Summary Operates laboratory equipment and follows defined processes to extract and refine crude cannabis oil into post-processed oil.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Extract crude oil from ground cannabis flower
- Process and refine cannabis-infused oil thru winterization, centrifugation, filtration, and decarboxylation
- Preparation of equipment and grinding plant material for extractions
- Maintain strict inventory records of all raw materials, supplies, and equipment
- Complete the cleaning and sanitization of all production equipment, work surfaces, and tools
- Responsible for proper waste disposal according to guidelines and Curaleaf policy
- Operates and maintains extraction equipment used to extract crude oil from ground cannabis
- Operates and maintains laboratory equipment used to refine crude oil into post-processed oil
- Reclaim ethanol used if winterization using a Rotovap
- Accurately perform calculations and dilutions of crude oil for winterization
- Accurately fill out electronic batch records and supporting documentation
- Follows SOP's and submits revision requests for SOPs according to new methods to optimize processes, as necessary
- Washes sterilize and restock laboratory glassware
- Performs clerical work related to laboratory activities such as word processing, record keeping, data collection, and filing
- Possess an understanding of scientific measurement, methods of measurement, units of measurement, and cGMP data collection
- Maintain and record data in our seed-to-sale tracking software (BioTrackTHC)
- Maintain clean extraction and laboratory environment which adhere to GLPs and GMPs

Summary

Inventory Coordinator
We are looking for a self-motivated Inventory Coordinator who is responsible for both data input, quality, and audits. This role will work with the Inventory Manager and Cultivation team to ensure that we are proactive in addressing potential issues, maintaining compliance throughout the facility, maintaining compliance within Biotrack/Metric systems and to formulate, implement and enforce proper techniques within the cultivation department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducts inventory inspections and maintains METRC and Biotrack logs in order to ensure traceability of plant/product movement throughout the facility.
- Communicates with cultivation team in order to create new plantings in METRC by using information on the clone logs.
- Create METRC plant tags for plants
- A physical count of each flower room as well as the Mother Room needs to be performed every Monday.
- Once the counts are completed verify that counts on the whiteboards outside each room are correct.
- Update the large whiteboard in the hallway with each strain count per table per room.
- Each plant room including Mom, Veg and Clone Rooms, must be audited through the Biotrack/Metric Systems on a monthly basis.
- Accurately completes documentation and enters data to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Promptly communicates identified discrepancies to team leads and Compliance Manager and documents accordingly.
- Investigates and participates in correction activities as directed.
- Ensure that all waste is properly logged on waste log sheets, processed in Biotrack/Metrc and properly disposed of.
- Collect daily waste from cultivation team for all plant rooms.
- On a daily basis, collect from each bin outside each room, any plant tags from destroyed plants. Ensure all plants are deleted from Biotrack/Metrc.
- Assists grow team during harvests and use METRC to upload new plants to rooms.
- Assist other departments with completion of their monthly audits.
- Trains and educates on data collection and auditing systems and procedures
- Establishes data quality standards and works with Management team to ensure standards are met in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensures quality data collection techniques are established for reporting and monitoring requirements.
- Maintains strict adherence to established procedures.
- Participates in problem solving activities to drive process improvements.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Summary
The Lead Packaging Technician is responsible for safe and effective packaging and labeling of medical cannabis for ingestion/inhalation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the packaging technician staff to achieve shift packaging goals for final packaging of products. This position will work closely with the Packaging Supervisor to organize work, train staff and monitor production and quality.

- Set up room for efficient operation of trimming, pre rolling, and packaging
- Convert in Biotrack flower from cultivation batch record to trim, grind, finish product, and waste records
- Accurately fill out Master batch record (TTLF's, TLF's, TGR's, TPR's) both paper and electronically (EBR)
- Collect hourly metrics from trim, preroll, packaging, and biotrack labeling/QA
- Accurately maintain the DMR (daily manufacturing report) to ensure reconciliation of flower and accuracy and completeness of data
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
- Help monitor and manage packaging equipment, supplies and inventory.
- Executing all filling and packaging procedures in an efficient manner in compliance with company's SOP's and all applicable manufacturing procedures.
- Perform in-process and post-process sampling according to protocols or batch records.
- Support new product lines and process development as needed.
- Ensuring compliance and accuracy involving all product tracking, product security, and product movement procedures.

