The Cultivation Manager (CM) is the principal leader for oversight of the cultivation operations. The CM creates policies to ensure productive and efficient cultivation operations leading to the highest quality of medicinal and recreational marijuana for sale and further processing, administrative and technical procedures consistent with these policies, and the hiring and training of individuals to carry out these tasks.
Duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for working closely with, National Cultivation Director, CEO, CFO, COO, Cultivation Manager, Quality Control Manager, Compliance Officer and Human Resources.
- Managing activities relating to cultivation personnel, including hiring, training, and scheduling of cultivators.
- Ensuring all cultivation and related equipment and facilities are operational and maintained as necessary to always function properly.
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment for cultivation personnel and ensuring adherence to related policies and procedures.
- Monitoring and responding to quality control assessments of medicinal and recreational marijuana product to ensure maximum product quality with minimal waste and inefficiency.
- Monitoring compliance with Arizona laws and regulations on an ongoing basis and making changes as necessary to cultivation policies and procedures to maintain such compliance.
- Reviewing all incident reports related to cultivation operations and providing information as requested by the executive management team or the board of directors regarding any security-or safety-related event arising from or related to cultivation operations.
- Following company SOPs, training employees on SOPs and assisting in evolution of SOPs as needed.
- Aggressively applying his or her talents, education, and experience to ensure that every opportunity is taken to improve the cultivation operations of the company through intelligent analysis, effective procurement, capable administration and effective communication.
- Knowledge and understanding of applicable regulations pertaining to the operation of a marijuana establishment.
Functional Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:
- 3 + years of cultivation management experience, preferable on a large scale and indoors.
- Must have excellent interpersonal, administrative, and communication skills.
- BioTrack and/or seed to sale system experience.

Job Description: Full Time Trim Team Member
Hours: Standard days are 6:00am – 2:30pm Monday through Friday (hours subject to change at any time). Overtime and weekends may be required.
Trimmers are responsible for the separation of cured medicinal plants into (a) portions that may be sold as buds, (b) portions that will be processed further into concentrates, and (c) unusable waste products. As a Trimmer, you are responsible for hand manicuring cannabis for Medical Marijuana patients. The candidate will have an exceptional work ethic and organizational skills, with close attention to detail. Trimmers report to the Trim Lead and will take direction from the Trim Manager.
Duties and Essential Functions:
- Trim and sort cured plant material in accordance with established guidelines and policies.
- Manicure excess leaves and stems from flower and consistently producing quality product.
- Meet or exceed daily goals and production standards.
- Responsible for proper use and maintenance of designated equipment.
- Assist new or less experienced personnel in the performance of their duties.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Keep every tool or implement used in its appropriate place. Clean and sanitize all tools/bins. Return items to where they belong, upon completion of a task.
- Comply with all company policies including confidentiality and nondisclosure. Maintain OSHA standards, safety and protocols.
- Don proper PPE in trim areas, at all times.
- Maintain a positive attitude that promotes team work.

The Post Production Manager will be responsible for directing all teams for harvest, trim, packaging and extraction activities to ensure that True Harvest delivers the highest quality products while maintaining the most efficient product cost structure. We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee all building-related activities. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and properly functioning.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Perform installation, repairs, overhauls of heating / ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) and refrigeration equipment and components.
· Observe safety and security procedures; determine appropriate action(s) beyond guidelines; report potentially unsafe conditions; ensure proper use of equipment and materials.
· Inspect building equipment to determine inefficiencies and recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.

Job Summary:
The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, enforcing company policies and practices and overseeing payroll administration.

Hours: Standard days are 6:00am – 2:30pm Monday through Friday (hours subject to change at any time). Overtime and weekends may be required.
The Trim Lead is responsible for managing the overall trim team, including training of new staff, management of product and allocation to team, quality control of finished product, tracking weights and batching in BioTrack, and overall team compliance.
Trimmers are responsible for the separation of cured medicinal plants into (a) portions that may be sold as buds, (b) portions that will be processed further into concentrates, and (c) unusable waste products. Our Trimmers hand manicure cannabis for Medical Marijuana patients.
The candidate will have an exceptional work ethic, managerial and organizational skills, with close attention to detail. Trimmers and Team Lead report to the Post Cultivation Manager.
Duties and Essential Functions:
- Ensure team trims and sorts cured plant material in accordance with established guidelines and policies.

