ROLE SUMMARY:
The Sales Manager is responsible for sales in assigned geographical area and/ or key account(s). Leads the local wholesale organization. Manages operational aspects of the wholesale business by developing and managing tools necessary to drive a profitable wholesale business. Provides effective solutions, guidance, strategies, retailer programs and tools that foster success in the company’s business and drives productivity. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, coach and develop an A Player wholesale sales team
- Build out market sales strategies and tactics to achieve financial, customer and market goals
- Develop and maintain effective customer and market relationships
- Grow sales by working directly with wholesale customers to identify needs and provide full scope business solutions