Cultivation Technician
Summary The Cultivation Technician is an entry level position responsible for carrying out the day-to-day assignments and tasks of the Cannabis production cycle. Cultivation Technicians are the eyes and ears of the facility. Candidates will need to be motivated self-starters that are eager to learn and apply the nuances of growing cannabis to our fast-paced production environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists in the day-today functions of the grow facility including propagation, vegetation, flower, and harvest responsibilities.
- Aide Vegetation Leads in cutting clones, rooting, watering, maintaining a sanitized work environment, record keeping, and adhering to the propagation schedule.
- Aide Flower Leads in trellising, pruning, shaping, and training cannabis plants.
- Harvest fully mature plants and work with the post-harvest team as needed to manicure and input plants in inventory tracking system.
- Keep grow rooms, tools, and equipment sterilized to our strict quality control standard
- Ongoing monitoring of plants to prevent pests and disease
- Aide in minor equipment repairs and preventative equipment maintenance
- Adhere to all daily compliance with policies and procedures including but not limited to, state compliance, security protocols, and access protocols.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)

Job Summary
The Lead Packaging Technician is responsible for safe and effective packaging and labeling of medical cannabis for ingestion/inhalation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the packaging technician staff to achieve shift packaging goals for final packaging of products. This position will work closely with the Packaging Supervisor to organize work, train staff and monitor production and quality.
Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned.
- Set up room for efficient operation of trimming, pre rolling, and packaging
- Convert in Biotrack flower from cultivation batch record to trim, grind, finish product, and waste records
- Accurately fill out Master batch record (TTLF's, TLF's, TGR's, TPR's) both paper and electronically (EBR)
- Collect hourly metrics from trim, preroll, packaging, and biotrack labeling/QA
- Accurately maintain the DMR (daily manufacturing report) to ensure reconciliation of flower and accuracy and completeness of data
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
- Help monitor and manage packaging equipment, supplies and inventory.
- Executing all filling and packaging procedures in an efficient manner in compliance with company's SOP's and all applicable manufacturing procedures.
- Perform in-process and post-process sampling according to protocols or batch records.
- Support new product lines and process development as needed.
- Ensuring compliance and accuracy involving all product tracking, product security, and product movement procedures.

Quality Technician
The Quality Technician will be responsible for supporting the Operational and Quality Assurance groups to enforce processing and manufacturing procedures, technology, and business practices documented in State-level SOPs, policies, forms, and batch records. This role will support ongoing operations within the State, working closely with the QA Manager to continuously improve operations. The Quality Technician will also be responsible for supporting training employees using the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS), periodic verification of batch records, and confirm product quality requirements are met. This role will closely communicate with other Curaleaf teams including, but not limited to: Quality Assurance, Commercialization, and Cultivation.
Responsibilities:
- Perform or assist in quality inspections, auditing against cGMP criteria and confirming established product quality requirements are achieved.
- Assist with edits and review of state-specific and applicable national SOPs, policies, and supporting documents.
- Promptly communicate identified discrepancies to QA leadership and Operational team leads, and document accordingly.
- Investigate and participate in quality event investigations and reporting including CAPA, OOS reports, product quality complaints, and adverse event investigations.
- Assist Operational leads with training team members on processes and procedures using approved documents.
- Maintain document management including SOPs, work instructions, and visual aids in the eQMS and within the facility.
- Support QA leadership in implementing and maintaining a quality management system including the eQMS
- Perform periodic review of procedures, forms, logs and master batch records (MBRs).
- Maintain and enforce strict adherence to established procedures.
- Identify areas for quality control improvement and participate in problem solving activities to drive process improvements.
- Assist with change control for proposed changes to process or product
- Promote a culture of quality and change management.
- Additional duties and responsibilities will be assigned as necessary.
Qualifications:
- AS degree or technical certificate preferred; or 2 years related experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- MS Office and Excel skills required.

We are looking for a Laboratory Technician to join our growing team! The Laboratory Technician will work within the Processing Laboratory Department and report to the Lab Manager. The Laboratory Technician will assist the Lab Manager by carrying out day-to-day tasks. This task includes but are not limited to: Prepping chemicals, preventative maintenance, Calibration, Tracking, Documenting, Packaging, Labeling, and Cleaning, in accordance with the state of Massachusetts and standards set by Curaleaf. It is expected that you will learn and be able to perform all tasks within the laboratory area.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Keeping their workspace clean (cleaning glassware, wiping down their work station, mopping, etc.)

- Perform in-process and post-process quality assurance testing and conducting visual inspections to ensure all product meets or exceed CL's specifications and patient's expectations.
- Ensures 100% compliance involving proper weighing, data recording, product tracking and security throughout all processes.

Summary Operates laboratory equipment and follows defined processes to extract and refine crude cannabis oil into post-processed oil.

