Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in order to improve and promote quality. Accurately trim cannabis buds in both wet and dry forms. Maintain productivity within established baseline requirements at all times.
The Trim Team Member works in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity. They maintain good time and attendance and all other conduct related requirements at all times.
This position operates in a Tier System. After just 90 days, your performance will be evaluated in order to promote you to a higher level of responsibility as a Trimmer 2 or Trimmer 3. From there you are building a career based on your performance and commitment!
Work Schedule is Four 10-hour shifts with the hours of 7:00am to 5:30pm including working every other weekend.
Position Summary
Work closely with Trim Team Lead/Coordinator to produce the highest quality trimmed buds. Accurately weighs and records trim weights; Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in order to improve and promote quality. Works in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity

Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for day-to-day work of accurately trimming marijuana buds/defanning
- Work successfully alongside other Trim Team Members
- Work closely with Trim Team Leads/Coordinators to produce the highest quality trimmed buds
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in order to improve and promote quality
- Works in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity
- Maintains time and attendance and all other conduct related requirements
- Performs all other tasks and duties as assigned
Skills and Requirements
- Age 21 or older and High school Diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Work experience in food services, packaging, labeling or detailed assembly line work (Preferred)
- Upbeat and high energy professional
- Ability to focus and be task oriented
- Ability to work well with small pieces and products.
- Ability to work as a team member, is highly organized and has extreme attention to detail

Position: Assists in the growing and cultivation of medical marijuana. Performs select tasks in the cultivation process. This is a “hands on,” entry level role in the cultivation process.
Authority & Supervision:

Dispensary Inventory Supervisor
Position: The Dispensary Inventory Supervisor is responsible for the daily oversight of dispensary inventory specialists, coordinators, labeling/packaging specialists, inventory tracking, and coordination. Works directly with the Inventory Director on new processes and implementation. Follows up and presents projects and new initiatives.
Authority and Supervision:
- Reports directly to the Inventory Manager & Director
- Supervises the RMD’s Inventory Teams
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow NETA Policies & Procedures for the daily operations and fully comply with state marijuana regulations
- Oversees POS, and Backend operations of our Private and State mandated Seed to Sale Software
- Responsible for elements of inventory tracking, policy implementation, process review, and compliance.
- Oversees product receipt/check in, product returns, and expiration date management.
- Oversees, uses, and maintains all inventory tracking and communication systems
- Manages quality control recording and follow ups from the retail stores
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual inventories for their respective location, while addressing and correcting discrepancies, while collaborating with the Inventory Coordinators about how to prevent repeat occurrences
- Assist Inventory and Systems Directors in testing and confirming new Seed to Sale and Production developments
- Record and communicate on systems issues and support tickets
- Maintains shift coverage. Covers PTO and Sick days.
- Maintains Inventory Payroll and Schedules
- Assists in the updating of Inventory Controls for New Product Releases
- Manages and creates development opportunities and coaching to Inventory Staff
- Works with other Supervisors on supply chain needs and daily menu management
- Creates inventory practices that provide positive patient flow experience by ensuring up to date information and consistent flow of inventory.
- Follows Long Term plans set from the Directors
- Audits and oversees dispensary menus, postings and providing trending information to strategically implement promotions, discounts and strain promotions.
- Provides training regarding inventory and processes.
- Manages the daily priorities of the team
Qualifications and Skills :
- Age 21 or older (Required)
- 2+ years' of Retail Management experience (Required)
- Previous experience in Retail, Food Services or Distribution Centers (Required)
- Positive, collaborative and strong work ethic
- Strong leadership/communication skills with the ability to deal with problems and resolve in a professional manner.
- Extensive knowledge of computers, Point of Sale software and technology resources.
- Excellent organizational, statistical analysis, interpersonal, and multitasking skills

The PSA is responsible for interacting with patients in our dispensary locations, providing knowledge, information and resources on a regular basis. Addresses and resolves patient questions and concerns in a professional manner. Provides superior customer service at all times.
Authority and Supervision:
• Report directly to the Dispensary Manager and Team Leads
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Follow NETA Policies & Procedures for daily operations and fully comply with state medical marijuana regulations
• Model best-in-class service that consistently exceeds our customers’ expectations and builds a long-term rapport
• Provide product expertise and knowledge to patients and explain the potential benefits of each various type and strain of medical marijuana, as well as methods of use
• Identify unique needs of each individual patient by demonstrating compassion, empathy and sensitivity
• Answer patient and caregiver questions and provide resources to assist in their medical use of marijuana
• Participate in the patient intake process, maintaining appropriate paperwork and patient records
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of sensitive patient information
• Accurately receive, prepare and complete patient orders and sales utilizing point-of-sale and
• Accurately enter all patient record information within point of sale system
• Help to ensure the store is stocked, clean and in proper operational order
• Work in close coordination with a team of other patient services associates
• Supports the team work effort in both opening and closing procedures
• Act as a liaison between patients and NETA management to continually improve the customer experience
• Appropriately escalate customer conflict or complaint, inspiring long-term patient relationships and loyalty to our brand
• Performs other duties and tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Age 21 or Over
Previous retail or customer service experience (Required)
Ability to work a weekends and evenings (Required)
Can perform Point of Sale (POS) systems strongly (Required)
Ability to maintain patient and visitor confidentiality standards (Required)
Must have reliable transportation (Required)
Enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-energy en vironment
Ability to keep the patient experience quick, easy and fun Has a natural enthusiasm and a sense of adventure, see the glass as half full
Has accountability, initiative and a high level of ownership
Has a calm head in a busy environment
Solid math, verbal and written communications skills
Ability to lift, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods of time
Ability to deal with problems and resolve in a professional manner
An outgoing personality with a fun attitude and a strong work ethic
Interest in the importance of medical and recreational marijuana
