Responsibilities
- Possess a positive attitude while greeting customers and patients

- Help customers and patients navigate through cannabis and educate them on how it can be used as a wellness product
- Build rapport with regular patients/customers to promote repeat business
- Work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
- Provide patients and customers alike with information on types, methods and efficacy of various cannabis products (we do not provide medical advice)

- Provide support to managers and other Cannabis Consultants as needed

- Ensure accuracy of online orders before pick-up

- Complete transactions at the POS and ensure the state monitored inventory system (METRC, BioTrack, etc.) accurately updates the amount of product available
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience
- Must be 21 years of age and comply with all local, state, and company regulations
- Required to undergo a criminal background check and appropriate state badging (as directed by state ordinances)
- Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application/consumption methods
- Ability to use office equipment (computers and printers) and their included software i.e. Word, Excel, email, etc.
- Learn and understand Federal, State, and local laws relating to the cannabis industry and safety regulations

JOB SUMMARY
FMFL Facilities, LLC & Redbud Roots, Inc. is looking for a Cultivation Technician to join their growing team. The Cultivation Technician will be responsible for the care of marijuana plants during the immature, vegetative, and flowering stages. Cultivation Technicians execute operations pertaining to plant care such as pruning, transplanting, and up-potting, watering, feeding, ensuring environmental control, and inspecting plants for signs of deficiency or infestation. They implement cultivation practices as indicated by Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and often operate in specific areas, as separated by plant production areas, to focus their role and responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain the health of immature, vegetative and flowering plants through observation and adherence to established SOPs
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness with regard to plant health and traceability, in order to uphold the company’s standard for quality
- Apply pesticides in a safe and effective manner, wearing appropriate PPE, and after ample training and instruction from the Head of Cultivation
- Ensure the grow facility is kept free of pests, viruses, or other diseases by preventing contamination through proper use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and biological controls established within
- Assist with mother plant maintenance program with oversight from the Head of Cultivation
- Observe, document, and immediately address issues with plants, equipment, or environments
- Ensure accuracy of plant inventory, including strain names, plant tag numbers, and counts of plants
- Check and record accurate data daily, including but not limited to: pesticide applications, issues found when scouting plants, and any other items required by management
- Break down and set up plant production areas after harvest, including: sweep all work areas, sanitize crop benches and prepare to transplant new crops
- Assist with post-harvest duties as needed
- Assist in inspections, whether initiated internally or through a governing entity, using inventory and compliance audits
- Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity through coordinated workflow and efficient systems
- Maintain organization and sanitary conditions within the grow facility
- Regularly sanitize tools, equipment, and production areas used in the grow facility to ensure sanitary practices
- Abide by high personal hygiene standards
- Other duties as assigned

JOB SUMMARY
Redbud Roots, Inc is looking for a Production Specialist to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in packaging or order filling. The Production Specialist is responsible for the post-production handling of all manufactured products. Duties performed include the weighing, packaging, and labeling of all products from our facilities.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Weighing, measuring, sorting, labeling, and packaging cannabis products such as edibles, oil cartridges, lotions, roll-ons, topicals, tinctures, capsules, concentrates, flower, and pre-rolls for medical and recreational sale
- Create and apply labeling in accordance with product information, testing results, and other required information
- Maintain forms and database to precisely record weight, product count, and any relevant issues for all products
- Assemble, line, and pad boxes and shipping containers for finished product storage and shipping
- Accurately measure, weigh, and place/scoop products into containers, using hand tools and equipment
- Thoroughly clean equipment, hand tools, containers, materials, supplies, and work areas, using cleaning solutions in accordance with the relevant SOPs
- Responsible for operating a variety of automated sorting, batching, and packaging machinery
- Maintaining quality control by visually inspecting cannabis products and packaging to ensure consistency in product standards; ensuring labeling and product counts are accurate
- Inventory of cannabis products upon receipt and distribution to and from the department
- Assisting in the loading, unloading, and inventory of cannabis packaging, supplies and materials
- Adhering to production schedules
- Weighing and processing waste material in accordance with state regulations and company policies and procedures
- Cleaning and sanitizing packaging areas
- Preform daily, weekly, and monthly audits of packaging supplies when directed by the Packaging Plant Manager
- Effectively communicate any issues or constructive criticism with product packaging directly to Packaging Plant Manager
- Other duties as assigned by management
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma required
- Prior packaging and inventory experience a plus
- Experience using inventory software and Excel a plus
- Must have a strong work ethic and ability to work well on a team
- Must be detail oriented and self-motivated
- Ability and willingness to work overtime a plus
- Good verbal and written skills

