SUMMARY

The General Production Team Member will be responsible for helping process harvested cannabis in our Cultivation and Processing facility by performing general labor duties assigned by local Leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Trim and process plants according to SOP’s, examining products to verify conformance to quality standards and move product to work surfaces for further inspection and processing
- Accurate counting, quality control, and attention to detail are essential
- Neatly package, seal, fill and label a varied array of bulk products
- Clean and sanitize all post-harvest work surfaces, utensils, and equipment in accordance with SOP and QA sanitation standards, keep floor clear of debris and spills
- Follow approved procedures for receiving, preparing, storing, arranging, and manicuring product to ensure quality, accuracy and product rotation and protection
- Handle damaged and waste products per company policy and assist in controlling the level of damaged goods
- Utilize and maintain equipment as required by department; report any equipment problems immediately
- Take instructions and follow direction as delegated by Facility Leadership to meet daily and weekly individual and team production and quality standards
- General labor throughout the facility as needed (clean up, light maintenance, etc)
- In downtime, support General Production Team members as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Full Time: $15 per hour. Schedule: 1st shift, 7:30M until 4PM. No breaks but paid 30-minute lunch. Weekends and overtime required when necessary. Must be able to work up to a 12-hour shift when necessary. Full benefits and great growth opportunities.

Hours: Standard days are 6:00am – 2:30pm Monday through Friday (hours subject to change at any time). Overtime and weekends may be required.
Trimmers are responsible for the separation of cured medicinal plants into (a) portions that may be sold as buds, (b) portions that will be processed further into concentrates, and (c) unusable waste products. As a Trimmer, you are responsible for hand manicuring cannabis for Medical Marijuana patients. The candidate will have an exceptional work ethic and organizational skills, with close attention to detail. Trimmers report to the Trim Lead and will take direction from the Trim Manager.
Duties and Essential Functions:
- Trim and sort cured plant material in accordance with established guidelines and policies.
- Manicure excess leaves and stems from flower and consistently producing quality product.
- Meet or exceed daily goals and production standards.
- Responsible for proper use and maintenance of designated equipment.
- Assist new or less experienced personnel in the performance of their duties.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Keep every tool or implement used in its appropriate place. Clean and sanitize all tools/bins. Return items to where they belong, upon completion of a task.
- Comply with all company policies including confidentiality and nondisclosure. Maintain OSHA standards, safety and protocols.
- Don proper PPE in trim areas, at all times.

The Role:
Do you love working with your hands? We are looking for Harvest and Trim Team Members to join our cultivation team. The Harvest and Trim Team Member provides manual labor which supports the post-cultivation activities and operations of our cultivation department. This position will be responsible for preparing and processing harvests for flower sales and oil extraction. Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated, positive individual who can think of no better way to spend the work day than potting, big leafing, and harvesting our cannabis plants with expert care and precision.
Core Responsibilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Efficiently trim and de-fan plants and dry flower.
- Responsible for accurately weighing and recording all wet and dry trim weights.
- Responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the facility while performing trim tasks.
- Must perform assigned tasks and also will be assigned other job duties as necessary in other departments.
- Communicate known issues or concerns to management team to ensure a smooth flow of operations within the company.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to different environmental conditions inside the building as well as different fertilizers.
- Comfortable working in a pollen producing environment.
- To be able to accurately and consistently follow all department standard operating procedures.
- Clean and sanitize all flower/drying/curing rooms daily.
- Work in other departments as necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hands-on environment with high attention to detail preferred
- Basic math and computer skills
- Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative and able to work independently or among teams with keen judgement, common sense and resourcefulness

Job Description: Full Time Trim Team Member
Hours: Standard days are 6:00am – 2:30pm Monday through Friday (hours subject to change at any time). Overtime and weekends may be required.
Trimmers are responsible for the separation of cured medicinal plants into (a) portions that may be sold as buds, (b) portions that will be processed further into concentrates, and (c) unusable waste products. As a Trimmer, you are responsible for hand manicuring cannabis for Medical Marijuana patients. The candidate will have an exceptional work ethic and organizational skills, with close attention to detail. Trimmers report to the Trim Lead and will take direction from the Trim Manager.
Duties and Essential Functions:
- Trim and sort cured plant material in accordance with established guidelines and policies.
- Manicure excess leaves and stems from flower and consistently producing quality product.
- Meet or exceed daily goals and production standards.
- Responsible for proper use and maintenance of designated equipment.
- Assist new or less experienced personnel in the performance of their duties.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Keep every tool or implement used in its appropriate place. Clean and sanitize all tools/bins. Return items to where they belong, upon completion of a task.
- Comply with all company policies including confidentiality and nondisclosure. Maintain OSHA standards, safety and protocols.
- Don proper PPE in trim areas, at all times.
- Maintain a positive attitude that promotes team work.
- Work collectively and respectfully with other team members.
- Any additional duties as determined by Management.

- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Education and Experience:
- Minimum High School or G.E.D equivalent required.
- Experience in the medical cannabis industry or other alternative healthcare organizations is highly desirable.
- Trimming experience is required.
Salary:
- Individuals are paid $12/hr. Bonuses are achieved when weekly totals are greater than 7.5 lbs/week (1.5/daily average).

Job Summary:
The primary role of this job is to trim as much product as possible with as little waste as necessary. Individuals must be able to trim at a fast pace without damaging product.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently trim and de-fan plants
- Accurately weigh and record all trim weights
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse while performing trimmings
- Breakdown flowers off of stem and stalk of plant in order to separate unusable waste from useable by-product
- Track the amount of unusable waste for each plant/batch
- Account for each by-product type processed off the flower
- Maintain quality product
- Recognize signs of insect infestation, pathogens and disease in marijuana plants
- Safe handling of equipment including cutting equipment/scissors

About the Role:
Do you love working with your hands? We are looking for Harvest and Trim Team Members to join our cultivation team. The Harvest and Trim Team Member provides manual labor which supports the post-cultivation activities and operations of our cultivation department. This position will be responsible for preparing and processing harvests for flower sales and oil extraction. Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated, positive individual who can think of no better way to spend the work day than potting, big leafing, and harvesting our cannabis plants with expert care and precision.
Core Responsibilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Efficiently trim and de-fan plants and dry flower.
- Responsible for accurately weighing and recording all wet and dry trim weights.
- Responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the facility while performing trim tasks.
- Must perform assigned tasks and also will be assigned other job duties as necessary in other departments.
- Communicate known issues or concerns to management team to ensure a smooth flow of operations within the company.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to different environmental conditions inside the building as well as different fertilizers.
- Comfortable working in a pollen producing environment.
- To be able to accurately and consistently follow all department standard operating procedures.
- Clean and sanitize all flower/drying/curing rooms daily.
- Work in other departments as necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hands-on environment with high attention to detail preferred
- Basic math and computer skills
- Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative and able to work independently or among teams with keen judgement, common sense and resourcefulness
- Attention to detail and ability to focus on one task for extended periods of time
- Adapts and thrives in a demanding, start-up, fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently throughout a workday with given directives
- Ability to handle and respect confidential and sensitive information.
- Understanding that this is a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility and a sterile and highly clean environment is paramount.

- Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Must be approved by to receive an Agent badge
Physical Demands

Must be able to easily lift and carry upwards of 20 pounds.
- Every team member in this department has long period where they will be sitting and trimming flower – which at times can be an all-day task.

POSITION SUMMARY
As a member of the Tryke Cultivation Team, you will gain a full understanding of the state-of-the-art cultivation process. You will perform day-to-day finished products operations with primary responsibility over trimming raw plant material. Every day is a different challenge, and you will be looked at to ensure the highest consistent quality.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Debone cannabis plants.
- Manually trim marijuana plants using shears, scissors, hands, etc.
- Manicuring dry flowers for quality presentation and separate unusable waste from usable product.
- Employee must be able to adapt to various strains, styles, and types of marijuana they are trimming; adjusting their techniques to maintain a steady pace and quality.
- Ensure consistent and quality presentation of premium cannabis products.
- Comply with all company and state regulations pertaining to cultivation and packaging of cannabis.
- Trimming with precision, speed, and efficiency
- Trim room cleaning and maintenance
- Basic equipment calibration, inspections, and maintenance
- Maintain safe and clean work environment
- This position will require the applicant to routinely sit, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, and bend for up to 8 hours. Position requires the occasional lifting of objects in excess of 25 lbs.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Be at least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be able to obtain appropriate cannabis licensing cards
