The Role
As a Production Tech, you'll be an essential part of the process of turning raw cannabis flower into our beautiful line of medicated products. Qualifications

Job Overview:
A trim team member will be responsible for assisting in numerous tasks, from harvesting different crops, through the processing of the final product. More specific tasks include harvesting of plants, assisting with the cure process, binning branches, trimming flower, helping to packaging product, making pre-rolls, processing plant waste, and maintaining a clean facility. In addition to the specific tasks listed, the trim team member will be required to abide by Mammoth’s, as well as the State of Rhode Island’s compliance standards. Trim team member will report directly to the Trim Manager.

I am currently a Fractional COO, spending 50% of my time with PureVita Labs, a West Warwick RI laboratory, and 50% of my time with TagLeaf, a Santa Cruz CA based software company. PureVita Labs is the largest state-certified cannabis-specific laboratory in RI responsible for testing the safety of legalized cannabis. TagLeaf is a SaaS tech company that provides a LIMS software platform (Laboratory Information Management System) to state regulated laboratories like PureVita Labs.
We are looking to hire a skilled part-time Bookkeeper to manage the books for both PureVita Labs and TagLeaf. The responsibilities would include accurately maintaining financial records, including the management of all invoices, expenses, payroll, benefits, and other basic bookkeeping functions. This role will also be the main liaison to the respective accountants on all tax related matters, as well as run monthly financial reports and share with the respective leadership teams. This role will need to be an advanced user of QuickBooks Online.
The portion of time spent on PureVita Labs would also require this role to fulfill certain Office Manager responsibilities. Under the Office Manager role, this person will also be responsible for organizing and keeping track of vendors and any issues that arise as it relates to insurance, benefits, office equipment, and other various small projects.

Responsibilities include:
Accounts Payable:
- Maintain accurate vendor accounts
- Enter bills into system
- Pay bills according to their payment terms, ensuring all bills are paid on time
- Ensure smooth payroll and benefits disbursements and resolve any issues that arise
Accounts Receivable:
- Maintain accurate customer accounts
- Generate and send invoices to customers,

- Sample Receiving: Receive samples at the laboratory, enter data into our internal tracking system.

The Role
We're looking for a Lab Technician to join our Green Thumb team! This position is responsible for assisting with lab production, which includes but is not limited to distillation, extraction, winterization and production of cannabis infused products. Responsibilities
- Prepare laboratory equipment and cannabis plant materials for extraction
- Operate intricate extraction equipment in accordance with Green Thumb SOPs
- Process cannabis concentrates and extracts

- Produce product per recipes and SOP's, maintaining high quality standards
- Clean and maintain extraction equipment and laboratory facility

In this role you will be responsible for providing operational support in your department by actively participating in daily laboratory production. - Actively participate in daily laboratory production. This should account for approximately 90% of your work time. In time, this may include review of raw data.
- With assistance from the Team Lead, coordinate workflow to achieve most effective production while satisfying requirements for quality, on-time performance, and holding time with minimal supervision.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of common laboratory issues.

The Maintenance Manager for Green Thumb Industries reports directly to the General Manager. As the Maintenance Manager, you will have full responsibility for the maintenance organization and all equipment, inclusive of production and facility at our cultivation and production facility in Warwick, Rhode Island. In this role, you will implement and maintain maintenance objectives and initiatives. This individual will develop and implement strategies and tactics related to the maintenance organization. They will also oversee all aspects of the maintenance process, from installation and upkeep to inspection and repair, often assuming a hands-on role in one or more stages of the process.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining updated understanding and knowledge of the methods employed in the laboratory.

Position Purpose
Under the direction of the Pharmacist in Charge, the distribution Pharmacy Technician is responsible for preparing, filling and distributing prescriptions according to client orders/specifications, providing clerical, technical, and customer support to pharmacy customers, maintaining equipment and inventory in the pharmacy and record keeping related to patient and drug information.
Essential Position Functions
- Receives prescriptions, weekly batches or refill requests and accurately and efficiently fills the prescriptions under the direction of the Pharmacist. Performs pharmacy tasks such as handling, counting, mixing and packaging medications.
- Is responsible for selecting and importing orders for automation equipment dispensing, printing labels, and order management required to dispense prescriptions. Operates and monitors robotic machines that dispense medications.

