The Role:
Do you love working with your hands? We are looking for Harvest and Trim Team Members to join our cultivation team. The Harvest and Trim Team Member provides manual labor which supports the post-cultivation activities and operations of our cultivation department. This position will be responsible for preparing and processing harvests for flower sales and oil extraction. Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated, positive individual who can think of no better way to spend the work day than potting, big leafing, and harvesting our cannabis plants with expert care and precision.
Core Responsibilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Efficiently trim and de-fan plants and dry flower.
- Responsible for accurately weighing and recording all wet and dry trim weights.
- Responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the facility while performing trim tasks.
- Must perform assigned tasks and also will be assigned other job duties as necessary in other departments.
- Communicate known issues or concerns to management team to ensure a smooth flow of operations within the company.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to different environmental conditions inside the building as well as different fertilizers.
- Comfortable working in a pollen producing environment.
- To be able to accurately and consistently follow all department standard operating procedures.
- Clean and sanitize all flower/drying/curing rooms daily.
- Work in other departments as necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hands-on environment with high attention to detail preferred
- Basic math and computer skills
- Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative and able to work independently or among teams with keen judgement, common sense and resourcefulness
- Attention to detail and ability to focus on one task for extended periods of time
- Adapts and thrives in a demanding, start-up, fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently throughout a workday with given directives
- Ability to handle and respect confidential and sensitive information.
- Understanding that this is a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility and a sterile and highly clean environment is paramount.

Experience and Educational Background:

The project will occur in 2 medical cannabis dispensaries, Vireo Health in Queens and White Plains, and will follow 352 participants over a 14-week period. Research visits will include computerized interviews, urine collection, and consent to release medical records will be obtained.

We are looking for a Regional Dispensary Manager for Curaleaf Nevada to lead multi-unit (multi-store) dispensary operations. They will lead and synchronize all retail chain stores within the district. Accountable for the operational practices of all stores and mentoring and oversight of all store managers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prior experience managing a multi-unit (multi-store) retail operation is a REQUIREMENT for this role. Please do not apply unless you have managed at least 3 stores concurrently.
- Responsible for brand-adherent setup and organization of new stores within the region
- Recruit, hire, train, mentor and, as necessary, discipline all store managers; Conduct periodic reviews of store manager performance and make changes to store leadership as required
- Work with store managers to understand issues encountered within the stores and assist in the coordinated resolution of those issues
- In coordination with state and corporate leadership teams, develop, implement and oversee ongoing store operations with a focus on customer experience and store performance maximization
- Work with regulatory compliance leadership both within the state as well as nationally to ensure compliant operations
- Oversee the development, implementation and ongoing use of team training programs; Periodically work with store teams to improve and update training materials to reflect new or changed store or market conditions
- Develop and/or leverage systems to continuously analyze and optimize store performance and profitability as well as to make operational, merchandising, product or other adjustments as necessary
- Inspects each store in the region on a regular basis to ensure adequate security staffing and systems as well as to ensure that each facility is fully compliant with applicable safety and environmental codes and ordinances
- Coordinates sales and promotional activities based on state as well as companywide KPI's
- Works with corporate and state procurement managers to negotiates favorable vendor contracts that benefit all stores in the region; Determine appropriate allocations of product / merchandise to each store manager
- Act as a liaison between headquarters and assigned dispensaries
- Fast paced working environment which requires multitasking and flexibility
- Additional duties as assigned, including but not limited to ensuring maximizing store sales and profit achievement, loss prevention, operational oversight and ongoing improvement, merchandising and employee development
Requirements
- 5-7 years related multi-site (multi-store) retail experience is absolutely essential
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university
- Excellent leadership skills
- Able to comprehend basic financial reports including profit & loss (P&L) statements
- Strong interpersonal skills and ethics
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint and Word; Point of sale systems such as BioTrack or Green Bits; and product inventory and tracking systems, such as Metrc

What We'll Need From You

The Growth Phase 2 Farmer is responsible for a variety of farming duties, including gardening and the upkeep of all Growth Phase 2 garden areas, performing all hands-on duties in the farm, and transporting plants to different areas of the farm. The Growth Phase 2 Farmer is expected to operate under the highest standards of compliance and professionalism.
Essential Duties

- Preparing and loading tables according to standard operating procedures.

Work three open to close shifts (not consecutive days) a week. Add a short shift if you want to get to 40 hours. One of your shifts will be a Saturday or Sunday. The rest of the week is yours to hike, bike, go to the beach, garden, play with the kiddos whatever you decide! In return, well pay you $17 an hour to start, give you paid holidays and PTO, and provide medical and dental insurance.
Were located just off I-90 in Issaquah, which makes for an easy commute from lots of locations.

Citrin Cooperman is seeking a full-time Marketing Manager, who will be responsible for the development and execution of the go-to-market strategy and initiatives for the manufacturing and distribution and cannabis industry practice groups firm-wide.