· Maintain accurate records including audits and manifests.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Weighing, measuring, sorting, labeling, and packaging cannabis products such as edibles, oil cartridges, lotions, roll-ons, topicals, tinctures, capsules, concentrates, flower, and pre-rolls for medical and recreational sale
- Create and apply labeling in accordance with product information, testing results, and other required information
- Maintain forms and database to precisely record weight, product count, and any relevant issues for all products
- Assemble, line, and pad boxes and shipping containers for finished product storage and shipping
- Accurately measure, weigh, and place/scoop products into containers, using hand tools and equipment
- Thoroughly clean equipment, hand tools, containers, materials, supplies, and work areas, using cleaning solutions in accordance with the relevant SOPs
- Responsible for operating a variety of automated sorting, batching, and packaging machinery
- Maintaining quality control by visually inspecting cannabis products and packaging to ensure consistency in product standards; ensuring labeling and product counts are accurate

We are looking for a Full Time Inventory Specialist to join the High Profile team that can help assist in day to day inventory management and labeling & packaging orders.
In this role you will….
- Intake product received to the store into current inventory tracking software in a timely manner; train applicable employees on store SOP's for intake, packaging, labeling and inventory tracking.
- Ensure product matches manifest description; escalate to management to ensure corrective action is taken when needed.
- Label and package incoming customer orders in a timely manner, in accordance with state compliance.
- Maintain a database with SKU/UPC numbers; ensure all reconciliation is regularly completed including matching physical inventory to METRC inventory.
- Perform cycle counts daily, weekly and monthly as needed.
- Ensure all product is labeled accurately and in a timely manner under company SOP's.
- Maintain active knowledge of incoming inventory and inventory levels on hand.
- Record and monitor all items with shelf-life daily and notify Management when material has expired or is damaged.
- Organize and maintain backroom inventory areas for efficient material storage and handling.
- Provide hands-on training of inventory tracking system and inventory procedures for new and current employees.
- Maintain compliance with local and state regulations, company policies and SOPs.
- Assist in other day to day functions of the store.
Skills and experience you have...
- 1+ years' experience in inventory management, High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- Experience with POS systems, inventory tracking systems, required; METRC experience preferred.
- Excellent organization skills, with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision.

About This Role
The role of the Common Citizen Budtender, is one of utmost importance. As a Budtender you are the face of the company and need to treat all our guests with great humanity. Advisors are educators first, salespeople second. Their primary role is to provide unparalleled customer service in which they educate their fellow citizens, the dispensary guests, and help them discover the cannabis products that will help them achieve a higher quality of life.
When not assisting their fellow citizens, Advisors are responsible for keeping the chapter clean and orderly, including keeping bathrooms presentable and well stocked. Advisors will also sometimes work reception. This includes greeting guests, checking newcomers in, answering any questions they may have and ensuring that citizen profiles are up to date and correct. Advisors may also be called upon to assist with inventory.

About This Role

In this role you will….
- Intake product received to the store into current inventory tracking software in a timely manner; train applicable employees on store SOP's for intake, packaging, labeling and inventory tracking.
- Ensure product matches manifest description; escalate to management to ensure corrective action is taken when needed.
- Label and package incoming customer orders in a timely manner, in accordance with state compliance.
- Maintain a database with SKU/UPC numbers; ensure all reconciliation is regularly completed including matching physical inventory to METRC inventory.
- Perform cycle counts daily, weekly and monthly as needed.
- Ensure all product is labeled accurately and in a timely manner under company SOP's.
- Maintain active knowledge of incoming inventory and inventory levels on hand.
- Record and monitor all items with shelf-life daily and notify Management when material has expired or is damaged.
- Organize and maintain backroom inventory areas for efficient material storage and handling.