- Extract crude oil from ground cannabis flower
- Process and refine cannabis-infused oil thru winterization, centrifugation, filtration, and decarboxylation
- Preparation of equipment and grinding plant material for extractions
- Maintain strict inventory records of all raw materials, supplies, and equipment
- Complete the cleaning and sanitization of all production equipment, work surfaces, and tools
- Responsible for proper waste disposal according to guidelines and Curaleaf policy
- Operates and maintains extraction equipment used to extract crude oil from ground cannabis
- Operates and maintains laboratory equipment used to refine crude oil into post-processed oil
- Reclaim ethanol used if winterization using a Rotovap
- Accurately perform calculations and dilutions of crude oil for winterization
- Accurately fill out electronic batch records and supporting documentation
- Follows SOP's and submits revision requests for SOPs according to new methods to optimize processes, as necessary
- Washes sterilize and restock laboratory glassware
- Performs clerical work related to laboratory activities such as word processing, record keeping, data collection, and filing

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sanitation Technician is a member of our cleaning crew whose duties are to clean and sanitize processing
equipment and processing areas of the plant, to meet Quality Control and Bacterial Standards delineated within
Curaleaf Compliance and Safety Team. Members of the Sanitation crew are required to
completely clean and sanitize the production materials and bins quickly and efficiently.
. The sanitation worker will also be working around large processing equipment in
which chemicals will be used to complete the sanitation process. The sanitation worker must be able to work as
a team along with other members of the crew, under stressful conditions, and be flexible and willing to perform
varying tasks per the Facility Manager's instructions and in accordance with all safety guidelines mandated by
the employer.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
➢ Clean and sanitize processing equipment and processing facilities, if needed.
➢ Prevent cross contamination of product, work-in-progress, food contact surfaces and food contact
packaging during sanitation procedures.
➢ Follow all company SOPs.
➢ Work safely with the chemicals used in the cleaning process
➢ Ensure all chemicals are used at proper concentrations.
➢ Complete all sanitation and required SQF documentation.
➢ Adheres to all company GMPs and Safety policies.
➢ Wash and maintain buckets and containers and the sanitary state of the Washing and Drying Room.
➢ Maintain all sanitation related equipment including but not limited to automatic floor scrubbers,

Role Overview

Fertigation Technician
The Fertigation Technician works in conjunction with the Fertigation Supervisor to oversee and implement all irrigation and fertigation activities across the entire grow. Fertigation Technician may also be required to work in the garden with Cultivation Technicians and perform similar duties, as needed
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Check and balance EC & pH of stock tanks according to company standard operations procedures (SOPs)
- Clean and sanitize nutrient tanks, pumps, filters as needed
- Maintain and ensure Irrigation and Fertigation equipment is in good working order
- Comply with company and product label safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Take nutrient samples to be sent out for analysis
- Maintain and ensure proper storage and sanitation of all tools and equipment, including but not limited to shop vacs, pumps, hoses, carts, scissors, stools, totes, gloves, rags, and PPE gear
- Meticulous record keeping of all nutrient use
- Work closely with the grow team to ensure the irrigation/fertigation plan is properly implemented and maintained
- Maintain inventory of all fertilizers on site
- Ensure fertilizer concentrate tanks are filled adequately
- Respond to system alarms and diagnose/troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
- Performs regular calibration of nutrient testing instruments
- Responsible for the installation and maintenance of general irrigation equipment: valves, emitters, drip stakes, drip tubing, and bench lines
- Monitor soil moisture content of the crop and obtain water samples for testing
- Able to work variable shifts to meet business requirements. Including weekends, holidays, and over-time
Qualifications:

Senior Maintenance Manager for State of Florida
Facilities and Dispensary Maintenance
Dispensary Maintenance:
- Directly responsible for all facilities maintenance systems, including PM of all equipment and critical MEP infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and repair systems as required to maintain efficient operation throughout the plant.
- Set-up a Preventive Maintenance system and schedule for proactive system maintenance.
- Maintain relationships with facility vendors for service agreements and schedule repairs.
- Escort all vendors/subcontractors through the facility and supervise all activities.
- Maintain an R&M (Repairs and Maintenance) budget.
- Systems requiring upkeep include an irrigation and fertigation system, environmental controls system, RTU packaged HVAC units with Hepa and Merv filtration, electrical infrastructure including primary power, and a fully equipped Iso 8 pharma processing lab with equipment.
- Maintain all building systems, equipment, and Curaleaf hard assets.
- Work closely with the Management Team, as appropriate, in the planning, coordinating, and managing all capital improvement projects.
- Responsibility for receipt and management of all capital assets.
- Work with Cultivation Manager, Lab Manufacturing Director, and Security Director to assure that facilities are maintained to GMP and GAP hygiene standards.
- Work with the Director of Compliance and Director of Security to assure accurate and legally compliant OSHA record keeping and reporting and adherence to all state and federal regulations, as appropriate.
- Effectively negotiate critical services with multiple vendors.
- Work with the General Manager to adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Understand and adhere to Curaleaf best practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues and create a safe and pleasant physical work environment.

