High Mountain Health is seeking an independent worker to maintain the cleanliness of our indoor cultivation facility in addition to performing routine maintenance activities when needed. This person must be self motivated and a team player!
JOB DUTIES:
- Clean and sanitize cultivation facility including restrooms/bathrooms using established practices and procedures
- Clean, dust office areas; sweep, mop, or vacuum floors; empty/clean wastebaskets and trash containers; replace light bulbs; refill restroom dispensers.
- Use and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools; buffers, auto scrubbers, extractors, high pressure washers, high speed buffers and vacuums, brooms, mops, and squeegees for the cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls, carpets, furniture, etc.
- Wash walls and equipment; use ladders when required in work assignments.
- Follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies. Use as directed.
- Perform cleaning and related activities such as removing snow or debris from sidewalks and stairs in areas within sixteen feet of buildings using hand-operated tools or small power equipment.
- Wash accessible interior and exterior windows. Clean blinds. Launder cleaning rags and dust mops.
- Handles and disposes of unusable marijuana to the standards of the Company as detailed in the Policies and Procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
- MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE.
- Must hold current, valid Arizona ID or U.S. Passport.
- Must be qualified to obtain an ADHS Facility Agent card. This includes no violent felony on your record.

- Assures patient confidentiality and adheres to all Company Privacy Rules.
- Assures that no person is allowed to consume marijuana on dispensary property or the cultivation site.
- Maintains positive morale within and between dispensary and cultivation site.
- Maintains current training on medical marijuana and its approved uses.
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Qualified to obtain AZDHS Dispensary Agent Registration (no violent felony)
- Physical and mental stamina to maintain professional public relations and interactions at all times.
- Friendly, kind, outgoing attitude. Able to converse with patients of all walks of life and make patients feel comfortable at all times.
- Frequent bending, stooping, turning and lifting to accomplish tasks routinely completed in an office setting. Includes frequent repetitive motions of hands, wrists, arms, neck and torso.
