The Sales Ambassador is responsible for the day-to-day sales of the store in accordance with company policy. The Sales Ambassador will staff, train and motivate their staff to exceed customer and company expectations while creating ambassadors.

- Build the sales system for the store, including: sale motivation/bonuses, campaigns and promotions, sales strategy Etc
- Coaching and motivating your team to inspire top performance and an exceptional customer experience
- Executing standards in recruiting, hiring, training, guest services, visual merchandising, and store operations
- Execute plans/bonuses to drive key performance indicators to maximize profitability
- Enhance brand loyalty by empowering team to create a natural and personable experience for customers
- Act as a partner between customers, sales associates, store leadership and corporate business partners
- Maintains a high level of customer focus and leads by example with clear and engaging communication
- Ensures visual directives and standards are maintained
- Passion for teaching associates product knowledge and how to apply their learning to the customer experience

SUMMARY:
We are hiring energetic and out going Retail Associates for our new location at Bayside Marketplace in Miami.
Alter Native is a CBD lifestyle company that is focused on promoting a healthy lifestyle and improving the quality of life through CBD products. Our goal is to educate people on the value of Hemp & CBD and break the stigma associated with hemp and cannabis through professional and compassionate service.
A store associate is responsible for helping customers find the right products that fit their needs, while also safeguarding company assets. This is a very customer-oriented position that requires a lot of interaction with a diverse group of people, maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, and adhere to company policy and state law.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive sales and customer experience by maintaining a tidy, safe, and well-merchandised store environment
- Execute selling standards to meet the team and individual sales goals
- Ensure the sales floor is properly stocked and the presence of the store is well maintained
- Model best-in-class service experience that consistently exceeds our customer’s expectations
- Inspire customer confidence and create loyalty to our service
- Accountable for accurately utilizing Point of Sale system
- Ensuring opening and closing duties are completed
- Identify marketing opportunities to forward to Social Media.
- Engage customers immediately upon entering the store.
- Maintain accurate tendering of money.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS and/or ABILITIES:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Desire to learn about our products in order to assist customers
- Knowledge of basic computer skills, Point of Sale software and cash management
- Outgoing attitude and strong work ethic
- Team-player mentality
- Ability to creatively cultivate long-term customer relationships
- Ability to deal with problems and resolve them in a professional manner
- Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations including weekend, evening, and holiday shifts and store location movement