Dispensary Maintenance
- Receive maintenance requests from dispensaries, coordinate vendors to complete repairs in timely manner, and update dispensaries every step up of the way (Ex: ETA, problem found, what tech did to resolve issue, return ETA if needed with what tech will be completing, and completion update) for 40 active locations (and growing).
- Make sure that all locations are up to date on Preventative Maintenance for HVAC systems and landscaping for locations that require.
- On board new contractors as we take on new territories, make sure contractors comply with our stores policies while onsite, make sure new contractors are arriving to our locations conduct their work in a professional manner (Ex: clean up mess after repairs), and maintain the standard of holding our contractors responsible to warranty their work.
- Maintain open communication with dispensaries with any work or maintenance being done so all staff is aware.
- Must have an industry knowledge of pricing for each trade so company does not over spend on repairs.
Projects
- Coordinate vendors and dispensaries with any non-capex projects (Smaller Projects).
- Have the flexibility to be onsite handling a contractor while still up keeping maintenance needs and handle emergencies for dispensaries.
- Coordinate with vendors and Facility Managers with any non-capex projects (Smaller Projects) at Processing/Cultivation Locations.
- Take accurate measurements, draw up a floor plan (if one is not available), and upload changes or proposed changes to floor plans.
- Must have a knowledge for pricing and able to get more than one estimate for costly projects.
Emergencies
- Respond to an emergency request within an hour of receiving and have a contractor onsite that day within a reasonable amount of time.
- Emergencies may come in at ANY time or day (including after hours and weekends).
- Must be able to think quickly to instruct store on what they can do until help arrives (Ex: If toilet is over flowing instruct to shut off water valve).
- Emergencies should be updated every step of the way so staff is as up to date on the situation as you are.
- Must be able to identify if a situation is a true emergency that requires immediate attention and possible emergency rates from our vendor, or if it can wait for next day.
Responsibilities
- Must be available by phone 24/7 for any and all emergencies, our dispensaries should NEVER have to close or stop business due to a facility issue no matter date or time.
- Must have the availability/flexibility to drop what you are doing and head to a location within FL at any given time on emergency basis.
- Have a general knowledge of all trades and how to walk staff through a diagnosis if something may not need a tech (Ex: If A/C not running and thermostat is blank, have store replace batteries before calling out a tech).
- Maintain a GREAT relationship with the Regional Managers as they are the "customer" for this position.
- Holding contractors responsible for their own safety and the safety of our staff/customers.
- You are the only contact for the vendors and they should only speak to you about pricing and scope of work. You will be their only contact for when they arrive, give assessments, and ask for approval on repairs/replacements.
- Keep an active log of active work orders/projects and completed work orders/projects along with their costs.

The company is seeking a self-motivated, efficient, and meticulous warehouse clerk to join our growing team. The receiving and material handling clerk will be responsible for receiving and unloading product deliveries, maintaining stock in the throughout the facility, and moving inventory and other materials to fulfill orders for production as well as assisting with audits. This position requires a diligent team member who can successfully complete tasks and operate throughout the day autonomously.
Responsibilities:
- Move stock to and from loading docks, delivery vehicles, storage areas, and production areas either manually or using equipment as required.
- Understand and follow all rules and regulations set forth by Illinois for handling and inventory of medical marijuana and associated materials.
- Follow all SOPs related to department and job duties and adhere to GMPs.
- Maintain good documentation practices.

Summary: The Vegetation Lead position provides leadership for plant activities and operations of the Cultivation Department while abiding by all applicable policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. This position is generally responsible for the day-to-day duties needed to maintain our perpetual cycle for plant production. This includes, but is not limited to plant maintenance, training, cloning, transplanting, plant inventory tracking, and inventory scheduling to manage production needs. This position requires working in a fast-paced environment, strong leadership skills, and the ability to effectively interact with members of the team to ensure a positive culture. You will be reporting directly to the Cultivation Manager.
Responsibilities
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Implement good agricultural practices (GAPs) and follow all GMPs and Facility Rules
- Keep good records and follow good documentation practices (GDPs)
- Keep good records of all practices implemented and data collected as pertaining to Lead responsibilities
- Department KPI data collection and entry
- Train all Propagation Technicians and Cultivators on Veg Room SOPs and changes to policy.
- Lead Propagation Technicians and Cultivators through all Veg Room related tasks.
- Assure Cultivation team members are completing Veg Room tasks as outline in SOPs efficiently.
- Assist in all plant care from maintaining mother stock to harvest, including automated and hand watering, cloning, propagation, pheno hunting, transplanting, pruning, topping, defoliating, trellising, and harvesting
- Typical daily work tasks required include (but not limited to): pruning, transplanting/moving plants, harvesting, cloning, hand watering, cleaning, IPM tasks, inventory management, etc.
- Monitoring of environmental conditions including, but not limited to, temperature, humidity, CO2 levels, VPD, W/M2, etc.
- Gather EC, pH and volume data from the irrigation system in the grow rooms
- Distribute biological control agents (BCAs) as needed
- Apply foliar feeds and preventative and other sprays when directed
- Scouts veg room for pests/disease and document on proper forms
- Operate and maintain cultivation systems/equipment

