The Inventory & Distribution Manager is a direct report to the Operations Assistant Manager. The Inventory & Distribution Manager is responsible for making sure that all products being distributed are compliant and accurately recorded in all systems (Metrc, FishBowl, spreadsheets, etc.). - Fulfill assigned responsibilities in line with procedures set forth by all department Standard Operating (SOP’s)

About the Job:
As a cultivation technician, the individual must provide care and support for plant cultivation, abiding by policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. Duties will include the following:
- Follow weekly schedule for cloning, pruning, transplanting, harvesting, and beneficial insect releases
- Daily walks through growing rooms to monitor for pest, diseases, and crop health
- Manage marijuana plants, giving each individual plant the attention, it needs
- Execute all activities in the veg, flower, and dry rooms
- Track and record all veg or flower room data and green waste as directed
- Keep veg, flower rooms and dry rooms immaculate and fully operational
- Take part in overall facility cleanliness
- Participate in tracking of clones, moms, and harvests
- Inform supervisor if growing environment is out of specification, plant health is declining, or if a disease or pest has been identified in the plants
- Daily coverage checks for clogged lines and drains, and clean and change out filters for our irrigation system
- Follow sanitation procedures for disposal of contaminated and infected plant material

Job Summary:
The Inventory Specialist will manage inventory through Canix and METRC and maintain levels required on a daily basis to meet distribution demands. Additionally, adhering to California Cannabis compliance is this individual's focus.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Conducts inventory inspections to monitor and ensure traceability of plant/product movement throughout the facility.
- Promptly communicates identified discrepancies to leads and managers and documents accordingly. Investigates and participates in correction activities as directed.
- Maintains strict adherence to established procedures.
- Performs routine cycle counts of inventory quantities and compare results with METRC.
- Participates in problem solving activities to drive process improvements.
- Develops and administers processes for inventory in each department.
- Creates a live inventory of flower in each department and maintains a month end inventory in each department.
- Organizes and maintains a flow of tracking tested flower, concentrates, and pre-rolls.
- Gathers and packages samples for quality control testing as well as prepares batches for state compliance testing.
- Tracks all inbound and outbound flower between each department.
- Quality checks each package and verifies the weight of each package.
- Implements and creates procedures to prevent errors.
- Works with METRC team to ensure all products are in proper locations.

The Role
This person will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the dispensary, handling the needs of all patients and hiring and developing a team of Patient Care Specialists who are passionate about medical cannabis and compliant with state and local rules and regulations. You will also work with the Regional Director and Corporate GTI leadership to ensure sound record keeping and compliance with local and state regulations.
Responsibilities
- Participate in developing and implementing operational rules, regulations, policies, and procedures to advance GTI’s mission, vision, goals, and objectives.
- Manage, supervise and direct the activities of assigned staff, and make recommendations regarding hiring, discipline, termination or advancement of employees.
- Implement dispensary policies and ensure staff follows best practices.
- Oversee and manage quality product inventory and financial records.
- Work with GTI’s VP of Marketing on marketing, promotions and the maintenance of reports as they pertain to the daily operations and financials of the dispensary.
- Ensure the dispensary’s compliance with security, inventory and local and state regulations.
- Manage financial records and cash handling procedures.
- Manage and inspire internal staff to deliver the highest level of customer experience.

A rapidly growing ISO accredited laboratory in the San Fernando Valley is seeking a well-organized, detail-oriented, and energetic Pesticide Analytical to join our awesome lab team. You will be part of an exciting new industry helping to keep cannabis safe. There is excellent growth potential for anyone wanting to work hard and grow with us!
Position: The Analytical Chemist/Scientist will primarily be responsible for running, troubleshooting, and analyzing cannabis samples with a LC-MS/MS and GC-MS/MS instrumentation utilizing standardized and in-house lab methodology; and performing basic and complex laboratory operations.
Duties include:
· Set up, run and troubleshoot GC-MS/MS and LC/MS/MS instrumentation and maintenance.
· Maintain validated ISO 17025 standards of performance for analytical chemical testing.
· Demonstrate leadership ability and excellent interpersonal skills. Formulate and clearly communicates ideas, both verbally and in writing.
· Works independently with little guidance as well as provide support and training for others in a team environment.
· Develop procedures for documenting results from data collected.
· Ensure test equipment is clean, maintained and in good working order.
· Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary work area.
· Ensure high quality standards are met through performing calibrations, quality checks, and proficiency programs
· Maintain an accurate notebook and logbook (GDP).
· Strictly follow all safety procedures and documents.
. Producing reports for data packs and data pack compiling
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s in science/Master of Science Degree.
· 2 years analytical lab experience (Lab experienced/Cannabis experience preferred).
· Experience with data analysis and LIMS.
· Excellent analytical skills and great attention to detail.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· Specific training for ISO 17025 Standard.
· Experience/knowledge with the analytical instrumentation: LC-MS/MS, and GC-MS/MS.
· Experience with method development and optimization.
· Hands-on experience with instrument maintenance and troubleshooting.
· Experience importing, validating, and exporting electronic data in a variety of formats.
· Proven organizational and problem-solving skills.
