and digital media strategies as part of new-client onboarding
