The Inventory Specialist will be based out of Beckley, WV and is responsible for the direct oversight and day-to-day inventory management for the dispensary. Dispensary Inventory Specialist reports to the Dispensary Inventory Manager at the dispensary and is responsible for all policy and procedure, compliance, inventory, receiving orders and all other operational objectives of the business.

Job Summary:
SPARK DISPENSARY IS seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to work as a fast paced and newly remodeled dispensary with the goal of being a top 10 dispensary destination in Denver. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform routine audits & inventory counts
- Generate labels for cannabis products to be scanned into the POS system
- Move products digitally and physically from the inventory room to the sales floor to refresh inventory levels throughout the day
- Prepare budtender assigned inventory carts
- Responsible for receiving, inspecting for damage, counting, organizing, and storing new product deliveries compliantly upon arrival
- Ensure all product and POS system menus have matching current and accurate testing information, pictures, and product descriptions

- Responsible for storing and recording quarantined and to-be-destroyed cannabis products compliantly as per State regulations and store policies
- Work closely with management to ensure product par levels are maintained and expiration dates of products are monitored
- Occasional general office and administrative assistance

Required Skills/Abilities:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Active MED badge from the state of Colorado
- Strong and working knowledge of METRC
- 2+ years’ experience in the cannabis industry
- MUST be willing to work weekends and nights
- Strong working knowledge of Office 365, including Excel.
- Basic math and computer skills - Ability to use and maintain our point-of-sale system which will include scanning barcodes as well as cash handling/money counting and calculating discounts & percentages.
- Problem-solving skills required.

The Inventory Specialist will be based out of Bridgeport, WV and is responsible for the direct oversight and day-to-day inventory management for the dispensary. The Role
As the Inventory Agent, you will perform detailed receiving, auditing, replenishing and destruction procedures as outlined by company policy and state regulation. In addition, the Inventory Agent will partner with the management team on ordering products, quality control, and maintain the physical organization of all product in a manner that will provide optimal efficiency and accountability within the dispensary.

The Inventory Specialist will be based out of Charleston, WV or Huntington, WV or Parkersburg, WV and is responsible for the direct oversight and day-to-day inventory management for the dispensary. This Position ensures proper inventory levels are always maintained with full compliance. The Inventory Specialist position is responsible for the direct oversight and accurateness of all state-wide inventory cycle counting, verification of required documentation and product counts for products received and conducting daily audits of inventory, tracking, and distribution of product. Responsibilities also include ensuring accurate tracking of invoices, product master creation, menu support, inventory turns, product returns, waste, damages, and ensuring strict compliance with company policies and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure all inventory is received and recorded.
- Recording daily deliveries, evaluating all product and analyzing all suppliers.
- Evaluate all current practices to ensure all deliveries, shipment and product levels are efficient and in compliance.
- Be able to analyze all products and supply levels to anticipate any potential issues and being able to remedy them.
- Ensure there are proper reports of all purchases and pricing by completing necessary audits as needed.
- Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; track orders and paperwork.
- Works with Dispensary managers to record purchases, maintain databases, perform physical counts of inventory, and reconcile actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
- Ensure day-to-day operations run smooth throughout the dispensary.
- Ensure all inventory operations are in compliance at all times.
- Maintain education and knowledge of all state and local cannabis laws and regulations.
- Inform team of all new products.
- Complete and analyze non-cannabis inventories.
- Approve and adjust inventory settings as needed.
- Manage and update product masters for POS software
- Ensure all inventory is properly catalogued.
- Establishes and maintains working relationships with all vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure all technology platforms, such as METRC, POS, and menus are constantly updated the with the most accurate product descriptions, prices, promotions, and inventory amounts.
- Ensuring new products are ready for sale within the established timeframes for each product.
- Document and address any and all discrepancies.
- Keep all departments abreast of any inventory concerns and ensure you are being proactive.
- Be instrumental in creating inventory SOP’s to ensure best practices are being followed.
- Receives, unpacks and label products; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves.
- Processes invoices for payment.
- Processes and documents return as required following established procedures.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- Manage all menus for the assigned location
- Ensure product and product images are loaded and accurate between the menus and the POS system (online platforms and in-store platforms) dependent on inventory stock.
- Work seamlessly with the marketing and sales teams
- Update online platforms to help promote product sales.
- Follow established policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of every product and strain in the store.
- Help customers make the right choices by knowing how different methods of cannabis consumption affect our patients differently and suggesting dosage starting points and upward titration for inexperienced patients.
- Correct cash handling and discount application
- Verification of proper paperwork, documentation and ID for patients
- Accurate use and maintenance of the Point Of Sale (POS) system; Accurate and timely data entry of patient profiles in both the POS system and the state's electronic verification system

Dispensary Inventory Specialist reports to the Dispensary Inventory Manager at the dispensary and is responsible for adhering to all policy and procedures, compliance, inventory, receiving orders and all other operational objectives of the business.

