Job Summary
The Back of the House Supervisor is responsible for managing policy and procedure, compliance, inventory, receiving orders, and all other operational objectives of PharmaCann store operations. This position is responsible for ensuring all employees of the dispensary are accountable to these same responsibilities. The Back of the House Supervisor is an expert in their field of inventory receiving, FIFO compliance, and order fulfillment.

- Oversee and execute all inventory specific initiatives as outlined on the master calendar.
- Deliver results and strategic direction by ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly through the store team. Work with cross-divisional teams to build consensus on strategic objectives, goals, and operational plans. Ensure the store is audit compliant and achieves acceptable scores.
- Establish and implement operational policies, standards, and procedures for retail staff.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security policies and procedures within the retail store.
- Communicate, work closely, and successfully collaborate with other Managers to achieve the organization's goals. Partner with the PharmaCann Human Resources team in the following HR functions:
- Interview, recruit, and hire to fill gaps in open positions in a timely manner based on store performance and volume.

Develop and maintain a training calendar and ensure associate onboarding and new hire training is complete. Ensure continuous training and development with team members through training curriculums that result in consistency across all stores.
- Write and deliver team members' performance reviews in partnership with GM to determine succession plans, build on member's strengths and develop areas of improvement.
- Manage the performance, coach, and discipline team members on performance and violation of company and compliance policies in partnership with GM and HR.

- Provide leadership, training, guidance, and support to team members that foster continuous learning and improvement in the performance of the store.

The manager creates the personality and sets the tone of the store through being an advocate for HTG Supply and our products. You should have a strong grasp on how to build a team to provide our customers with exceptional support and service while maximizing store profitability.
Managers work with HQ to improve locations to best serve their customers, including the product mix, in-store displays, and scheduling store events.

The Cannabis Sales Consultant (CSC) is responsible for creating a world-class customer experience for all customers. Job Description
On-site Security personnel are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of PharmaCann customers, employees and facilities, including cultivation centers and dispensaries. On-site Security personnel will ensure strict adherence to all security protocols, procedures and controls.

- Perform entry/exit control protocols
- Monitor electronic surveillance and security alarm systems
- Perform security risk management tasks and manage access control systems
- Carry out inspections to verify the integrity of security after hours
- Patrol internal and external areas

- Conduct staff protective security awareness campaigns and promotions
- Provide assistance as directed during an emergency
- Perform lockup and unlock duties of designated areas as required

Job Description
On-Site Security will work in tandem with cultivation and operations to ensure the environmental, staff and inventory security standards at every phase of production.
Duties and responsibilities
- Ensure daily inspections of facility, cameras, alarms, including perimeter, are being conducted
- Maintenance of the daily security blotter, visitor log and other logs.
- Monitor alarms, primary contact on call list for the alarms and responds to the facility as needed.
- Security and safety of staff and campus, examples include Active shooter, Fire Drills, emergency attendance coordinator and emergency response facilitator.
- Provide guidance for security signage and locations
- See that searches of individuals departing the facility are thorough and effective.
- Maintain the integrity of the security system, including codes and functionality.
- Manage relationships with 3rd party vendors including inspectors
- Accurately file and maintain manifests and cash transaction logs after each delivery.
- Assist with packaging deliveries and verifying manifests.
- Strong attention to detail and proven ability to audit and inspect finished goods on a weekly basis.

Job Description
Dispensary Inventory Specialist reports to the Dispensary Inventory Manager at the dispensary and is responsible for all policy and procedure, compliance, inventory, receiving orders and all other operational objectives of the business.
Duties and responsibilities
- Deliver results and strategic direction by ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.
- Execute and follow up on operational standards and policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security policies within retail stores.
- Prepare and package orders for customers
- Maintain clean and organized processing room
- Receive, count, and document inventory deliveries.
- Inform Dispensary Inventory Manager of upcoming inventory needs.
- Adhere to distribution guidelines.
- Unpack/sort/label merchandise as directed.
- Maintain facility cleanliness.
- Merchandising and restocking.
Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Minimum 2 years’ retail experience
- Must possess strong analytical skills to assess data, facts and figures.
- Intermediate-level math skills
- Excellent Time Management