Job Description: Full Time Trim Team Member
Hours: Standard days are 6:00am – 2:30pm Monday through Friday (hours subject to change at any time). Overtime and weekends may be required.
Trimmers are responsible for the separation of cured medicinal plants into (a) portions that may be sold as buds, (b) portions that will be processed further into concentrates, and (c) unusable waste products. As a Trimmer, you are responsible for hand manicuring cannabis for Medical Marijuana patients. The candidate will have an exceptional work ethic and organizational skills, with close attention to detail. Trimmers report to the Trim Lead and will take direction from the Trim Manager.
Duties and Essential Functions:
- Trim and sort cured plant material in accordance with established guidelines and policies.
- Manicure excess leaves and stems from flower and consistently producing quality product.
- Meet or exceed daily goals and production standards.
- Responsible for proper use and maintenance of designated equipment.
- Assist new or less experienced personnel in the performance of their duties.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Keep every tool or implement used in its appropriate place. Clean and sanitize all tools/bins. Return items to where they belong, upon completion of a task.

The HR-Operations Administrative Assistant Team Member is responsible for working directly with the Operations/HR Director in handling facility administrative responsibilities. This includes overall clerical support, order processing, time tracking review and updates, recruiting phone screens and more.
Key Duties and Essential Functions:
· Managing orders and deliveries into the facility. Vendor management as needed.
· Interview phone screens and scheduling of in person interviews; maintain Indeed job postings (or other recruiting leads)
· Scanning and file management of receipts/documents
· Time tracking review and update of modifications.
· DA Card management – obtain appropriate documentation; new hire follow up
· Absenteeism/tardies review; HR documentation as needed
· New hire set up and management in scheduling/time tracking and payroll systems; processing of new hire paperwork.

· Assist with new hire orientation
· Escorting contractors as needed throughout the facility

The Construction/Maintenance Team Member is responsible for the construction and maintenance functions carried out daily throughout the facility. This includes electrical, plumbing/irrigation, painting, minor construction/demolition and maintenance as needed throughout the facility.
Key Duties and Essential Functions:
· Construction/build out of new flower rooms as needed. Installation of grow equipment.
· Electrical installation and maintenance of light fixtures, ballasts and bulbs.
· Installation and regular maintenance of fans/filters, dehumidifiers.
· Drywall repairs and installation. Painting and epoxy of various surfaces.
· Minor plumbing and irrigation installation and maintenance.
· Clean and prepare sites to eliminate possible hazards
· Operate motorized equipment including power tools, saws, etc. Clean, inspect and perform routine maintenance of equipment and tools
· Able to operate and utilize scissor and forklift as needed.
· Maintain clear and accurate construction/maintenance inventory. Ensure all items are accounted for in their area. Notify management of construction supply needs in a timely manner.
· Perform facility maintenance and troubleshooting as necessary. Assist with repairs as needed.
· Perform any additional duties as deemed necessary by management.
Other Associated Factors:
· Regular, timely, and predictable attendance is required for this position.
· Perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions. Must have excellent stamina.
· Use hands and fingers fully; reach for, manipulate and feel objects; stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl; potentially for long periods.
· Climb and maintain body balance on ladders, scaffolding, or high structures.
· Lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds. May be required to lift boxes, tools and various heavy implements.
· Move various construction materials, both by hand and utilizing various material transport mechanisms.
· Work successfully as a team.
· Ability to understand and follow directions with moderate supervision.
· Must maintain a positive attitude and able to communicate in a professional manner with other team members.
· Must be able to work overtime when needed and work on weekends and holidays.
· Don proper PPE in the cultivation space, at all times.
· Comply with all company policies including confidentiality.
· Perform functions according to company and OSHA safety guidelines.
· Actively involved in Workplace Safety in a warehouse setting.
· At least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the US.
· No felonies.
· Must speak and understand fluent English.
· Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Education and Experience:
· Minimum High School or G.E.D equivalent required.
· Experience in the medical cannabis industry or other alternative healthcare organizations is highly desirable.
