JOB DESCRIPTION:
The primary task for this position is processing dried/cured cannabis flower, including joints and hash. The job requires a person who is detail-oriented and efficient with repetitive tasks. Workers are required to use hand tools to apply final manicuring steps, accurately weigh dried flower on a digital scale and put the corresponding amount into the correct packaging or storage receptacles. This may include proportions for customer purchase or bulk quantities/pounds. This position is also responsible for ensuring that the labeling and inventory storage of cannabis product is compliant, and all associated operating procedures are followed at all times. Individuals must be able to meet productivity expectations and still ensure accurate work. A successful candidate will be self-motivated, works well independently in a group setting, and able to stay focused throughout the duration of the shift. Post-Harvest tasks include, hanging branches, tying plant matter together/removing nursery twine, “bucking” buds off branches, using specialized equipment for finish processing, which may include hash making steps.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible to complete all related work assigned during their scheduled shift
- Destemming, weighing, packaging, and labeling flower, trim, joints, and hash
- Harvesting, drying, trimming, or other processing tasks as needed, including hash processing
- Preparation of product for filling cone papers for joints
- Remove, weight, and record unusable portions of product without damaging sellable portions
- Ensure that all byproduct is disposed of correctly in accordance with MED and company policies
- Ensure printed labels match the batch and are properly adhered to all necessary packaging
- Perform consistent packaging techniques
- Report observations of foreign material, biological imperfections, or poor product quality
- Must maintain and contribute to a proactive and positive team environment; maintain a positive attitude and self-motivation to meet and/or exceed daily and weekly goals
- Alert management of any/all issues and concerns immediately
- Must show up on time for all scheduled shifts and be ready to begin work
- Responsible for daily cleaning and organizing of work areas, supplies, and equipment

Job Description
A Budtender is the first line of contact with customers, as such they need to be extremely friendly and personable with customers. With over ten years experience in the cannabis industry, we have expanded to new markets and are seeking an accounting assistant to join our team. This position is being advertised as part-time, but full-time work is available for the right candidate who has prior training and experience in the accounting field. This person will report to the Controller and interact with personnel in other departments as tasks necessitate. The primary focus of this role is to assist the controller in administrative tasks and various duties to support accounting processes for all companies within the ownership group. Depending on the skill set and experience of the hired, the employee's responsibilities will broaden to include regular work assignments in any or all of the processes and job responsibilities listed below.

A Packager is required to accurately weigh the dried flower on a digital scale and put the corresponding amount into the correct packaging. This position is also responsible for ensuring that the packaging and labeling of the product is completely compliant. This position requires someone with the ability to meet quotas in a timely manner and still ensure accurate work. A Packager should be self-motivated, successful at working independently in a group setting, and able to stay on task and focused throughout the duration of the shift.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Break down flower off stems and stalks, separate unusable waste from product

Metrc/Inventory Specialist (cannabis cultivation facility) JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Metrc/Inventory Specialist will work with the Metrc team to complete tracking tasks within the Colorado MED inventory tracking system (Metrc). This person will work closely with the Metrc and Inventory Manager and will help manage physical inventory, including organization, tagging, moving, tracking, preparing outgoing/incoming packages, and the associated data and Metrc tasks. The Metrc/Inventory Specialist must have strong working knowledge of the Metrc software and related rules, process steps, inventory control, transfers, manifests, and Colorado marijuana compliance parameters with respect to department tasks.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Track and document all processes within Metrc and other records and logs (seeds, immature plants, vegetative and flower cycles, harvest, curing, processing, packaging, and finished inventory)
- Review Metrc for accuracy and discrepancies, investigate where necessary.
- Physical counting and documentation of on-hand inventory (live plants, curing and finished harvest batches, trim, pre-roll batches, bubble hash, finished packages, etc.)
- Assist with tracking cycles for testing and process validation and related Metrc tasks.
- Maintain internal tracking spreadsheets and prepare data reports.
- Prepare physical packages for outgoing transfers (inventory heading to stores, samples going to lab, wholesale, trim being sent out for processing, etc.) and produce associated manifests.
- Receive physical package deliveries and associated record-keeping and Metrc tasks.
- Continual understanding of related compliance regulations
REQUIREMENTS:
- Full proficiency with Metrc (creating packages, “moving” inventory/plants between plant growth phases, processing and finished product stages, waste codes, etc.)
- Ability to follow direction, standard operating procedures (SOPs), adapt to manager direction.
- 2+ years of experience with Metrc preferred.
- Proficient with the MicroSoft Office 365 applications (Excel, OneDrive, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to comprehension industry regulations as they related to inventory & Metrc tasks.
- Detail oriented and assure accurate data entry.
- Ability to work independently or with others.
- Organized, efficient worker. Must be able to meet goals while maintaining quality standards.
- Positive attitude, good moral character, passion for the marijuana industry.
- Dependable, punctual, ability to communicate in writing and verbally.

Compensation

A Budtender is the first line of contact with customers, as such they need to be extremely friendly and personable. Each Budtender will interact one-on-one with individual customers or customer groups to discuss products and answer a variety of questions. Everyone working within one of our retail stores must have extensive product knowledge and ability to continually learn about new products. You will also help to maintain the sales floor, display cases, waiting room, and storage areas, which includes basic cleaning.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Bring product from safe room to set up sales floor, restock items, break down and move product to safe room at the end of the day.
- Sticker and label new inventory.
- Use software and tablets for COVA point-of-sale/inventory system, process payments, make cash change, assure labeling compliance on sold products before customer leaves.

- Administer rewards programs and associated software applications, enroll customers, process points for redemption.