Deliver Driver
Curaleaf MA is seeking a full time Driver for our growing facility. As a driver, you will be responsible for making deliveries of medical cannabis to dispensaries throughout the state as part of a driving team. The driver is also responsible for planning routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries, providing exceptional customer service at the dispensaries, and following state laws and regulations governing the delivery of cannabis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Safely transport medication to dispensaries
- Must have a thorough understanding of all state regulations related to delivery/distribution of medical cannabis and ensure full compliance by all department staff
- Execute all deliveries on time and communicating any delays to the Logistics Manager and dispensary
- Follow all rules of the road
- Proper cash handling and acceptance of cash from dispensaries
- Ensure all vehicles are clean and properly maintained
- Keep detailed records on all vehicle maintenance and issues
- Complete all necessary paperwork (checklist, rejection sheet)
- Communicate with packaging and sales department to resolve product issues
- Communicate with dispensaries as needed about schedule
- Work in the packaging department as needed
- Develop positive relationships with dispensaries
- Maintain driver logs
- Excellent customer service, time management and organization skills
- Fulfill Packaging duties as needed
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
- Must have flexible schedule in order to accommodate delivery routes

We are looking for a Laboratory Technician to join our growing team! The Laboratory Technician will work within the Processing Laboratory Department and report to the Lab Manager. The Laboratory Technician will assist the Lab Manager by carrying out day-to-day tasks. This task includes but are not limited to: Prepping chemicals, preventative maintenance, Calibration, Tracking, Documenting, Packaging, Labeling, and Cleaning, in accordance with the state of Massachusetts and standards set by Curaleaf. It is expected that you will learn and be able to perform all tasks within the laboratory area.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Keeping their workspace clean (cleaning glassware, wiping down their work station, mopping, etc.)
- Tracking data through paperwork and on an iPad using our electronic batch record system
- Using our internal tracking systems BioTrack and METRC
- Responsible for increasing operational efficiency and reducing waste through ownership, teamwork, communication and collaboration.
- Perform in-process and post-process quality assurance testing and conducting visual inspections to ensure all product meets or exceed CL's specifications and patient's expectations.
- Ensures 100% compliance involving proper weighing, data recording, product tracking and security throughout all processes.
- Consistently operates in an efficient manner that also complies with all OSHA regulations, CSATC SOP's, CL SOP's, and all applicable required procedures
- Responsible for ensuring each product is properly labeled in compliance with the MA Regulations
- Take instructions and help out on tasks delegated by laboratory management
- Responsible for the preparation of material to be processed in accordance with daily task
- Ensures consistency and efficacy of product through quality control testing
- Performs all other assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe production facility
- Has understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all safety procedures to ensure the highest level of safety
- Completes the sanitation of all production equipment and tools including workspace, all equipment, containers, and appliances
Qualifications:

This person will report to the Supply Chain Manager and will work directly with the Retail, Inventory and Delivery Teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

- Coordinate and participate in communication between departments regarding movement of inventory, returns, and deliveries

Cultivation Technician
Summary The Cultivation Technician is an entry level position responsible for carrying out the day-to-day assignments and tasks of the Cannabis production cycle. Cultivation Technicians are the eyes and ears of the facility. Candidates will need to be motivated self-starters that are eager to learn and apply the nuances of growing cannabis to our fast-paced production environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists in the day-today functions of the grow facility including propagation, vegetation, flower, and harvest responsibilities.
- Aide Vegetation Leads in cutting clones, rooting, watering, maintaining a sanitized work environment, record keeping, and adhering to the propagation schedule.
- Aide Flower Leads in trellising, pruning, shaping, and training cannabis plants.
- Harvest fully mature plants and work with the post-harvest team as needed to manicure and input plants in inventory tracking system.
- Keep grow rooms, tools, and equipment sterilized to our strict quality control standard
- Ongoing monitoring of plants to prevent pests and disease
- Aide in minor equipment repairs and preventative equipment maintenance
- Adhere to all daily compliance with policies and procedures including but not limited to, state compliance, security protocols, and access protocols.

