About The Role
The Corporate BSA Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the Corporate BSA Manager with the implementation and monitoring of the centralized BSA department, including all aspects of BSA/AML/OFAC Program for Glacier Bank. Supervises assigned units of the centralized Corporate BSA Team (CBSAT) and assists in managing the bank’s adherence to the BSA/AML and OFAC regulatory and legal requirements. This is a Corporate position which can be located in an available bank division location across our eight-state footprint - AZ, CO, ID, MT, NV, UT, WA and WY. The midpoint for this position is $105,223.30+ / per year (calculated for Kalispell, MT). All compensation offers are analyzed individually and take into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, and educational background.

Administration of the BSA/AML OFAC program: Creates and maintains BSA/AML/OFAC Policy and procedures. Prepares policy for review and submission to the Board of Directors for annual approval. Keeps the GBCI BSA intranet page current. Coordinates the BSA/AML/OFAC program summary report for the Board of Directors annually. Performs, updates, and maintains the BSA/AML/OFAC risk assessment. Participates on the SAR Committee as needed. Communicates with law enforcement as warranted and to the extent allowed by regulation. Keeps all BSA/AML matters confidential.

Leadership, Supervision and Training: Manages and provides direct supervision and guidance to assigned CBSAT units. Effectively manages the team members in maintaining open lines of communication, supporting company policy and procedures, and accomplishing their key responsibility areas. Rewards good performance as well as re-directs unsatisfactory performance.

Coordinates and monitors assigned BSA/AML OFAC compliance as it relates to CTRs, CTR exemptions and corresponding annual reviews, High Risk Customer Reviews, and SARs. Develops and maintains a quality control program related to BSA to ensure a satisfactory audit and exam. About The Role
The Corporate BSA Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the Corporate BSA Manager with the implementation and monitoring of the centralized BSA department, including all aspects of BSA/AML/OFAC Program for Glacier Bank. Supervises assigned units of the centralized Corporate BSA Team (CBSAT) and assists in managing the bank’s adherence to the BSA/AML and OFAC regulatory and legal requirements. The ability to motivate or influence internal or external division and senior level professionals is a critical part of the job, requiring a significant level of influence and trust. The ability to obtain cooperation and agreement on important outcomes via frequently complex, senior level dialogues, as well as a professional level of written communication skills are essential to the position.
This is a Corporate position which can be located in an available bank division location across our eight-state footprint - AZ, CO, ID, MT, NV, UT, WA and WY. The midpoint for this position is $105,223.30+ / per year (calculated for Kalispell, MT). Administration of the BSA/AML OFAC program: Creates and maintains BSA/AML/OFAC Policy and procedures. Prepares policy for review and submission to the Board of Directors for annual approval. Keeps the GBCI BSA intranet page current. Coordinates the BSA/AML/OFAC program summary report for the Board of Directors annually. Performs, updates, and maintains the BSA/AML/OFAC risk assessment. Participates on the SAR Committee as needed. Communicates with law enforcement as warranted and to the extent allowed by regulation. Keeps all BSA/AML matters confidential.

Leadership, Supervision and Training: Manages and provides direct supervision and guidance to assigned CBSAT units. Effectively manages the team members in maintaining open lines of communication, supporting company policy and procedures, and accomplishing their key responsibility areas. About The Role
The Corporate BSA Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the Corporate BSA Manager with the implementation and monitoring of the centralized BSA department, including all aspects of BSA/AML/OFAC Program for Glacier Bank. Supervises assigned units of the centralized Corporate BSA Team (CBSAT) and assists in managing the bank’s adherence to the BSA/AML and OFAC regulatory and legal requirements. The ability to motivate or influence internal or external division and senior level professionals is a critical part of the job, requiring a significant level of influence and trust. The ability to obtain cooperation and agreement on important outcomes via frequently complex, senior level dialogues, as well as a professional level of written communication skills are essential to the position.
This is a Corporate position which can be located in an available bank division location across our eight-state footprint - AZ, CO, ID, MT, NV, UT, WA and WY. The midpoint for this position is $105,223.30+ / per year (calculated for Kalispell, MT). All compensation offers are analyzed individually and take into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, and educational background.

Administration of the BSA/AML OFAC program: Creates and maintains BSA/AML/OFAC Policy and procedures. Prepares policy for review and submission to the Board of Directors for annual approval. Keeps the GBCI BSA intranet page current. Coordinates the BSA/AML/OFAC program summary report for the Board of Directors annually. Performs, updates, and maintains the BSA/AML/OFAC risk assessment. Participates on the SAR Committee as needed. Communicates with law enforcement as warranted and to the extent allowed by regulation. Keeps all BSA/AML matters confidential.

Leadership, Supervision and Training: Manages and provides direct supervision and guidance to assigned CBSAT units. Effectively manages the team members in maintaining open lines of communication, supporting company policy and procedures, and accomplishing their key responsibility areas. Rewards good performance as well as re-directs unsatisfactory performance.

Coordinates and monitors assigned BSA/AML OFAC compliance as it relates to CTRs, CTR exemptions and corresponding annual reviews, High Risk Customer Reviews, and SARs. Maintains file of BSA procedures from any third party vendor who perform BSA/AML related activities. Follows all recordkeeping requirements. Develops and maintains a quality control program related to BSA to ensure a satisfactory audit and exam. Develops and documents the elements of the customer rating system in the BSA Policy and the BSA/AML Risk Assessment. Develops and maintains standard forms and processes related to BSA area.

Training: Ensures training programs are implemented, monitored and documented. Keeps current on all regulations affecting BSA and operations, to include Regulation C, DD, E, FATCA, Red Flags, etc. Communicates with staff regarding regulatory changes and implementation. Maintains BSA Certification.

Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Must complete the assigned online training courses and achieve a passing score by due date.