In this role you will….
- Accurately weigh and package product using a variety of packaging materials based on store needs.
- Ensure all packages are labeled and identified correctly; resolve and escalate any issues to management.
- Ensure all product is labeled accurately and in a timely manner under company SOP's.
- Maintain compliance with local and state regulations, company policies and SOPs.
- Assist in other day to day functions and tasks of the store as assigned.
- Ensure METRC data is current and correct; escalate any issues to management.
- Prepare all packing materials including, bags, containers, and labels.
- Ensure vault is maintained in an organized and efficient manner.

In this role you will….

The role of the Common Citizen Budtender, who we like to call Citizen Advisor, is one of utmost importance. As a Citizen Advisor you are the face of the company and need to treat all our guests with great humanity. Advisors are educators first, salespeople second. - Provide timely communications for any issues with METRC Track and Trace reporting.
- Help to develop, implement, and manage corporate-wide compliance program.
- Maintain physical documentation for commercial cannabis activity.
- Keep an inventory of tags, labels, and other supplies necessary for Track & Trace.
- Provide assistance with third party state required compliance testing of product in multiple facilities and other post testing duties.
- Weigh product after trimming.
- Assist with internal audits and reconciliation.
- Prepare, submit, and file internal and state required documentation and forms.
- Work with inventory and sales team to ensure seamless communication.
- Create manifests for all orders.
- Ensure that every order that leaves the building is 100% compliant from a track and trace standpoint.

JOB SUMMARY
Redbud Roots is seeking a full-time Shipping and Receiving Technician for our growing team. This position may perform a multitude of duties which include the following: organizing, sorting, and transferring goods from one location to another. Monitoring company packages from start to finish and ensuring proper packing techniques and shipping practices. Monitoring bio-mass waste and trash removal in accordance with State licensing requirements. This person must become very knowledgeable about our shipping process and act quickly and efficiently in accordance with such directives.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Shipping and Receiving personnel are responsible for keeping records of all products received and shipped with in the company.
- Packing goods in shipping containers outbound for other departments, develop mailing labels and shipping documents and ensure that all orders are correctly filled.
- Receiving, tracking, and delivering orders to all our locations in a timely manner.
- Computing cost of freight, putting together invoices and verifying product shipment.
- The use of radio frequency identification (RFI) equipment to scan barcodes for inventory control.
- Operating equipment such as counterbalance forklift, narrow isle standup forklift and pallet jack.
- Stacking and unstacking pallets in correct locations.
- Monitoring and processing secured biomass and trash disposal.
- Forklift training instructor and record completed certificates.
- Monitoring and maintaining propane tanks and lock cages at all locations.
- Cleaning and sanitizing transport bays, forklifts, golfcarts, and storage areas.
- Maintain and conduct preventative maintenance on shipping and receiving equipment.
- Upkeep records and invoices for forklifts, floor scrubbers, golf carts and personal lifts.
- Monitoring packaging area and keeping it filled.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experiences:

- Assists with reporting all cannabis activity in the METRC Track and Trace system that pertains to the intake, processing, packaging, labeling, harvesting, and waste of cannabis and cannabis products.
- Provide timely communications for any issues with METRC Track and Trace reporting.
- Help to develop, implement, and manage corporate-wide compliance program.
- Maintain physical documentation for commercial cannabis activity.
- Keep an inventory of tags, labels, and other supplies necessary for Track & Trace.
- Provide assistance with third party state required compliance testing of product in multiple facilities and other post testing duties.

JOB SUMMARY
Our company is seeking a Part-Time Security Technician in our growing company. This position may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). In this role you will….
- Intake product received to the store into current inventory tracking software in a timely manner; train applicable employees on store SOP's for intake, packaging, labeling and inventory tracking.
- Ensure product matches manifest description; escalate to management to ensure corrective action is taken when needed.
- Label and package incoming customer orders in a timely manner, in accordance with state compliance.
- Maintain a database with SKU/UPC numbers; ensure all reconciliation is regularly completed including matching physical inventory to METRC inventory.
- Perform cycle counts daily, weekly and monthly as needed.
- Ensure all product is labeled accurately and in a timely manner under company SOP's.
- Maintain active knowledge of incoming inventory and inventory levels on hand.