Responsible for HVAC equipment onsite, utilizing knowledge of refrigeration theory, control systems, pipe fitting, and structural layouts. In this position you will establish & maintain a positive relationship with vendors and co-workers through effective oral and written communication skills via phone, computer, and face to face. You will perform scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance, inspections, site surveys, and service requests including replacement, and modifications of equipment or systems as needed or requested by the grow house team. Communicating with Grow house team members/Management, Facilities Maintenance and/or Project Managers regarding inspection/service findings is required.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Working with contractors and vendors
- Performing troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical systems
- Handling emergency service calls after business hours on an on-call rotation
- Perform building maintenance and building maintenance as required, using hand tools motorized lifts and machine tools such as lathe mills, grinders, etc.
- Gathers and disposes of rubbish and waste materials by hand or with the use of powered equipment.
- Paints, installs drywall and makes interior changes as required
- Observes appearances and conditions of premises and equipment; reports needed repairs, safety hazards, or conditions requiring outside vendor services.
- Scrubs, strips, sanitizes, waxes, and buffs floors using powered machines equipped with rotating brushes.
- Cleans grounds and parking lots of litter, glass or other debris.
- Loads and unloads supplies, and moves heavy furniture and equipment using dollies, handcarts, or power equipment. Replaces light bulbs and fuses.
- May perform ground maintenance

Qualifications

- 3 – 5 years industrial work experience preferred

Fertigation Technician
The Fertigation Technician works in conjunction with the Fertigation Supervisor to oversee and implement all irrigation and fertigation activities across the entire grow. Fertigation Technician may also be required to work in the garden with Cultivation Technicians and perform similar duties, as needed
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Check and balance EC & pH of stock tanks according to company standard operations procedures (SOPs)
- Clean and sanitize nutrient tanks, pumps, filters as needed
- Maintain and ensure Irrigation and Fertigation equipment is in good working order
- Comply with company and product label safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Take nutrient samples to be sent out for analysis
- Maintain and ensure proper storage and sanitation of all tools and equipment, including but not limited to shop vacs, pumps, hoses, carts, scissors, stools, totes, gloves, rags, and PPE gear
- Meticulous record keeping of all nutrient use
- Work closely with the grow team to ensure the irrigation/fertigation plan is properly implemented and maintained
- Maintain inventory of all fertilizers on site
- Ensure fertilizer concentrate tanks are filled adequately
- Respond to system alarms and diagnose/troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
- Performs regular calibration of nutrient testing instruments
- Responsible for the installation and maintenance of general irrigation equipment: valves, emitters, drip stakes, drip tubing, and bench lines
- Monitor soil moisture content of the crop and obtain water samples for testing

Summary:
The Inventory Manager Responsibilities include managing inventory levels and accuracy, developing warehousing strategies, coordinating with internal teams regarding their supply needs, and overseeing the warehouse and inventory teams in their daily activities.
Expected to collaborate in the design, implementation and management of inventory and distribution processes for a fast-growing organization with multiple sites, and remote team members. Ensure cultivation, packaging and processing departments are all supplied with required materials on time, and within spec. Manage a team of Warehouse and Inventory Personnel both in person and remote.
Manage an inventory control and tracking process in the absence of an ERP solution in the short term. Ensure periodic physical counts are performed and documented. Collaborate with Corporate Finance teams to reconcile monthly closing inventory.

- Extract crude oil from ground cannabis flower
- Process and refine cannabis-infused oil thru winterization, centrifugation, filtration, and decarboxylation
- Preparation of equipment and grinding plant material for extractions
- Maintain strict inventory records of all raw materials, supplies, and equipment
- Complete the cleaning and sanitization of all production equipment, work surfaces, and tools
- Responsible for proper waste disposal according to guidelines and Curaleaf policy
- Operates and maintains extraction equipment used to extract crude oil from ground cannabis
- Operates and maintains laboratory equipment used to refine crude oil into post-processed oil
- Reclaim ethanol used if winterization using a Rotovap
- Accurately perform calculations and dilutions of crude oil for winterization
- Accurately fill out electronic batch records and supporting documentation
- Follows SOP's and submits revision requests for SOPs according to new methods to optimize processes, as necessary
- Washes sterilize and restock laboratory glassware
- Performs clerical work related to laboratory activities such as word processing, record keeping, data collection, and filing

Summary the Cultivation Technician is an entry level position responsible for carrying out the day-to-day assignments and tasks of the Cannabis production cycle. Cultivation Technicians are the eyes and ears of the facility. Candidates will need to be motivated self-starters that are eager to learn and apply the nuances of growing cannabis to our fast-paced production environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists in the day-today functions of the grow facility including propagation, vegetation, flower, and harvest responsibilities.
o Aide Vegetation Leads in cutting clones, rooting, watering, maintaining a sanitized work environment, record keeping, and adhering to the propagation schedule.
o Aide Flower Leads in trellising, pruning, shaping, and training cannabis plants.
o Harvest fully mature plants and work with the post-harvest team as needed to manicure and input plants in inventory tracking system.

