Job Description and Duties:
Hawks and Reed is seeking personable, energetic, and hardworking individuals to be a part of our team. We are looking for people with strong communication skills, ability to work in a fast paced environment, adaptability, creativity and a team player.
The Bar Manager will:
- Manage inventory (ordering, stocking, reporting, etc.)
- Create and maintain good relationships with beer/alcohol/cannabis companies + distributors.
- Organize and book creative events related or unrelated to our bar offerings.
- Seek and secure beer/alcohol/cannabis sponsors for related events.
- Own the evolution and efficacy of the bar by noticing and implementing improvements to the bar area and related processes and systems, including brainstorming creative ways to sell more products.
- Hire, manage, train and schedule bartenders for all events.
- Work alongside management and other H&R team members to execute successful events.
- Create new and/or custom drinks for customers or special events.
- Manage the POS system and keep products, prices and availability up-to-date.
- Oversee the management and sale of merchandise, keeping all items in stock and on clear display.
- Manage and follow up on unclosed bar tabs & lost CC’s.
- Occasionally jump in to help at events when bartenders are sick or unavailable, or whenever necessary.
- Take on other tasks as they come up.
Qualifications:
- One year of restaurant, serving, or other hospitality experience.
- Preferred bartending experience and knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive, engaging personality, and a professional appearance.
- Basic math, computer skills, and prior experience with a POS system.

Mass Harvest is hiring for our open Harvester position. Responsibilities include lifting 50 pound bags of soil, soil mixing, setting up soil pots for plants, filing up pots with soil and transplanting clones into soil. Mass Harvest is contracted to set up a grow for 100,000 sq ft for this current contract.
Persons with personal home growing experience along with entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

Position Overview: Under general supervision, Sales Associates provide guidance and education to each patient with medical marijuana needs. Associates assist every patient to ensure he or she is receiving the correct medication that will best benefit the patient’s specific illness and medical condition.
Pay: $16 an hour
Schedule: Full Time / including weekends
Major Areas of Responsibility include:
- Ensures all intake forms and other paperwork is properly completed and filed correctly, then enters all appropriate information in ADILAS for future reference.
- Confirms patient purchase limits prior to admission intothe consultation area and informs the appropriate pharmacist of such limits.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Care by promoting and maintaining positive customer relations.
- Respond to calls or emails from customers requesting product, training, and general information.
- Management of patient records through the use of an MMJ database.
- Maintenance and update of databases as needed.
- Fulfillment of customer orders.
- Responsible for the sales and promotion of all Patriot Care products.
- Build and maintain a high level of integrity and trust for specific products.
Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Two years of direct customer service experience required.
- Retail experience a strong plus
- Experience with Point-of-Sales systems
- Understanding of and experience with Windows Operating System and Microsoft Outlook
