The Inventory Specialist will be based out of Bridgeport, WV and is responsible for the direct oversight and day-to-day inventory management for the dispensary. This Position ensures proper inventory levels are always maintained with full compliance. The Inventory Specialist position is responsible for the direct oversight and accurateness of all state-wide inventory cycle counting, verification of required documentation and product counts for products received and conducting daily audits of inventory, tracking, and distribution of product. Responsibilities also include ensuring accurate tracking of invoices, product master creation, menu support, inventory turns, product returns, waste, damages, and ensuring strict compliance with company policies and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure all inventory is received and recorded.
- Recording daily deliveries, evaluating all product and analyzing all suppliers.
- Evaluate all current practices to ensure all deliveries, shipment and product levels are efficient and in compliance.

Dispensary Security & Patient Care Representative - Bridgeport, WV

The Security Agent/PCR will be based out of Bridgeport, WV and reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for daily surveillance duties, random and scheduled site inspections, and overall security at the facility. The Security Agent will perform routine patrols, will assist in investigations regarding suspected theft or diversion, and will coordinate and communicate with key internal and external stakeholders, including law enforcement and/or authorized representatives of the West Virginia Medical Cannabis Program (WVMCP), as necessary. The Security Agent will ensure a safe and secure environment across all sites and at all times. The security agent will also engage in one-on-one interaction with patients from the time they walk into the retail area until they check out and exit the store. Compliance with applicable rules and regulations as implemented by the state is required. Providing an excellent patient experience is paramount at our dispensaries. The Extraction Technician is responsible for carrying out the hydrocarbon extraction processes while working effectively as a team member to meet production goals

POSITION SUMMARY: This is a technical position responsible for the collection and testing of samples of various chemical compounds and biological specimens. Daily work involves the routine and repetitive use of various types of machinery, lab equipment and programs to perform tests, record data or findings and present information.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Prepares and weighs product samples; performs repetitive/routine testing activities to include accessioning and pipetting
- Documents results pertaining to strength, stability, purity, chemical content, and other characteristics
- Assembles data and other pertinent information into groups, charts, graphs, reports, and the like for others to evaluate
- Helps to set up laboratory equipment and instrumentation required for testing activities under the supervision of team analysts
- Utilizes problem-solving skills to help to determine when an apparatus may need to be recalibrated or requires servicing
- Restocks inventory supplies used in various testing activities; provides for the weekly cleaning of glassware
- Records and verifies log entries for various pieces of equipment/apparatus including balances, incubator, refrigerator/freezer, etc.
- Complies with all established safety, health, and environmental rules and regulations designed to ensure a safe work environment

We're looking for a Lab Technician to join our Green Thumb team! This position is responsible for assisting with lab production, which includes but is not limited to distillation, extraction, winterization and production of cannabis infused products. Our ideal candidate for this role is familiar with standard laboratory practices and has previously worked in production laboratory environments. Cannabis is a highly regulated industry, so prior experience working with regulatory requirements and compliance, as well as workplace safety, is highly desirable. If you've previously worked in cannabis extraction and processing – even better!
Responsibilities
Prepare laboratory equipment and cannabis plant materials for extraction
Operate intricate extraction equipment in accordance with Green Thumb SOPs
Process cannabis concentrates and extracts
Deliver on production goals, while focused on safety and quality
Produce product per recipes and SOP's, maintaining high quality standards
Clean and maintain extraction equipment and laboratory facility
Store supplies and equipment, dispose of waste according to guidelines, and keep laboratory working areas sanitary and safe
Wash and sterilize laboratory glassware
Employee may also be responsible for monitoring production line and collecting samples for analysis.
Follow SOP and standard analytical procedures to meet Good Laboratory Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices compliance
Record data in lab notebooks, computer databases, and test reports
Qualifications
Associate or 4-year degree with relevant college courses in biology, chemistry, or physics required
Prior production laboratory or manufacturing experience preferred
Prior experience working in regulated environments preferred
Prior extraction experience desirable, prior cannabis extraction experience highly desirable
Basic math skills
Familiarity with OSHA guidelines for dealing with hazardous chemicals

- Developing cultivation plans and assigning duties to the cultivation and manufacturing teams
- Organizing and documenting the processes of transplanting, cloning, defoliating, topping and training of plants
- Ensuring growth requirements of cannabis plants are met consistently by managing environmental factors including PH levels, lighting, humidity, nutrients, irrigation schedules
- Create sanitary cultivation practices and procedures to reduce chances of pests or diseases entering the growing area or spreading

- Must be able to pass a criminal background check (excluding marijuana related charges)

Qualifications