- Ongoing monitoring of plants to prevent pests and disease
- Aide in minor equipment repairs and preventative equipment maintenance

Cultivators are responsible for executing production plans in keeping with the Company's operating procedures for greenhouse cannabis cultivation. Cultivators carry out the day-to-day assignments and tasks of the Cannabis production cycle. Company operates under the highest standards of professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Works with Cultivation Manager to plan for growing activities that are consistent with planned production schedules.
- Prepares space required for planned production.
- Cloning: cutting, rooting and transplanting; clone care, watering and feeding; clone monitoring and climate control; labeling; and inventory data input into state mandated electronic tracking system.
- Monitors growing conditions and reviews changes in humidity, moisture and temperature and cultivation procedures to ensure conformance with quality control standards.
- Inspects crop to ascertain conditions such as leaf texture, bloom size and the existence of pests or disease; removing substandard or diseased plants to maintain quality standards.
- Plant monitoring and care during vegetative and flowering phase: trimming and staking; big leafing and pruning; plant care, watering and feeding; plant monitoring and climate control; pest and disease control; inventory data input.
- Harvesting: cutting plants; trimming cut plants; removing flowering tops; weighing and inventory data input into the electronic inventory tracking system.
- Curing: hanging and dry-racking flowers; monitoring curing process and climate control; labeling; weighing and inventory data input.
- Preparation and packaging of all cannabis products will be needed during peak times; including extraction products.
- Operating and maintaining cultivation systems/equipment: monitoring, calibrating, running and maintaining lighting, irrigation, climate control and other cultivation systems; stocking and handling production inputs and supplies; sanitizing and cleaning growing areas, cultivation workspaces and tools.
- Ensure daily compliance with policies and procedures including but not limited to; state compliance, security protocols, and access protocols.

Requirements:
- High School diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- Knowledge in growing technologies, such as lights, irrigation, soil, nutrients, and more (minimum)
- Ability to execute techniques consistently
- Good documentation, inventory, and organization skills
- Excellent verbal interpersonal communication skills to interact with team members
- Basic weights and measurement skills, ability to operate a scale
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to pass a background check

The Dispensary Agent is responsible for supporting the Dispensary Manager with the day-to-day operations of a dispensary facility in accordance with all applicable regulations.

Position Description:
We are looking for a self-motivated Cultivation Compliance Associate who is responsible for both data input, quality and audits. This role will work with the Director of Cultivation and Cultivation team to ensure that we are proactive in addressing potential issues, maintaining compliance throughout the facility, maintaining compliance within Biotrack/Metrc systems and to formulate, implement and enforce proper techniques within the cultivation department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor the production process to ensure a consistent product by observing the temperature of the rooms, the humidity levels, the plant moisture levels and the processes for pest and mold mitigation.
- Enter into Metrc/Biotrack daily, from sheets provided by the Clone Room staff, any clones that have been created and create tags for the Clone Room staff.
- A physical count of each flower room as well as the Mother room needs to be performed every Monday.
- Once the counts are completed verify that counts on the whiteboards outside each room are correct.
- Update the large whiteboard in the hallway with each strain count per table per room.
- Each plant room including Mom, Veg and Clone Rooms, must be audited through the Biotrack/Metrc Systems on a monthly basis.
- Fill out the Cultivation Inventory Audit Sheet for each audit and send to your Compliance Manager.
- Print the audits and keep on file for CCC viewing.
- Create manicure batches for any test samples that are taken for in-house testing; both in Metrc and biotrack.
- Ensure that all waste is properly logged on waste log sheets, processed in Biotrack/Metrc and properly disposed of.
- Collect daily waste from cultivation team for all plant rooms.
- On Tuesdays complete waste transfer in the Biotrack/Metrc system to our Waste Management Facility (Harvey).
- Before load days ensure that all rooms were properly cleaned after each cycle. On load days ensure that the correct plants are loaded, all Metrc/Biotrack tags are in place and all irrigation lines are connected properly.
- On a daily basis, collect from each bin outside each room, any plant tags from destroyed plants. Ensure all plants are deleted from Biotrack/Metrc and investigate why the plant did not survive.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attend pre/post-harvest meetings to observe and add any input on strains, placement, and counts especially for strain-heavy rooms.
- Submit weekly report to Director of Cultivation, Compliance Lead and Director of Compliance.
- Understands and ensures compliance standards pertaining to the company and state regulations are met.