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for the direct oversight and day-to-day inventory management for the FiSci dispensary. This Position ensures proper inventory levels are always maintained with full compliance. The Inventory Specialist position is responsible for the direct oversight and accurateness of all state-wide inventory cycle counting, verification of required documentation and product counts for intake by conducting daily audits of inventory, tracking and distribution of product. Responsibilities also include ensuring accurate and efficient detailing accounting and reporting inventory surplus, product returns, waste, damages, ensuring strict compliance with company policies and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure all inventory is received and recorded.
- Recording daily deliveries, evaluating all product and analyzing all suppliers.
- Evaluate all current practices to ensure all deliveries, shipment and product levels are efficient and in compliance.
- Be able to analyze all products and supply levels to anticipate any potential issues and being able to remedy them.
- Ensure there are proper reports of all purchases and pricing by completing necessary audits as needed.
- Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; track orders and paperwork.
- Works with Dispensary managers to record purchases, maintain databases, perform physical counts of inventory, and reconcile actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
- Ensure day-to-day operations run smooth throughout the dispensary.
- Ensure all inventory operations are in compliance at all times.
- Maintain education and knowledge of all state and local cannabis laws and regulations.
- Inform team of all new products.
- Complete and analyze fixed asset inventories.
- Approve and adjust inventory settings as needed.
- Ensure all inventory is properly catalogued.
- Establishes and maintains working relationships with all vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure all technology platforms, such as METRC, are constantly updated the most accurate product descriptions and inventory amounts.

Relevant Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
- At least 3-5 years of inventory management experience in a high-volume environment.
- Working knowledge of industry best practices.

- Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
- Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods.

Title: Dispensary Inventory Specialist
Position: The Inventory Specialist is responsible for inventory management of medicated and non-medicated items in the dispensary. This includes the daily maintenance of menu decisions, product storage, intake, and continuous live tracking within the Seed to Sale System and METRC. Inventory Specialists play a critical role in ensuring that all monitoring of inventory is compliant with all RMD regulations.
Authority & Supervision:
- Reports directly to the Inventory Coordinator and Supervisor
- Takes store directives from Dispensary Managers as well
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Follow NETA Policies & Procedures for the daily operations and fully comply with state marijuana regulations
- Work in close coordination with the Inventory Management and dispensary ops teams
- Provide product expertise and knowledge to Guide's and explain the potential benefits of various type products and strains of medical marijuana, as well as methods of use
- Responsible for accepting, tracking, and processing all returns that occur at the point of sale
- Responsible for performing any quality control checks as directed by the Inventory Director, Supervisor, Coordinator, or Dispensary Manager
- Perform daily reconciliation process for all point of sale items
- Assist in initial Loss Prevention processes
- Accurately perform inventory management, including processing product deliveries and restocking sales stations
- Utilize the point of sale record keeping system/METRC to receive, track and adjust inventory
- Assist in menu production and inventory changes
- Maintain organized and consistent stocking and packaging systems for both existing and new products
- Use and maintain all inventory tracking systems
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment that ensures the compliant storage of all items in an operational manner
- Communicate information to dispensary operation teams regarding inventory locations and any changes throughout the day
- Maintain all Guide updates regarding inventory systems
- Participate in Peer Training Initiatives as well as assist in the training of newly on-boarded staff
- Model exceptional Inventory Specialist standards in the Vault and on the sales floor
- Assist and complete the annual inventory as directed by RMD regulations
Skills & Qualifications:
- Age 21 or over (Required)
- High School diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Previous Experience in Distribution Centers, Retail, and/or Food Service (Strongly Preferred)
- General knowledge of Google Documents and Microsoft Excel
- Must have full time open availability; every weekend availability
- Ability to deal with problems and resolve in a timely and professional manner

Job Description
Dispensary Inventory Specialist reports to the Dispensary Inventory Manager at the dispensary and is responsible for adhering to all policy and procedures, compliance, inventory, receiving orders and all other operational objectives of the business.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Deliver results and strategic direction by ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Execute and follow up on operational standards and policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with all safety and security policies within retail stores.

Title: Dispensary Inventory Specialist
Position: The Inventory Specialist is responsible for inventory management of medicated and non-medicated items in the dispensary. This includes the daily maintenance of menu decisions, product storage, intake, and continuous live tracking within the Seed to Sale System and METRC. Inventory Specialists play a critical role in ensuring that all monitoring of inventory is compliant with all RMD regulations.
Authority & Supervision:
- Reports directly to the Inventory Coordinator and Supervisor
- Takes store directives from Dispensary Managers as well
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Follow NETA Policies & Procedures for the daily operations and fully comply with state marijuana regulations
- Work in close coordination with the Inventory Management and dispensary ops teams
- Provide product expertise and knowledge to Guide's and explain the potential benefits of various type products and strains of medical marijuana, as well as methods of use
- Responsible for accepting, tracking, and processing all returns that occur at the point of sale
- Responsible for performing any quality control checks as directed by the Inventory Director, Supervisor, Coordinator, or Dispensary Manager
- Perform daily reconciliation process for all point of sale items
- Assist in initial Loss Prevention processes
- Accurately perform inventory management, including processing product deliveries and restocking sales stations
- Utilize the point of sale record keeping system/METRC to receive, track and adjust inventory
- Assist in menu production and inventory changes
- Maintain organized and consistent stocking and packaging systems for both existing and new products
- Use and maintain all inventory tracking systems
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment that ensures the compliant storage of all items in an operational manner
- Communicate information to dispensary operation teams regarding inventory locations and any changes throughout the day
- Maintain all Guide updates regarding inventory systems
- Participate in Peer Training Initiatives as well as assist in the training of newly on-boarded staff
- Model exceptional Inventory Specialist standards in the Vault and on the sales floor
- Assist and complete the annual inventory as directed by RMD regulations
Skills & Qualifications:
- Age 21 or over (Required)
- High School diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Previous Experience in Distribution Centers, Retail, and/or Food Service (Strongly Preferred)
- General knowledge of Google Documents and Microsoft Excel
- Must have full time open availability; every weekend availability
