As a Cultivation Specialist you are responsible for maintaining quality control measures and ensuring the health and safety of crop during the life stages of the plant, from propagation to pre-harvest. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support plant management, fertilization, insect and disease monitoring, sanitation, and overall plant growth, health, and appearance in the grow rooms.
- Clone, trim, prune, top and train plants as directed by the Cultivation Manager.
- Monitor and maintain quality control measures in accordance with State and local laws.
- Adhere to company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment within the facility and production areas.
- Immediately inform Cultivation Manager of any system discrepancies.
- Visually inspect plants for any diseases, deficiencies, insects, and mold, reporting concerns to management for remediation.
- Follow plant scheduling to accurately project plant need.
- Catalogue, track, and organize plants from clone-to-harvest using our track and trace system.
- Work within company continuous improvement system and strive to increase productivity.
- Regularly clean cultivation equipment and tools, including light reflectors, containers, and ventilation equipment.
- Document and update cultivation logs with nutrient and/or substance application to any plants within the facility.
- Provide support to additional cultivation and harvest teams as needed to achieve facility production goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Able to follow detailed instruction and capable of performing repetitive tasks.
- Must have a positive attitude and work well with others in a team environment.
- Willing to learn about, operate, and maintain facility equipment in a safe manner.

Job Summary:
The Harvest Specialist provides on-site support to daily harvest operations within a cannabis cultivation facility. As a Harvest Specialist, you are responsible for supporting harvest and post-harvest plant processing. Harvest Specialists may be cross-trained and asked to support other departments from time to time to meet business needs. This entry-level role is a full-time, permanent position starting at $15.00/hr.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Offload, harvest, clean, and reload flower rooms.
- Weigh, record, and label post-harvest materials.
- Ensure plants are hung in specific dry rooms.
- Manage, document, and destroy cultivation waste.
- Transfer properly dried plant material to trim and production teams.
- Monitor and maintain quality control measures in accordance with state and local laws.
- Adhere to company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

The Financial Controller - Cultivation is the key business partner for the General Manager of the AZ Cultivation activities. - Ensure account analysis, reconciliation, and review is performed and documented thoroughly and timely;

- Capital project preparation, project accounting, post project follow-up and review;

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required;
- Strong history in cost accounting in a manufacturing environment (food or pharmaceutical preferred);
- Minimum seven years' experience in general ledger and accounting reconciliation activities, with proven ability and experience in month end closing;

Job Summary:
The Kitchen/Production Specialist provides on-site support to the production areas within a cannabis cultivation facility. As a Production Specialist, you are responsible for supporting the manufacturing of cannabis infused edibles and assembling and packaging products for distribution. The Sr. Manager, Finance - Arizona Cultivation Controller is the key business partner for the General Manager of the AZ Cultivation activities. Day to day they monitor plant operations results against operating plans, advise their business partner on financial matters, and direct the preparation of financial, production output, and other reports used to measure and control Cultivation Center activities and costs. They ensure the Cultivation Center's financial control process and systems comply with company policies, applicable regulations, and provide required information. - Develop and maintain the cost accounting system, documents, and records of the Cultivation Center;
- Assist in designing and maintain all standard cost of all Cultivation Center products;
- Analyzing manufacturing operations, equipment availability, and utilization;
- Ensure financial statements are prepared timely and accurately in accordance with current US GAAP;
- Ensure account analysis, reconciliation, and review is performed and documented thoroughly and timely;
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly Cultivation Center performance reports;
- Review all Cultivation Center invoices and ensure proper coding;
- Approve all Cultivation Center A/P;
- Capital project preparation, project accounting, post project follow-up and review;
- Assist management and executives to achieve all business objectives;
- Assist with all Cultivation Center audits;
- Assist in month end closing, prepare journal entries as necessary, and analyze inventory valuation, and inventory roll forward;

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required;
- Strong history in cost accounting in a manufacturing environment (food or pharmaceutical preferred);
- Minimum seven years' experience in general ledger and accounting reconciliation activities, with proven ability and experience in month end closing;
- Proactive, hands-on, results oriented style;
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills with practical judgment and realistic understanding of the issues involved;
- Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills;

The Day Porter is responsible for cleanliness and upkeep of the building and carrying out sanitation, stocking, and cleaning duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clean and supply designated building areas, including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning ceiling vents and restrooms.
- Perform and document routine inspection activities.
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
- Support harvest in sanitation of gardens as needed.
- Utilize various machines and sanitation equipment such as sprayers, power mops, steam cleaners, etc.
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or repair needs.
- Stock and maintain supply rooms.

