POSITION SUMMARY
The Cultivation Technician is responsible for all Flowering phase cannabis plants in the pertaining cultivation room as assigned. Responsibilities include watering, nutrient mixing, defoliation and monitoring and controlling the room environment. Ensuring all necessary equipment is maintained or reported for repairs, cleaning, and general maintenance is also required. The technician is also responsible for logging and recording all environmental factors, measuring water run-off and completing the necessary waste logs needed to maintain compliance. The cultivation technician will be responsible for leading the harvest procedures upon harvest day.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES/TASKS
- Oversight of cannabis plants during the flower growth phase
- Assists cultivation with maintaining and weekly cleaning of all tanks and facility plumbing
- Mixes R.O. and any other additive required for the flower growth phase per the facilities operating procedures
- Regular recording and PH level checks in nutrient mix and water run off
- Defoliation events and record keeping of waste logs
- Integrated Pest Management and plant disease control
- Assists Veg Technician and Cultivation Manager in flower roll outs
- Oversees all cleaning duties required within flower room and zone
- Keeps all additive, foliar application, and cleaning logs current and up to date
- Works with management to maintain all needed nutrients, additives, reagents, etc. to perform the prescribed duties
- Works with the Cultivation Manager to ensure timely flower harvest roll outs
- Communicates any challenges and needs to the Cultivation manager
- Participates in moving plants into flower room on roll out days
- Assists in the harvesting of fully mature cannabis plants
- Responsible for cleaning zone outside of assigned room
JOB SKILLS

Job Title: Edible Production Technician
Location: Production Facility
POSITION SUMMARY
The Edible Production Technician is responsible for assisting in producing edibles for the production facility. The Edible Production Technician is responsible for assisting in maintaining compliance with all CCB regulations and METRC required functions and logs. Proper documentation and completion of waste management logs, submission of CCB required quarterly reporting and providing METRC support for both outbound and inbound orders. The ICQC Manager will have oversight and implementation of post-harvest procedures and cannabis curing.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS
- Awareness of, understanding of, and implementation of all NAC and NRS regulations pertaining to the inventory control and quality control of marijuana from seed to sale; keep informed of all changes/updates regarding NAC and NRS regulations
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures for all required processes.
- Maintain inventory levels of ingredients, materials and resources needed to procure finished products.
- Assist Production Kitchen Manager with the accurate formulation, production, dosing, packaging and labeling of THC- and CBD products.
- Assists in packaging of all infused goods
- Ensure that all production areas and equipment are cleaned and sanitized according to Company Standard Operating Procedures and state/local regulations.
- Use Metrc to track inventory of regulated ingredients (cannabis) as well as waste and transfers to other licenses.
- Support with maintaining required logs and necessary documentation on batches
- Assure compliance without exception, consistent with company policies including but not limited to state/local regulation, security protocols, access protocols, facility maintenance, on-site safety including kitchen functionality, and food safety as applicable.
