WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: (ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES)
- Prepare and continually update with accuracy all sales related administrative tasks. These include, but are not limited to:

We are looking for Promotional (Sales) Models to join our brand! If you’re looking for a fun and exciting job in the area of sales, marketing, or PR, this position is the right one for you! This person will essentially be a brand ambassador for our company’s products!
While this is starting off as a temporary position, there is a strong possibility of full time conversation!
The day to day:
- Learn about Traditional’s products and different strains of cannabis
- Approach potential buyers while offering product samples and describing the product’s unique qualities.
- Go to different stores/ dispensaries and persuasively pitch our product in hopes of getting it sold there

POSITION

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities*: The Sales Representative / Brand Ambassador’s main responsibility will be to market, sell, and manage wholesale products to various dispensaries across the state. The Sales Representative / Brand Ambassador is an employee who is trustworthy, organized, and works with minimal supervision.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain current processed product knowledge as well as plant material/flower knowledge and trends.
- Keep up to date with program rule and/or regulatory changes
- Establish and maintain relationships with all dispensaries within the state.
- Maintain regular communication with wholesale clients to receive product feedback.
- Assist wholesale customers with ordering/re-ordering products through LeafLink/Leaftrade (cannabis B2B sales platforms).
- Assist with the training dispensary employees on new products/product info to assist with selling.
- Conduct outreach for The Botanist brand statewide (MMJ events, doctor’s offices, nursing homes, etc.)
- Educate patients through dispensary education days with company and product knowledge to ensure reliable product information is being communicated to consumers.
- Manage and triage patient insight, complaints, and re-imbursements from the company inbox to ensure patient satisfaction.
- Work closely with the inventory team to coordinate and schedule deliveries with wholesale clients to insure customer satisfaction is always maintained.
- Assist with creating marketing materials and marketing concepts
- Other duties as needed.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business management
- Minimum of 1 year of sales and customer service experience
- Experience in a sales role in health care or in the legal cannabis industry is strongly preferred

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Territory Manager for a cannabis technology and lifestyle brand. This individual will need to become an expert on the companies mission, vision, ethos, and portfolio of products. In addition, you'll have opportunities to support Wyld marketing events, and assist our sales staff, while being extremely knowledgeable about our brand and products. You'll be responsible for ensuring a smooth sales process by being prepared, organized, educated on our products and the industry.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Supporting our account managers by delivering product to assigned dispensaries
- Setting up and being our brand ambassador at marketing events

Attending events, partnerships and promotional opportunities
- Representing, promoting, and selling the Wyld brand and product
- Educating customers and consumers about the brand along with new and existing products

Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- At least 6 months of related experience and/or training utilizing strong customer service skills; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced work environment.
- Have a history of strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Platforms, basic data entry. Metrc experience a plus.
- Required to possess an active Oregon Liquor Control Commission (“OLCC”) marijuana worker permit
- Must also possess valid Driver's License

Must have/be able to acquire a valid Oregon Food Handlers Certificate
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written
- Travel Requirements: 90%-100% daily travel

Compensation
As a non-exempt employee, you'll receive an hourly wage, overtime, PTO and fully paid health, dental and vision insurance.