JOB SUMMARY
Redbud Roots, Inc is looking for a Cultivation Technician to join their growing team. The Cultivation Technician will be responsible for the care of medical marijuana plants during the immature, vegetative, and flowering stages. Cultivation Technicians execute operations pertaining to plant care such as pruning, transplanting and up-potting, watering, feeding, ensuring environmental control, and inspecting plants for signs of deficiency or infestation. They implement cultivation practices as indicated by Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and often operate in specific areas, as separated by plant production areas, in order to focus their role and responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain the health of immature, vegetative and flowering plants through observation and adherence to established SOPs
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness with regard to plant health and traceability, in order to uphold the company’s standard for quality
- Apply pesticides in a safe and effective manner, wearing appropriate PPE, and after ample training and instruction from the Head of Cultivation
- Ensure the grow facility is kept free of pests, viruses, or other diseases by preventing contamination through proper use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and biological controls established within
- Implement a mother plant maintenance program with oversight from the Head of Cultivation
- Observe and immediately address issues with plants, equipment, or environments
- Ensure accuracy of plant inventory, including strain names, plant tag numbers, and counts of plants
- Check and record accurate data daily, including but not limited to: pesticide applications, issues found when scouting plants, and any other items required by management
- Break down and set up plant production areas after harvest, including: sweep all work areas, sanitize crop benches and prepare to transplant new crops
- Assist with post-harvest duties as needed
- Assist in inspections, whether initiated internally or through a governing entity, using inventory and compliance audits
- Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity through coordinated workflow and efficient systems
- Maintain organization and sanitary conditions within the grow facility
- Regularly sanitize tools, equipment, and production areas used in the grow facility to ensure sanitary practices
- Abide by high personal hygiene standards
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of experience in agriculture, landscaping, horticulture or marijuana cultivation preferred
- Knowledge of uses and benefits of cannabinoids preferred
- Basic strain and plant structure knowledge preferred

The Production Specialist is responsible for the post-production handling of all manufactured products. Duties performed include the weighing, packaging, and labeling of all products from our facilities.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Weighing, measuring, sorting, labeling, and packaging cannabis products such as edibles, oil cartridges, lotions, roll-ons, topicals, tinctures, capsules, concentrates, flower, and pre-rolls for medical and recreational sale
- Create and apply labeling in accordance with product information, testing results, and other required information
- Maintain forms and database to precisely record weight, product count, and any relevant issues for all products
- Assemble, line, and pad boxes and shipping containers for finished product storage and shipping
- Accurately measure, weigh, and place/scoop products into containers, using hand tools and equipment
- Thoroughly clean equipment, hand tools, containers, materials, supplies, and work areas, using cleaning solutions in accordance with the relevant SOPs
- Responsible for operating a variety of automated sorting, batching, and packaging machinery
- Maintaining quality control by visually inspecting cannabis products and packaging to ensure consistency in product standards; ensuring labeling and product counts are accurate
- Inventory of cannabis products upon receipt and distribution to and from the department
- Assisting in the loading, unloading, and inventory of cannabis packaging, supplies and materials
- Adhering to production schedules
- Weighing and processing waste material in accordance with state regulations and company policies and procedures
- Cleaning and sanitizing packaging areas
- Preform daily, weekly, and monthly audits of packaging supplies when directed by the Packaging Plant Manager
- Effectively communicate any issues or constructive criticism with product packaging directly to Packaging Plant Manager

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists with reporting all cannabis activity in the METRC Track and Trace system that pertains to the intake, processing, packaging, labeling, harvesting, and waste of cannabis and cannabis products.
- Provide timely communications for any issues with METRC Track and Trace reporting.
- Help to develop, implement, and manage corporate-wide compliance program.
- Maintain physical documentation for commercial cannabis activity.
- Keep an inventory of tags, labels, and other supplies necessary for Track & Trace.
- Provide assistance with third party state required compliance testing of product in multiple facilities and other post testing duties.
- Assist with internal audits and reconciliation.
- Prepare, submit, and file internal and state required documentation and forms.
- Work with inventory and sales team to ensure seamless communication.
- Create manifests for all orders.
- Ensure that every order that leaves the building is 100% compliant from a track and trace standpoint.
- Label creation for finished products.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- College Degree or prior office experience highly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior compliance experience a plus