Position Summary
The Laboratory Associate will work within the Bio Processing Laboratory Department and report to the Lab Manager. The Laboratory Associate will assist the Lab Manager by carrying out day-to-day tasks. This task includes but are not limited to: Prepping chemicals, Preventative Maintenance, Calibration, Tracking, Documenting, Packaging, Labeling, and Cleaning, in accordance with the state of Massachusetts and standards set by Curaleaf MA. - keeping their workspace clean (cleaning glassware, wiping down their workstation, mopping, etc.)
- Tracking data through paperwork and on an iPad using our electronic batch record system
- using our internal tracking system; Biotrack
- Responsible for increasing operational efficiency and reducing waste through ownership, teamwork, communication and collaboration.
- Perform in-process and post-process quality assurance testing and conducting visual inspections to ensure all product meets or exceed CL's specifications and patient's expectations.
- Ensures 100% compliance involving proper weighing, data recording, product tracking and security throughout all processes.
- Consistently operates in an efficient manner that also complies with all OSHA regulations, CSATC SOP's, CL SOP's, and all applicable required procedures
- Responsible for ensuring each product is properly labeled in compliance with the MA Regulations

The Pre-Roll Associate is responsible for managing the preparation of all pre-roll cannabis products for distribution. The main responsibilities of the Pre-Roll Associate include:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage a large-scale indoor cultivation facility.
- Hire a world-class cultivation/horticulture team.
- Perform all the tasks in the grow including: cloning, transplanting, feeding plants, defoliation, super cropping, topping, flushing, foliar and preventative sprays, trimming, packaging, waste disposal and inventory management.
- Develop and/or maintain indoor cultivation protocols and a nutrient regimen
- Lead and manage indoor cultivation facility team
- Perform all cultivation tracking and recordkeeping functions within the seed to sale electronic system remaining in compliance with the department's rules and regulations.
- Continuous training of entire cultivation team.
- Manage plant scheduling to accurately project all garden requirements on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to maximize high-quality yield with efficiency and attention to production costs.
- Catalog and track each individual strain from clone to harvest.
- Schedule, manage and oversee cloning processes, achieving a minimum 90% success rate.
- Execute preventative maintenance program including elimination of all types of mold, powdery mildew, spider mites, root aphids, fungus gnats, etc.
- Adept at industry best-practices and current on new techniques and insight with respect to nutrient of individual strains, high yield recipes, controlled stress environments to different lighting systems and set ups.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Cannabis and knowledge of effects of strains and types of medicinal administration.
- Assist state and local government auditors and law enforcement with inventory, sales and compliance audits.
- Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure requirements.
- Execute and maintain a world-class facility maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years' indoor cultivation experience
- Minimum 3 years' indoor cultivation experience as a head grower, or equivalent
- Mastery of all grow mediums (soil, inert (rockwool, hydroton, etc)) and irrigation methods (hand-water, sub-irrigation, drip systems)
- Must be an outstanding team-builder,
- Knowledge of large scale commercial plan cultivation including crop rotation management, nutrient requirements, mediums, light requirements, and environmental controls.

- Physical aptitude and health necessary to perform manual labor tasks required for the proper management of grow warehouse.

- Works with Cultivation Manager to plan for growing activities that are consistent with planned production schedules.
- Prepares space required for planned production.

- Monitors growing conditions and reviews changes in humidity, moisture and temperature and cultivation procedures to ensure conformance with quality control standards.
- Inspects crop to ascertain conditions such as leaf texture, bloom size and the existence of pests or disease; removing substandard or diseased plants to maintain quality standards.
- Plant monitoring and care during vegetative and flowering phase: trimming and staking; big leafing and pruning; plant care, watering and feeding; plant monitoring and climate control; pest and disease control; inventory data input.
- Harvesting: cutting plants; trimming cut plants; removing flowering tops; weighing and inventory data input into the electronic inventory tracking system.
- Curing: hanging and dry-racking flowers; monitoring curing process and climate control; labeling; weighing and inventory data input.
- Preparation and packaging of all cannabis products will be needed during peak times; including extraction products.
- Operating and maintaining cultivation systems/equipment: monitoring, calibrating, running and maintaining lighting, irrigation, climate control and other cultivation systems; stocking and handling production inputs and supplies; sanitizing and cleaning growing areas, cultivation workspaces and tools.
- Ensure daily compliance with policies and procedures including but not limited to; state compliance, security protocols, and access protocols.
