Job Summary
The Supervisor, Front of House is responsible for supervising a team that develops, implements and continuously improves all quality, training, customer experience programs, cash reconciliation and at times the check-in (camera) department to improve accuracy, and operational initiatives, ensure safety, security, and all State and Local regulatory standards are maintained. This position is accountable for executing initiatives that facilitate the achievement of all hospitality goals at PharmaCann.
The Supervisor, Front of House is an expert in their field for specific divisions of responsibilities of the business. The ideal candidate is a business process oriented professional with demonstrated success in leading continuous improvements that enhance efficiency and/or customer/patient experience. They will have the ability to develop and maintain effective teams, be committed to collaboration with a variety of team members, and have a reputation of superior leadership and interpersonal skills.
Essential Functions/ Responsibilities
- Drive high customer experience standards, to include a customer-oriented culture and industry leading customer engagement through sales training and product knowledge
- Lead a world-class customer service program to drive repeat business through strong local community networking, and customer data capture
- Work closely with Managers and Supervisors to exceed sales volume and KPI goals
- Partner with cross-divisional managers to ensure adequate staffing is scheduled and payroll goals are met
- Comply and audit cash procedures as it pertains to preparing deposits and daily cash reconciliation
- Directly supervise the check-in/camera assigned team to ensure acceptable standards are maintained for the overall safety and upkeep of the dispensary.
- Uphold company standards for merchandise presentation and ensure menu availability is current.
- Deliver results and strategic direction by ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly through the store team.
- Communicate, work closely, and successfully collaborate with Managers and Supervisors to achieve the organization's goals.
- Support the implementation of operational policies, standards, and procedures for retail staff.
- Ensure staff within all divisions of responsibility have a thorough understanding of our corporate processes, SOPs, and assist with providing education in areas that need to be addressed.
- Train employees in expected customer experience and hospitality standards using appropriate tools such as customer loyalty, customer satisfaction surveys and key KPI's
- Maintain a training calendar and ensure associate onboarding and new hire training is complete
- Ensure continuous training and development with team members through training curriculums that results in consistency across all stores
- Lead by example and coach team members on performance. Partner with Managers regarding employee poor performance and violation of company and compliance policies.

Job Description
The General Manager is responsible for leading through PharmaCann's mission, vision, and values in order to develop a high-performing team that consistently delivers top-line sales growth.
The GM leads a team of dispensary managers who specialize in DOR's (division of responsibility) and is accountable for all aspects of managing a single retail store (as well as all other projects/duties as assigned).

- Follow and commit to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service requirements.
- Follow practices and processes intended to provide safe products that comply with appropriate laws and regulations, meet the company quality standards
- Follow and commit to safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Install, diagnose, analyze, maintain, modify, repair and/or rebuild a variety of plant and facility equipment
- Repair equipment during mechanical breakdowns or assist other staff in repairs
- Assist production personnel in change-over and set-ups
- Dismantle defective machines and equipment to gain access to problem areas or to install new or repaired parts
May perform one or more of the following responsibilities within production or facilities maintenance:
- Communicate with operators to detect equipment problems and to ascertain whether mechanical or human error contributed to the problems.

- Experience using Microsoft Office, including the ability to modify basic reports, documents and spreadsheets in MS Word, and MS Excel

- Ability to operate Powered Industrial Truck(PIT), hoists and cranes, and maintain PIT certification
- Demonstration of minimum proficiency with the English language in order to ensure effective new hire training and on-going communications about safety and quality issues
Maintenance Mechanic Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Paper converting, chemical/plastics processing and/or packaging industrial experience
- Vocational, Technical or Associate Degree in Machine Tool, Machine Maintenance, Industrial Electrician, Electro-Mechanics, Mechatronics Technology, Automation Controls, Robotics or related field

Job Description
On-site Security personnel are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of PharmaCann customers, employees and facilities in our dispensaries. On-site Security personnel will ensure strict adherence to all security protocols, procedures and controls.
- Perform entry/exit control protocols
- Monitor electronic surveillance and security alarm systems
- Perform security risk management tasks and manage access control systems
- Carry out inspections to verify the integrity of security after hours
- Patrol internal and external areas
- Appropriately greets and registers patients and/or employees
- Conduct staff protective security awareness campaigns and promotions
- Provide assistance as directed during an emergency
- Perform lockup and unlock duties of designated areas as required
- Report security, fire, and safety risks and keep a record of daily activities
- Monitor traffic and parking on facility property
- Other duties as assigned by the Site Manager
Qualifications
- Must have strong interpersonal skills to greet and manage patient or employee interactions
- Current driver's license
- Steady employment history
- Pass a comprehensive background check that includes a criminal history, and obtain and maintain state agent requirements
- Communicates well with employees and patients
- Strong attention to detail, and able to record information accurately
- A positive attitude
- Can lift at least 50 pounds

Job Description
This position is responsible for executing initiatives that facilitate the achievement of outreach goals, the increase of new medical patients and driving awareness of our brand and dispensaries in the community. Daily tasks will include canvassing, new patient acquisition and the execution of approved events.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Achieves maximum growth in new medical patients through promotion and education of Verilife to potential patients, providers, in the community and other approved partnership outlets.
- Facilitates 2 or more approved events per week and 10 or more in person visits daily with community contacts.
- Meets or exceeds growth targets within the assigned territory.
- Executes pre event activities and post event follow up.
- Assists in the execution of social equity activities.
- Assists patients with application assistance,as needed.
- Performs application assistance at offsite events and by appointment.
- Follows up on leads generated by our call center and marketing department.
- Establishes and maintains effective professional relationships within the community to provide information, educate, and sell products.
- Establishes and builds credibility and rapport with the community and reaches out to key contacts regularly.
- Participates in scheduled company meetings, conference calls, and other required business meetings.
- Provides product & dispensary information to patients, providers and the community.
- Document and track daily activities.
- Actively pursues continuous learning and professional development on product knowledge.
Qualifications
- HS Diploma or the equivalent
- Outside sales experience is preferred
- Ability to speak in front of a group
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and product related information in a professional and consultative manner
- Demonstrates high ethical and professional standards at all times
- Demonstrates honesty and integrity and behaviors in accordance with the company vision, mission and policies and procedures
- Demonstrates ability to work independently and maintain work schedule with minimal supervision

- Must have own auto, valid driver’s license and insurance

Job Description
The Operations Associate reports to the Co-Manager of Operations at the dispensary and is responsible for all policy and procedure, compliance, receiving orders and all other operational objectives of the business.
Duties and responsibilities
- Deliver results and strategic direction by ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.
- Execute and follow up on operational standards and policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security policies within retail stores.
- Prepare and package orders for customers