- Consult with the pharmacist regarding prescription order clarification, potential interactions, duplications, order entry problems or concerns.
- Prepares blister packs.
- Prepares and stages pharmaceutical supplies and drugs in the correct bins for delivery.
- Performs reclamation duties.
- Uses pharmacy software to check and/record data about prescriptions.
- Input patient data and prescription insurance information into a computer system.
- Pull daily reports from pharmacy computer system. Identify and troubleshoot exceptions and notify management when appropriate.
- Maintains proper storage and security conditions for the drugs. Cleans and helps to maintain equipment and work areas.
- Receives, stores and logs inventory and returns (upon Pharmacist approval), verifies quantities against invoices, and informs supervisors of stock needs or shortages. Remains aware of expiry dates and rotates stock to avoid dispensing out of date products.
- Uses pharmaceutical technician expertise to ensure compliance, efficiency and quality of operations. Participates in company quality initiatives, recognizing opportunities for improvements and reporting quality assurance issues. - Senior Agricultural Samplers will work with clients prior to harvest to determine their sampling needs and create a sampling plan (e.g. sorting product into similar batches, requested analyses, sample information)
- Ensure that client requests and sampling processes are compliant with industry regulations
- Work with sales/marketing representatives to build and enhance client relations by maintaining appropriate communication and timely responsiveness to client needs

Job Summary:
The Analytical Chemist primary role is to follow the testing and sampling producers as set out in the Standard Operating Produces for the faciality. The results generated for each sample must be reported promptly, accurately and proficiently.
Responsibilities and Duties
To perform and carry out the required procedures to generate accurate analytical data for samples presented to the laboratory for testing. This includes, but is not limited to, instrument calibration, preventive maintenance, and the data analysis for each test performed. From time to time, the Analytical Chemist may fulfill the duties typically performed by the Fields Analysts.
- Sample Receiving: Work closely with the Field Analyst for the transfer and logging of samples in to the PureVita Labs facility in accordance with internal procedures and the “Seed to Sale” regulations stipulated by the RI DOH
- Sample Preparation: Prepares samples for analysis using a variety of sample preparation devices and techniques such as extraction, freezer milling, grinding and microwave digestion.
- Cannabinoid Profiling: Run UHPLC technology for the quantitative cannabinoid profiling, using photo diode array detection for confirming peak purity and data integrity
- Terpene Profiling: Utilize GC-MS-MS with headspace injection for both the qualitative and quantitative analysis of terpenes in cannabis samples
- Residual Solvent Testing: Utilize GC-MS-MS with headspace injection for the analysis of residue solvents in products containing cannabinoids
- Testing for Volatile Pesticides: Use GC-MS-MS with liquid injection for the quantitative analysis of volatile pesticides in cannabis containing products
- Testing for Non-Volatile Pesticides: Use LC-MS-MS for the quantitative analysis of non-volatile pesticides in cannabis containing products
- Water Activity Measurement: Use a Water Activity measuring device to determine the water activity in cannabis samples
- Elemental Analysis: Use ICP-MS technology, for the quantitative analysis of the elements listed in the RIDOH regulations pertaining to the analysis of Cannabis products

Position Summary:

Candidates for the Production Specialist position will bring experience in production. They should be able to follow precise procedures, work independently and with a team, learn quickly, problem-solve, know when to stop and ask questions, and be efficient.
Production Specialist Responsibilities:
- Physical production of Howl’s products
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures
- Packaging and labelling
- Bottling and capping
- Infusion and Formulation
- Using and maintaining mechanical equipment
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment
Production Specialist Requirements
2+ years production experience in any field (food service or herbal medicine production a plus)
- Self-starting, organized and efficient
- Ability to follow precise standard operating procedures
- Disciplined and calm under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Experience in plant medicine production is a plus but not necessary
- Can lift 50 pounds
- Can pass state required background check
Salary Range: $17/hour + annual bonus
Hours: 16-24 hours/week (2-3 days)
