Summary The Cultivation Assistant Manager is primarily responsible for assisting in the oversight of the cultivation facility including propagation, vegetation and/or flower. Identifies and corrects all plant-related problems deficiencies

Ensure all weighing and recording of data is accurate
Oversee all sanitization of equipment
Assist in ensuring all cultivation procedures are executed properly
Schedule all manufacturing duties for all stages and aspects of growth
Promote employee and manager relations
Maintain plant counts and tracking information for inventory
Ensure cultivation facility is consistently stocked with appropriate supplies
Perform plant care techniques, including super-cropping, topping, skirting, de-fanning and weaving
Train all new employees to accomplish preferred plant care techniques
Responsible for scouting all equipment, ensuring all tools are free of pests, viruses or disease
Encourage accuracy and thoroughness in order to promote quality

Qualifications Education
High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture, Botany, or related field or equivalent knowledge/experience in sustaining marijuana plants strongly required

Summary
The Corporate Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for providing administrative support in the TGS Global corporate office. This includes but is not limited to printing, copying, binding, and maintaining resource calendars. The Corporate Receptionist must present a professional appearance and maintain a welcoming demeanor during all interactions. Professionalism, punctuality, and organization are essential to this role.
The Corporate Administrative Assistant is also the centralized point-of-contact for all general office supply ordering, stocking, and organization. Candidates must have experience in package handling, phone management, filing, and customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Adhere to company mission statement and core values while maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism
- Maintain continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating required action to management; discover irregularities, and anticipate needs

Summary
The Quality Control Auditor is primarily responsible for supporting effective operations by planning, overseeing, and executing the company-wide Quality Control Auditing, including potency, contaminant, and homogeneity testing of marijuana, marijuana-infused products and concentrates. Summary
The Asset Protection Manager is primarily responsible for supporting effective operations by managing all Asset Protection program administration, including management of personnel, securing company-wide assets, ensuring physical safety and security of employees and customers, licensed facilities, inventory, and the general public. The Asset Protection Manager provides investigative services to maintain integrity within the company and to protect company assets, ensures compliance of security policies, and reports investigation findings to stakeholders. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Remains on-call during and after hours to respond to alarm calls and other emergencies (burglaries and other criminal acts). Performs emergency management services and provides immediate emergency response to a variety of triggers, including fire alarms, security alarms, and law enforcement interaction
- Ensures facilities are compliant with cameras, alarms, locks, and other physical security MED and local jurisdiction rules
- Partners with compliance team to ensure timely and accurate reporting of all criminal acts to MED and local jurisdictions

Key Lead Associate - Cannabis

Summary
The Key Lead Retail Associate is primarily responsible for providing assistance and leadership to other Retail Managers and Associates through supporting managerial staff selecting appropriate marijuana products for patrons. The Key Lead Retail Associate will support Management by opening and closing the store, counting drawers, unregulated and regulated product allocation and over sight of the productivity of the sales floor. The Key Lead Retail Associate assures product quality, customer satisfaction, employee morale, and also processes returned merchandise while conducting day-to-day operations within the facility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Resolve any POS issue a patron or Retail Associate may have at the register
- Abide by product handling procedures, including safety and health policies, auditing inventory, stocking, product storage, and monitoring packaging and labeling standards
- Ensure compliance, security and health standards are met at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of store for all areas of the facility. Including, stocking retail items and supplies, sweeping and mopping and sanitizing restrooms

Summary
The Quality Control Auditor is primarily responsible for supporting effective operations by planning, overseeing, and executing the company-wide Quality Control Auditing, including potency, contaminant, and homogeneity testing of marijuana, marijuana-infused products and concentrates. Responsible for following established company policies for all auditing processes. Responsible for acting as primary point of contact for the quality control auditing. Responsible for creating Audit Reports to initiate next steps and coordinating with management staff in response to audit findings.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates with VP of Quality Control and Staff to update and implement auditing procedures.
- Understands the complexity of compliance requirements governing our businesses, including the following types of regulatory agencies: Marijuana Enforcement Division, Colorado Department of Public Health and more.
- Responsible for quality control of perishable goods (Edibles, Concentrates, Flower, etc.)
- Responsible for reading and understanding regulatory requirements and company policy.
- Responsible for legal compliance with all regulatory requirements, by researching, auditing and verifying a variety of data
- Adapt to a variety of working environments including offices, with ability to gather information from a range of employees.
- Responsible for accessing and updating documentation using a variety of software applications and operating systems
- Responsible for reading and understanding all Standard Operating Procedures and documentation accessed during audits and the verification process

Job Description
The Regulated Processing Associate is primarily responsible for high-volume quality control in a warehouse environment, packaging and labeling of ready-to-use cannabis products in preparation for shipping to multiple retail facilities. The Regulated Processing Associate conducts day-to-day operations within the Processing Center, including detailed trimming and weighing of cannabis to confirm quality of product. Additionally, the Regulated Processing Associate monitors contaminants, sanitizes and adheres to company policy/industry regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain a friendly, courteous and compassionate demeanor at all times
- Adhere to company mission statement and core values, while maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism
- Preserve product quality; able to monitor contaminants and take appropriate action to correct quality issues
- Abide by product handling procedures, including company safety and health policies/regulatory agency compliance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of facility by stocking processing supplies, sweeping, mopping and sanitizing restrooms
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of processing storage areas, office and supplies
- Verify accuracy of product displayed in POS (correct product, quantity and/or weight)
- Authenticate correct use of MED-required packaging and labeling in accordance with company policy
- Adhere to security protocol and promote safety for patrons, patients and other Team Members
- Fill all time during scheduled shifts with productive activity, including cleaning, stocking, cross-training, organizing or completing y other tasks to contribute to company success
- Maintain personal hygiene to ensure safe interaction with patrons, product and other Team Members
- All other job duties as assigned
Qualifications Education
- High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred
Training
- Must maintain current knowledge and adhere to all policy and regulations of the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED); Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and TGS Management
Required Skills & Experience
- Excellent computer, mathematical, language and reasoning skills
- Bilingual skills a plus
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of Colorado marijuana laws, MED regulations, and CDPHE requirements; Previous marijuana industry experience preferred with priority given to candidates with experience in CO licensed facilities
- Retail, operations and/or sales experience a plus