Job Summary:
The Edibles Manager is responsible for overseeing the production of cannabis infused edibles and leads a team of Assistant Managers, Edible Leads, and Production Specialists. Edible products can include infused chocolates, gummies, mints, hard candies, and more.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational management and business activities of the edibles department in their assigned facility.
- Motivate Edibles team by providing encouragement, being a servant leader, and giving constructive feedback.
- Responsible for driving the edibles department to achieve and surpass goals and objectives, that will maximize output and minimize cost resulting in higher profitability.
- Direct and implement SOPs, methods, policies, objectives to advance their department, and ensure continuing operations to increase productivity and guarantee regulatory compliance.
- Develop and execute the edibles production schedule.
- Assist facility leadership in the development and execution of the facility production schedule.
- Maintain edibles inventory levels based on sales forecast and production schedules.
- Ensure quality, safety, GMPs and ISO standards are followed.
- Monitor performance of equipment and machinery in collaboration with the maintenance team.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and development opportunities Assistant Managers and Leads.

Minimum Qualifications:

Job Summary:
The Assistant Trim Manager is responsible for coordinating and supervising the trim process and ensuring all pertinent SOPs are being followed. In addition, the manager will provide regular coaching and development opportunities to ensure continual team growth and improve productivity.

- Create, develop, and utilize resources to provide training and new hire orientation.
- Support the trimming and debudding of harvested plants by hand and instrument.
- Train, teach, and test Trim Specialists on trim methods and machine operation.

- Weigh, assemble, package, seal, and label products.
- Manage, document, and destroy cultivation waste.

- Monitor and maintain quality control measures in accordance with state and local laws.
- Adhere to enforce company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

- Mark orders as shipped on the morning of delivery.
- Revise invoices if needed upon delivery completion to reflect any rejections or discrepancies and notify dispensary contacts via email.

- Oversee the training of new drivers.

Job Summary:
The Edibles Manager is responsible for overseeing the production of cannabis infused edibles and leads a team of Assistant Managers, Edible Leads, and Production Specialists. Edible products can include infused chocolates, gummies, mints, hard candies, and more.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational management and business activities of the edibles department in their assigned facility.
- Motivate Edibles team by providing encouragement, being a servant leader, and giving constructive feedback.
- Responsible for driving the edibles department to achieve and surpass goals and objectives, that will maximize output and minimize cost resulting in higher profitability.
- Direct and implement SOPs, methods, policies, objectives to advance their department, and ensure continuing operations to increase productivity and guarantee regulatory compliance.
- Develop and execute the edibles production schedule.
- Assist facility leadership in the development and execution of the facility production schedule.
- Maintain edibles inventory levels based on sales forecast and production schedules.
- Ensure quality, safety, GMPs and ISO standards are followed.
- Monitor performance of equipment and machinery in collaboration with the maintenance team.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and development opportunities Assistant Managers and Leads.
- Operate as an inclusive leader; engage all associates in a manner that supports company strategy and retention.
- Support inventory management of finished products and record batch numbers.
- Ensure that all QC/QA protocols are being followed and maintained.
- Follow and enforce all rules and regulations for food production, health and safety, and additional requirements set by the State and municipality in which we operate.
- Partner with Human Resources to effectively manage the department workforce.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- 3+ year experience working in a high-volume food production facility or within a commercial cannabis kitchen.
- 2+ year previous management/supervisory experience in a regulated field that adheres to health and safety policies and procedures required.
- Strategic visionary with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, initiative, attention to detail, drive for change, getting organizational support, building ownership and commitment, making though decisions and developing others.
- Proficient in the use of ERP and inventory management software.
- High attention to detail and is goal driven.
- Consistently goes above and beyond to ensure business needs are met.
- Ability to positively motivate and support teammates.
- Must be 21 years of age or older, and able to successfully register with the state's cannabis commission as an agent.
- Must be able to comply with all laws, regulations, and policies associated with the industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 year(s) of management/supervisory experience in the cannabis industry preferred.
- Operations or performance improvement skill sets preferred.
- Previous experience in food production and manufacturing.
Physical and Mental Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position, move and/or position oneself, communicate, operate and/or prepare, place, position objects, tools, or controls. Job Summary:
The Lab Manager is responsible for overseeing their team in the daily analysis, extraction, and formulation of cannabis recipes, extracts, and samples.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee all processes in extraction and refinement of cannabis.
- Benchwork delegation and prioritization
- Filtration
- Activation
- Rotovape, etc.
- Research and development – record data, refine products, and improve processes.
- Ensure QA/QC methods are being followed.
- Review lab supply inventory and submit order requests.
- Coordinate operations and schedules of personnel.
- Interview, hire, and train lab staff.
- Supervise the mixing of oils to ensure proper ratios are used.
- Formula calculations.
- Review and verify calculations of Chemists and additional lab staff.
- Initiate, coordinate, and enforce operational policies and procedures.
- Create and deliver weekly reports on key performance metrics.
- Implement and maintain appropriate quality control processes and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or similar field required.
- 2+ years of management/supervisory experience in a regulated field that adheres to health and safety policies and procedures required.
- Expert in use of HPLC, Gas Chromatography, and similar equipment.
- Strong mathematical and technical abilities.
- Detail Oriented
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Must be 21 years of age or older and able to successfully register with the state's cannabis commission as an agent.
- Must be able to comply with all laws, regulations, and policies associated with the industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 year(s) of management/supervisor experience preferred.
