Position Objective:
The Assistant Store Manager acts as a direct line to the Store Director and holds essential responsibilities: leading customer service, order fulfillment, inventory control and reconciliation, cash management, daily sales reports, METRC adjustments, creating and receiving manifests in METRC, and training staff members. In addition, the Assistant Store Manager works with the Store Director to uphold Schwazze SOPs and MED laws and regulations. The Assistant Store Manager keeps up to date with any company or state regulatory changes and adjusts store operations per company discretion. The Assistant Manager reports directly to the Store Director and assists in managerial decisions including personnel issues, day-to-day operations, marketing, and general management of the store. In conjunction with the Store Director, the Assistant Store Manager is responsible for driving sales and great service while ensuring the store meets or exceeds company goals and objectives.
The Assistant Manager assumes final decision-making authority and accountability for the store during the absence of the Store Director and makes decisions based on current company and state operations, procedures, standards and laws.
Essential Functions:
Customer service:
Trains staff members on company-wide customer service standards and holds staff members accountable for compliance
Conducts customer service reviews during Budtender Reviews and addresses as well as documents any coaching opportunities that arise
Monitors online reviews and trains staff as needed in accordance with customer feedback
Driving Sales:
Works closely with the Store Director and Retail Management Team to ensure the store is meeting or exceeding sales goals by reaching sales targets and adhering to market changes or demands
Regularly reviews KPIs and related information and works with the Store Director to consistently meet sales targets
Holds retail staff accountable for monthly sales targets and works with the Store Director to incentivize staff members per company direction
Staffing/Scheduling:
Manages Budtenders actions day-to-day and works closely with the Store Director to ensure staffing needs are met by drafting monthly schedules
Works with the Store Director and HR team to recruit and onboard new talent
Documents HR concerns and termination and exit paperwork, as necessary
Conducts Monthly and Bi-Annual Budtender Reviews with the Store Director to promote Budtender growth by discussing goals and holding staff accountable
Daily Operations:
Follows company SOPs regarding cash handling by drafting daily sheets, filing, and organizing vendor orders, monitoring cash balances, organizing cash deposit pickups, submitting change orders, and conducting ATM refills
Strives to meet company sales goals and trains staff on current promotions and incentives
Daily inventory reconciliation and POS/METRC adjustments
Works with the Store Director to implement company policies to help increase store performance such as: marketing, promotions, and community relations
Manage METRC adjustments and POS reconciliations
Creates and accepts manifests in METRC as needed
Ensures daily opening and closing procedures are done to company standards by all staff members
Additional Functions:
Required to be “on-call” and respond to store emergencies at any time. This includes after-hours and scheduled days off

The Assistant Manager leads day-to-day retail operations. Serves as a resource for employees, customers, and patients to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leads all recreational and medical cannabis sales operations
- Leads daily store opening and closing procedures
- Assists Store Manager with leading goals and objectives throughout daily operations

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

About The Role
The Corporate BSA Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the Corporate BSA Manager with the implementation and monitoring of the centralized BSA department, including all aspects of BSA/AML/OFAC Program for Glacier Bank. Responsibilities
- Provide best-in-class customer service and follow established policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead the Patient Care Associates Team in accordance with the mission, vision, goals, and objectives of Terrabis.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of every product and strain in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge.
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring an assortment of product, and communicating inventory action items with the General Manager.
- Assist all patients and customers in making the right product choices by being knowledgeable of how different methods of cannabis consumption affect our patients differently. Suggest dosage starting points and upward titration for inexperienced patients.
- Complete and appropriately delegate (if applicable) tasks assigned during scheduled shift, including: cleaning of the store, bathrooms, patient areas, and break room.
- Correct cash handling and discount application when applicable.
- Verification of proper paperwork, documentation, and ID for patients.
- Accurate use and maintenance of the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Ensure POS stations are ready to go at store opening.
- Ensure opening and closing checklists are completed in a timely manner.
- Accurate and timely data entry of patient profiles in both the POS system and the regulatory electronic verification systems.
- Assistance in verifying orders for accuracy.
- Participate in staff events, outings, and promotional events
- Security measures and safety compliance.
- Maintenance of an organized and clean store.
- Be active on company social media (sharing, liking, and posting all content shared on Terrabis social media accounts).
- Management of visitor log.
- Maintain open communication with the management team and other coworkers.
- Reporting of team member issues or patient situations to General Manager and/or District Manager.
- Coordinate in periodic staff meetings.
- Work with General Manager to ensure retail store operations run smoothly, properly, and in compliance with the applicable rules and regulations, including: daily activities, maintenance, and patient information for any reported issues and/or complaints.
- Work with the General Manager and Assistant Manager to properly onboard and train new Patient Care Associates.
- Conduct a minimum of a quarterly audit per state regulations.

Under the direction of the Dispensary Manager, Assistant Manager will oversee the operation of the Curaleaf Dispensary. Our Frisco location is looking for a motivated and sales-driven Assistant Store Manager to join the team! - Assist the Manager and serve as secondary point of contact in stores.

JOB PURPOSE:

Summary
Cannabis publishing company (cocoforcannabis.com) is looking for a website supervisor and community coordinator. Immediate opening, full-time, online/work from home.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing company in a dynamic industry on the ground floor. The successful candidate will work closely with the business owner. There are multiple tasks and responsibilities associated with running a large website and online community.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, responsible and proactive. You should be willing to learn and interested in long-term employment. You should be prepared to develop and manage independent projects, assist with ongoing projects, and manage the day-to-day tasks of running the business, website and community.

Job Duties
· Supervise website content and functionality to ensure quality, clarity and consistency
· Maintain our online product guide
· Manage incoming email and contact requests
· Manage communication with vendors, clients, and users
· Coordinate and edit newsletters
· Coordinate with and manage our web developers and graphic designer
· Moderate our forum and chatroom
· Coordinate Community Events and Giveaways
· Manage our Product Evaluation Program
· Learn our material and stay updated on industry trends
· Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Comfortable working in the cannabis industry
· Experience with WordPress and Website design
· Experience managing online social communities preferred
· Bachelor's degree preferred
