Job Summary
The Budtender/Patient Advocate is responsible for providing our customers with an extraordinary experience. Job Summary
The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the staff, guests, vendors and premises of the facilities. Additionally, the Security Guard will assist as needed with the delivery of company products via company vehicles either as a driver or passenger.

- Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities by monitoring internal and external operations via CCTV, informing violators of policy and procedures, reporting trespassers to local authorities.

- Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls, including controlling visitor access.

Job Summary
The Pharmacist is responsible for providing our customers with an extraordinary experience. Through meaningful interaction and knowledgeable answers, the Pharmacist fosters an environment that is compassionate, genuine, and respectful. - Dispense medical cannabis medications based on patient’s physician recommendations
- Individual patient consultations to determine the best therapy in conjunction with the recommendations made by patient’s physician
- Oversee and perform all functions associated with management and oversight of a retail medical cannabis dispensary
- Administer routine inspections to maintain accurate inventory of all cannabis products
- Train Dispensary staff to ensure a consistent performance and knowledge base of company standard operating procedures and comprehensive understanding of all products being sold to patients.
- Manage daily financial reporting requirements and oversee all cash handling procedures
- Oversee patient education and counseling programs. Review and continuously revise information regarding debilitating conditions, their association with medical cannabis products, side effects, etc.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with all relevant statues, regulations, and directives in all respects, as well as best practices

AYR Wellness’ Dispensary Sales Lead Supervisor is a hybrid between dispensary technicians and a support function of the management team. Fully accountable for all day-to-day retail dispensary operations, specifically focused on patient care/ customer service, employee engagement, and driving profitability with guidance and collaboration from the Dispensary Store Manager and Assistant Manager as well as other leaders to promote awareness and action.

Responsibilities
Executes:
- Maintaining all aspects of dispensary operations in strict compliance with
- Department of Health, municipal and state legal regulations
- All Opening/ Closing Procedures
- Cash handling standard operating procedures including register checks to
- ensure there are no variances between cash actual and POS software
- Ensure dispensary operations are prepared for service and customers
- Overseeing the sales floor to ensure patients are being given top service.
- Identify employee issues and raise to management in a timely manner.
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending
- educational workshops and industry events; reviewing medical cannabis
- publications; establishing personal networks within the industry.

Job Summary
Reporting to the Asset Protection Officer, the primary responsibility of the Loss Prevention Specialist is to investigate and interview staff about possible shrinkage events. This role is responsible for monitoring digital CCTV system of retail and manufacturing facilities throughout Nevada and searching for anomalous activities that could or has led to product shrink.
Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct digital video surveillance of multiple locations- Understand camera layouts and be able to follow suspicious persons or vehicles around properties
- Study camera footage watching customers and employees
- Conduct reviews as assigned
- Investigate product loss
- Ability to detect shrink and fraud, taking appropriate actions to protect products/cash and prevent further losses
- Write and record statements
- Download video, photographic, and audio evidence as evidence corroborating any investigative reports
- Write detailed reports on incidents including investigation process, timelines of events to include time, camera, and type of incident observed and proof in findings
- Analyze product transactions searching for anomalous activity, utilizing exception-based reporting to identify areas of loss or shrink opportunities

Job Summary
The Inventory Manager has prior experience handling inventory and ordering. This individual is someone who has strong analytical skills to assess data, facts, and figures as well as computer-based skills. Job Summary
The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory in their dispensary. They drive sales through maintaining an up to date and stocked online and in-store menu. Job Summary
The Retail Store Manager is responsible for implementing practices, policies, and strategies that support a performance and result-driven culture. Working conditions
Work is primarily performed in a dispensary setting. The working area may be odorous at times and loud due to fans and filtration systems, fluctuating between cold and warm temperatures.- Involves frequent contact with staff, vendors and customers. Work may include dealing with law enforcement and occasional State inspectors.
Physical requirements
The person in this position frequently communicates with customers and/or caregivers regarding medical conditions and symptoms. Must be able to exchange accurate information about product offerings.- Frequently operates computer/POS system and other standard office equipment such as printers, phones and photocopy machines.
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position when checking in customers or when operating the register.
- Constantly moves and transports dispensary products/totes up to 30 lbs. throughout the dispensary.
- Ability to twist, turn, bend, stand and walk as required to perform the duties associated with functioning as a dispensary agent.

Job Summary
Lead Budtenders are responsible for customer experience which includes helping customers, processing the transaction, cash handling, and stellar customer service. You must possess the ability to listen well and communicate effectively with various audiences. As a critical part of the business operation, the Lead Budtender will have the most interaction with the store’s patrons. Must be outgoing, passionate, and very knowledgeable on the products and cannabis. Lead Budtenders also assist the Management Team with the activities and operations of the store, while abiding by policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Continuous cannabis education including, but not limited to, knowledge of strains, terpenes, consumption methods, cannabis culture, medical implications, efficacy, effects/high, aroma/tastes/aesthetic, state and municipal regulations for medical and recreational cannabis
- Stay apprised of any events, promotions and special and promote them with customers
- Provides quality customer service and always demonstrates professionalism
- Greets customers warmly when they enter
- Promotes a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with state and local laws and regulations established company policies and procedures.
- Accurately record any pertinent notes that will help provide excellent customer service when the
customer/patient returns
- Attempt to obtain additional data for marketing purposes following the SOP (i.e. cellular phone number and email
address)
- Verifying proper ID for customers/patients
- Accurately use and maintain the Point of Sale (POS) system including correct cash handling and discount application
- Full responsibility for an accurate cash drawer and accurate cash transactions
- Participate in inventory cycle counts accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure a presentable presence on the sales floor, including but not limited to clean and neat workstations and
well-maintained displays
- Completes all assigned tasks during overlap hours
- Make sales recommendations, cross-sell products and introduce new ones
- Bag, box, or wrap purchase after appropriate items are labeled in accordance with state regulations
- May act as MOD to open/close store, completing Opening/Closing duties and initialing the checklist appropriately
- Refers to “Time to lean, time to clean” cleaning list when there is down time on the sales floor
- Other duties as assigned by the Manager and/or Store Lead
Qualifications
- Must meet minimum age requirements as determined by local, state, and federal requirements
- Must complete background check as required by local, state, and federal requirements
- Must not have been convicted of any felony offense
