POSITION SUMMARY
Each Security Team Member reports to the Director of Security and is responsible for providing protection and leadership to ensure the security of our personnel, guests, products and facilities. The Security Team Member will actively maintain and monitor security systems and procedures, personnel, and of all activities required therein to create and promote a disciplined company culture of security awareness.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Secure and protect staff, products, and facilities at all times.
- Assist in maintaining a best in class security program including systems, processes, internal controls, and regular dashboard level reporting to senior management
- Maintain a regular log of reports by recording observations, information, incidents, and surveillance activities
- Regularly monitor and maintain all company security and surveillance systems, policies and procedures
- Keep Director of Security advised of the status of security affairs and of potential risks and concerns
- Effectively manage and provide disciplined, intuitive leadership in potentially volatile situations or in the event of a crisis
- Frequently patrol and inspect the property to identify and mitigate security issues
- Monitor entrance/exit criteria and protocols for facility including issue badges for employees, visitors, contractors and vendors
- Train and review on a regular basis all security policies, protocols and procedures to maintain a highly ready and prepared status
- Maintain relationships and initiate calls for response when needed from local law enforcement and emergency agencies
- Conduct or support investigations as necessary including interviewing witnesses, obtaining signatures, and providing incident reports to senior management
- Work closely with Director of Security to educate all company personnel on security protocols and promote a heightened security awareness
- Assist in preventing losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; coordinating with local law enforcement to respond to any security issue
- Report for work on all assigned workdays and report on time with a positive attendance record
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Must have previous experience in military or law enforcement and armed security.
- At least 21 years of age.

POSITION SUMMARY
Each Security Team Member reports to the Director of Security and is responsible for providing protection and leadership to ensure the security of our personnel, guests, products and facilities. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Secure and protect staff, products, and facilities at all times.
- Assist in maintaining a best in class security program including systems, processes, internal controls, and regular dashboard level reporting to senior management

- Regularly monitor and maintain all company security and surveillance systems, policies and procedures
- Keep Director of Security advised of the status of security affairs and of potential risks and concerns

- Frequently patrol and inspect the property to identify and mitigate security issues
- Monitor entrance/exit criteria and protocols for facility including issue badges for employees, visitors, contractors and vendors

- Maintain relationships and initiate calls for response when needed from local law enforcement and emergency agencies
- Conduct or support investigations as necessary including interviewing witnesses, obtaining signatures, and providing incident reports to senior management

- Assist in preventing losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; coordinating with local law enforcement to respond to any security issue

The Account Manager is the face of our Tryke brand in the Utah market serving as an important resource to the third-party pharmacies carrying our cannabis products. The Account Manager will be responsible for developing relationships with key management at the pharmacies we serve as well as promoting brand awareness and increasing sales through field marketing efforts, product trainings and patient/customer engagement. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Manage relationships and communication with Tryke’s pharmacy clients
- Develop strong working knowledge of the various state regulations and understanding of the competitive market, keeping industry knowledge current and up to date.
- Prospect and maintain a highly organized schedule of regular on-site patient and staff education meetings and events.
- Engage with patients and staff and collect feedback on products; submit additional collateral requests based off feedback. Bring Patient and Client feedback to company management; assist with improvements in strain/genetic literature, cannabinoid and terpene profile matrices, marketing, and sales tactics based on feedback.
- Identify and sustain key merchandising opportunities for accounts with dominant product placements and displays, ensuring execution and alignment with all sales programs.
- Present and discuss sales and marketing collateral, brand values, products, and value adds.
- Serve and support Tryke as a brand representative for community outreach, industry events and trade shows as opportunities occur. Transport, setup, breakdown and maintain trade materials and table displays.

- Maintain and care for cannabis crops during the flower cycle to include watering and pruning.
- Ensure consistent growth and nutrient plans of crops.
- Follow disease and pest management practices.
- Maintain current knowledge of genetic and grow techniques.

- Provide management with maintenance updates, any issues, and proposed remedies.
- Provide management with daily details and updates on the status of all genetics, including all costs, expenses, timing, etc.
- Maintain the total count of all plants in assigned area.

This recruitment will be used to fill full-time temporary Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) positions to address the increased volume of Employment Security cases in our Spokane Valley, and Tacoma field offices.
Interviews are anticipated to occur in early December 2020.
Start dates as early as January 4, 2021
- Individuals appointed to a Line ALJ position will have at least five years of experience as a licensed attorney.

About the agency
The 1981 Legislature created OAH to offer Washingtonians an independent, fair and neutral forum to hold administrative hearings on disputed matters referred by state and local government agencies. Operating out of field offices in Olympia, Tacoma, Seattle, and Spokane Valley there are approximately 100 Administrative Law Judges at OAH who preside over administrative hearings involving unemployment insurance benefits, child support, food assistance, medical benefits, business and professional licensing, and more. Position overview:
Our ALJs mainly preside over telephonic hearings but will also conduct in-person hearings for both pro se and represented parties. ALJs work in a fast-paced, timeline driven environment where they are at the forefront of accomplishing the OAH mission. ALJs enjoy seeing the direct result of their work and the justice provided in each decision made. An ALJ's primary role is to conduct hearings that are fair-in both substance and appearance-and issue well-reasoned, timely decisions. This role demands the ability to build a record; manage time effectively; and produce clear, logical, well-written decisions. As a representative of the State of Washington, each ALJ is held to the highest standard of professionalism, performance excellence, and ethics.
About the caseload:
Employment Security (ES): The ES caseload handles a high volume of cases with quick turnaround times for orders. A typical hearing is scheduled for about one hour and a fully trained judge is typically scheduled for 24 hearings a week. ALJs on this caseload hear cases involving unemployment insurance, unemployment fraud, training benefits, and unemployment tax assessments.
Some of what you'll do:
- Provide high quality and timely administrative hearings and decisions under Chapter 34.05 RCW and other applicable laws consistent with the requirements of due process.
- Conduct fair, impartial hearings accessible for all parties. ES hearings are almost exclusively conducted over the phone, with some in-person. Travel throughout Washington State may be required.
- Become proficient in using our case management system to manage your caseload.
- Ensure a clear and complete hearing record.
- Preside and rule on pre-hearing, hearing, and post-hearing matters.
- Read or view exhibits, pleadings, and legal reference materials to prepare for proceedings.
- Swear in witnesses, take testimony, and rule on exhibits. Determine the relevancy of testimony as it is occurring; rule on admissibility of evidence.
- Maintain control of the hearing, which may include parties who are upset or are having difficulty understanding the proceeding.
- Analyze legal problems, some of which may be difficult and complex; and apply legal principles and precedents with a commitment to making an unbiased and legally correct decision.
- Issue well-written decisions consistent with OAH quality standards, containing necessary findings of fact and conclusions of law disposing of all legal issues.
- Issue decisions within strict timelines required by OAH standards and the governing federal and state law.
- Develop and maintain current and accurate knowledge of administrative rules, policies and procedures, and other substantive law for caseloads.

- Applicants with less than five years' legal experience may be considered for Entry ALJ positions with the ability to promote to Line ALJ upon reaching five years' legal experience.