Job Description
The Zen Leaf Dispensary is dedicated to providing excellent patient care on every visit in an efficient and friendly manner. We are currently seeking full and part-time Patient Care Advisors (PCA) to join our Buchanan, MI dispensary. The Patient Care Advisory is responsible for providing exceptional individualized customer service, educational consulting, and patient record management. This job pairs unparalleled attention to a patient’s needs with ongoing inventory maintenance.
This is a fast-paced retail job. Each PCA focuses on one patient at a time in a medical boutique setting. A successful PCA will demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills, effective verbal and listening communications skills, and computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite. Accountability, dependability, and adaptability are all necessary skills in a growing industry that strictly complies with the regulations of the Illinois Department of Health.
Responsibilities
- Welcomes all visitors to the dispensary and verifies patients/caregivers’ MI medical cannabis card and identification
- Adheres to compliance guidelines when allowing patient and caregivers access to the facility
- Possesses a thorough knowledge of medical cannabis products and pricing to provide exceptional customer service to dispensary patients and caregivers;
- Advises qualifying patients and caregivers on medical cannabis products in compliance with all dispensing rules, regulations, and limitations in a friendly and professional manner
- Provides patients and caregivers with information on types, methods and effectiveness of different medical marijuana products (does not provide medical advice)
- Dispenses regulated products in compliance with state dispensing limitations, including limits on the quantity dispensed, limits on the form or dosage of medical marijuana, limits on the types of products dispensed, and/or the frequency of purchases
- Stocks, merchandises, and replenishes displays of regulated and unregulated inventory
- Completes all sales by entering accurate data for each transaction in the business management software platforms in compliance with company policies and state dispensing limitations
- Verifies the identity of patients and caregivers, physician’s recommendations (including form or dosage recommendations), and the validity of the patient or caregiver identification card prior to sale
Requirements
- Providing a personal experience to every medical cannabis patient in a non-judgmental and educational environment
- Working in compliance with HIPAA guidelines to manage patient confidentiality
- Dedication to helping Michigan medical marijuana community find the best products for their different needs
- Strong computer skills, point of sale software and cash management knowledge.
- Flexibility to accommodate scheduling demands including some weekends, regularly scheduled shifts, and applicable holidays.
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to resolve matters in a professional manner.
- Prior customer service, healthcare, or hospitality
- Must be 21 years of age or older and be able to pass a state and federal criminal background check
- High school degree or general education degree (GED) is required for all positions
- Knowledge of cannabis plant varieties and uses a plus

Job Summary:
Redbud Roots, Inc is looking for a Cultivation Technician to join their growing team. The Cultivation Technician will be responsible for the care of medical marijuana plants during the immature, vegetative, and flowering stages. Cultivation Technicians execute operations pertaining to plant care such as pruning, transplanting and up-potting, watering, feeding, ensuring environmental control, and inspecting plants for signs of deficiency or infestation. They implement cultivation practices as indicated by Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and often operate in specific areas, as separated by plant production areas, in order to focus their role and responsibilities.
Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintain the health of immature, vegetative and flowering plants through observation and adherence to established SOPs
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness with regard to plant health and traceability, in order to uphold the company’s standard for quality
- Apply pesticides in a safe and effective manner, wearing appropriate PPE, and after ample training and instruction from the Head of Cultivation
- Ensure the grow facility is kept free of pests, viruses, or other diseases by preventing contamination through proper use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and biological controls established within
- Implement a mother plant maintenance program with oversight from the Head of Cultivation
- Observe and immediately address issues with plants, equipment, or environments
- Ensure accuracy of plant inventory, including strain names, plant tag numbers, and counts of plants
- Check and record accurate data daily, including but not limited to: pesticide applications, issues found when scouting plants, and any other items required by management
- Break down and set up plant production areas after harvest, including: sweep all work areas, sanitize crop benches and prepare to transplant new crops
- Assist with post-harvest duties as needed
- Assist in inspections, whether initiated internally or through a governing entity, using inventory and compliance audits
- Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity through coordinated workflow and efficient systems
- Maintain organization and sanitary conditions within the grow facility
- Regularly sanitize tools, equipment, and production areas used in the grow facility to ensure sanitary practices
- Abide by high personal hygiene standards
Education and Experience:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of experience in agriculture, landscaping, horticulture or marijuana cultivation preferred
- Knowledge of uses and benefits of cannabinoids preferred
- Basic strain and plant structure knowledge preferred
- Ability to pass a background check required
- Energetic team player, willing to take direction and learn new skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and accurately
- Willingness to comply with state regulations and guidelines
