Purpose:

The Inventory & Distribution Manager is a direct report to the Manufacturing Director and Cultivation Director. The Inventory & Distribution Manager is responsible for making sure that all products being distributed are compliant and accurately recorded in all systems (Metrc, LeafLogix, spreadsheets, etc.). The Inventory & Distribution Manager will oversee and support cannabis inventory management and any compliance audits that are needed for the department. The Inventory & Distribution manager will work closely with the production departments (Cultivation, Extraction & Kitchen) to ensure packaged products are verified prior to entering into inventory software. Head of Cultivation
Purpose
The goal of the Head of Cultivation is to maximize the production of high quality marijuana at The Flower Collective’s 15,000sqft cultivation located in De Beque Colorado. The Head of Cultivation is responsible for plant health, pest/pathogen mitigation, plant nutrition, environmental controls, and scheduling and overseeing all day to day cultivation operations from cloning to harvest. The Head of Cultivation directs the Cultivation Supervisor, the IPM Specialist, Cultivation Technicians, and any other employee when performing work in the greenhouses. This position reports to the Facility Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Cultivation Team in day to day cultivation tasks: propagation, pruning, up-potting, feeding, trellising, spraying, sanitation, harvesting etc.
- Work with other managers to oversee and train new hires. Provide employees with education and mentorship.
- Schedule and communicate labor needs with other managers (Post Harvest Manager and Facility Manager).
- Regularly survey plants to maintain early identification of pests, pathogens or other health issues. Quickly troubleshoot and address any issues.

Post-Harvest Technicians are responsible for a myriad of duties, including, but not limited to assisting with the harvest process, manicuring all product for final packaging, monitoring quality of all product and potentially assisting in deliveries of finished and packaged product. Post-Harvest Technicians are responsible for keeping their station and tools clean and organized. Post-Harvest Technicians must inject good energy and work well with all team members, as well as maintaining a professional etiquette and attitude at all time. The ability to follow direction, be consistent, punctual, and contribute to a culture that insists on the highest-degree of following compliance and regulations are required.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
- Uphold all Ancient Roots standards, procedures and state regulations
- Accurately use weight and measurement tools
- Visually inspecting product for correct consistency
- Prepare child proof packaging material
- Apply batch labels to product
- Work in a team to maintain productivity and achieve goals
- Responsible for cleaning, organizing, and sanitizing work stations
- Be able to maintain a speed of trimming and packaging while keeping quality and sanitation in mind
- Hand trimming a variety of different strains
- Maintaining cleanliness of trim room and all tools
- Ability to focus on a task for long periods of time

OPC Warehouse Assistant
- Duties include:

- Cleaning trays, saucers and plant containers
- Cleaning lights, fans and the general areas throughout the warehouse
- Pruning, transplants and some trimming
- Candidates MUST:
