Key Responsibilities
- Complete scheduled maintenance activities (PMs, inspections, etc.).
- Assist with unscheduled maintenance repairs as instructed.
- Cleaning combustible dust while following safety procedures
- Duties would include, but not limited to, electrical, hydraulic/pneumatic repair, building and machinery maintenance and fabrication.
- Assists with repair, maintenance, replacement, installation, and testing of electrical/electronic systems, circuits and equipment.

The Packaging Technician will be the front-line to ensure that all products are packaged accurately and compliant in order to ensure patient satisfaction, proper brand representation. Execute and monitor all tasks in packaging areas.

- Understand and be concurrent on all SOPs to ensure cGMP compliance. Review and generate SOPs and keep current with SOPs
- Constantly look for actions that can be done to prevent defects and all quality training.
- Report corrections and all identified discrepancies to management to ensure accuracy of all inventory counts, labeling, and applicable pertinent information

Basic Qualifications:

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities: The Edibles Line Cook will work closely with the Kitchen Manager to successfully produce consistent, safe, quality edibles. Communication, attention to detail, and time management are critical to the success of our Kitchen and to the continued success of our kitchen operation. The Edible Line Cook is responsible for assisting the Kitchen Manager with navigating day to day operations of producing products infused with various Cannabis derived oils. - Producing cannabis infused edibles while maintaining the strict laws and guidelines set by the government to ensure all products are manufactured within the confines of the law.

Job Purpose
The purpose of a Utility Operator/Packer is to own the responsibility of reading packing sheets, quality inspecting product coming out of a production machine, and loading product into boxes and onto pallets. This position requires you to work in a warm temperature environment throughout your shift. You would be required to obtain a full range of motion from standing, reaching, moving, bending, and lifting 40lbs as necessary. Although there is no quota to obtain, you would be required to work at a steady speed to keep up with production.

- Separate defected product and set in designated area for recycling

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities: Reporting into the Director of Cultivation & Garden Manager, the Cultivation Technician provides the daily care and focused attention necessary to produce clean, quality medicine for our patients. The successful candidate will possess a passion for horticulture and a willingness to continually learn more about the subject. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to learn and grow with the company from the ground up, and to take on increasing levels of responsibility over time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist our growing team in effectively and efficiently cultivating the finest medicine.
- Responsible for the daily care from seed to harvest by implementing daily feeding and care as directed by the Director of Cultivation and Garden Manager.
- Assisting with the completion of cultivation tasks including but not limited to pruning, trimming, cloning, transplanting, and harvesting of the cannabis flower.
- Routine visual inspection of plants to identify any pests, nutrient deficiencies, or diseases.
- Monitoring environmental factors to maximize production and prevent failures.
- Crop propagation to meet inventory requirements as determined by management.
- Maintaining the highest levels of maintenance, cleanliness and sanitation inside the cultivation area and storage of all tools and equipment, including but not limited to: shop vacuums, pumps, hoses, carts, fiskars, scissors, loppers, stools, gloves, rags, and goggles.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Environmental Service Tech will be responsible to perform a variety of cleaning duties, while maintaining all public and private sectors to the employer’s standards. These duties will include, but are not limited to surface cleaning, dusting, mopping, sweeping, and bathroom services.
- The primary responsibility of the Environmental Service Tech is to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the production facility.

- Assisting other departments with trash removal and staging during harvest or other times when a large volume of trash is being produced and removed. Ensure waste is disposed of properly and in accordance with the Cannabis Control Commission regulations
- Completes daily, weekly and monthly checklists on restocking of janitorial and bathroom supplies in addition to building equipment maintenance procedures and maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures
- Perform related duties as assigned by Facilities Manager
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Ensure necessary paper products (paper towels and toilet paper) are restocked as needed.

Job Purpose
The purpose of the Advanced Machine Operator is to perform full and comprehensive operation of extrusion and/or thermoforming manufacturing machines to produce company products of the highest quality. This position requires you to work in a warm temperature environment throughout your shift. You would be required to obtain a full range of motion from standing, reaching, moving, bending, and lifting up to 50lbs as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Operates thermoforming, extrusion, packaging, and material handling equipment as required in a safe and professional manner
- The ability to occasionally lift and or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and or move up to 40 pounds

Job Purpose
The purpose of the Corporate EHS Manager is to manage the Company’s Environmental Health and Safety policies, procedures, and reporting, ensuring that the company lives up to its value of making safety our number one priority. The position will be responsible for overseeing the safety at all facilities, located in Ohio, Florida, Nevada, and Ontario, Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop company-wide safety and environmental regulatory policies, processes, programs, and trainings that improve safety of organization for all Company employees including temporary employees, contractors, and visitors
- Work with sites to identify existing or potential hazards and recommend corrective/preventive measure
- Implement and maintain a best-in-class Behavior Based Safety Program with safety audits
- Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and Production Departments to ensure machinery, tooling and equipment is safe and ergonomically sound
- Work closely with Human Resources at each location in regard to workers compensation, training, and OSHA logs/records
- Lead the investigation and reporting for all Near-Miss, First-Aid, Incidents, and Accidents involving injuries and/or property damage with the operation teams; Review corrective actions and follow-up to ensure that the Company is taking appropriate action
- Oversee various HSE auditing and site risk assessment initiatives
- Oversee site security programs at all locations
- Develop annual Company safety and health goals
- Participate in equipment reviews, including process hazard analyses, operator training, etc.
- Supports plant personnel in selection of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Promotes safety and health awareness through internal Company memos, meetings, and newsletters

Qualifications and Experience

This position requires you to work in a warm temperature environment throughout your shift. You would be required to obtain a full range of motion from standing, reaching, moving, bending, and lifting 40lbs as necessary. Although there is no quota to obtain, you would be required to work at a steady speed to keep up with production.
Key Responsibilities
· Inspect finished product from Injection Molding, Thermoforming, Co-Ex, Vacuum, or Printing/Branding
· Separate defected product and set in designated area for recycling
· Package good quality product according to company standards
· Read packing sheets that guide you on how many pieces of product go into a box or onto a pallet
· Utilize a step ladder throughout your shift
· Shrink wrap boxes and pallets
· Label boxes and pallets in preparation for shipping
· Operator a manual pallet jack
· Move finished pallets with pallet jack to designated area for Material Handlers
· Perform other tasks as directed by supervisors or managers

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Producing cannabis infused edibles while maintaining the strict laws and guidelines set by the government to
- Assist Kitchen Manager in the creation of new recipes and products.
- Learn various recipes and methods of preparation of medicated products.
- Meeting set production deadlines by working efficiently with a sense of urgency.
- Meticulously record all work performed when creating recipes and produce final procedures for each recipe
- Check products and pull random samples to monitor quality and consistency.

- Maintain live counts on all infused edibles products.
- Keeping track of non-medicated product and monitoring levels of raw materials.

- Assist with the labeling and packaging of final products when necessary.
Basic Qualifications:
- A great attitude is essential.
- Basic understanding and knowledge of how to properly use and maintain all equipment in the kitchen.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities: The Edibles Line Cook will work closely with the Kitchen Manager to successfully produce consistent, safe, quality edibles. Communication, attention to detail, and time management are critical to the success of our Kitchen and to the continued success of our kitchen operation. The Edible Line Cook is responsible for assisting the Kitchen Manager with navigating day to day operations of producing products infused with various Cannabis derived oils. Must be able to follow instructions and react quickly even in high stress environments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Producing cannabis infused edibles while maintaining the strict laws and guidelines set by the government to ensure all products are manufactured within the confines of the law.
- Assist Kitchen Manager in the creation of new recipes and products.
- Learn various recipes and methods of preparation of medicated products.
- Meeting set production deadlines by working efficiently with a sense of urgency.
- Meticulously record all work performed when creating recipes and produce final procedures for each recipe created.
- Check products and pull random samples to monitor quality and consistency.
- Assist Kitchen Manager with calculating cost of ingredients so that products are developed within targeted cost range.
- Maintain live counts on all infused edibles products.
- Keeping track of non-medicated product and monitoring levels of raw materials.
- Maintaining correct sanitation for work areas, sanitation logs, checking for any possible health code violations and mitigating the risk of cross contamination.
- Assist with the labeling and packaging of final products when necessary.
Basic Qualifications:

The Maintenance Tech (MT) will assist as a member of the maintenance team responsible for the overall mechanical operation and maintenance of and with-in the facility. MT will perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on the production/cultivation facility and machinery. MT will provide observed meaningful feedback to leadership to ensure maintenance is real time, strategic, and executed seamlessly within the operation. MT will interact with vendors and contractors to ensure all jobs are leverage the appropriate level of expertise. Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities: Reporting into the Director of Cultivation & Garden Manager, the Cultivation Technician provides the daily care and focused attention necessary to produce clean, quality medicine for our patients. The successful candidate will possess a passion for horticulture and a willingness to continually learn more about the subject. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to learn and grow with the company from the ground up, and to take on increasing levels of responsibility over time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist our growing team in effectively and efficiently cultivating the finest medicine.
- Responsible for the daily care from seed to harvest by implementing daily feeding and care as directed by the Director of Cultivation and Garden Manager.
- Assisting with the completion of cultivation tasks including but not limited to pruning, trimming, cloning, transplanting, and harvesting of the cannabis flower.
- Routine visual inspection of plants to identify any pests, nutrient deficiencies, or diseases.

The Packaging Tech (Generalist) will be the front-line to ensure that all products are packaged accurately and compliant in order to ensure patient satisfaction, proper brand representation. We are seeking quality candidates that value teamwork, accountability, and accomplishing the mission. Position will ensure compliance, quality, and accuracy while reporting to the Quality Assurance Packaging Manager. This position is entry level seeking driven detail-oriented persons with selfless motivation. A candidate must demonstrate strong mental stamina and attention to detail to succeed in this role for growth opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Execute and monitor all tasks in packaging areas.
- Member of a team in packaging accomplishing all tasks involved in completion of assigned work orders.
- Regularly examine machine operation
- Train new team members on job.
- Retrieve components from warehouse and return to warehouse filing with Inventory Control Department.
- Set-up packaging section of filling lines (paperwork, samples, components).

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities*:
The Maintenance Tech (MT) will assist as a member of the maintenance team responsible for the overall mechanical operation and maintenance of and with-in the facility. MT will perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on the production/cultivation facility and machinery. MT will provide observed meaningful feedback to leadership to ensure maintenance is real time, strategic, and executed seamlessly within the operation. MT will interact with vendors and contractors to ensure all jobs are leverage the appropriate level of expertise. The below listed duties and responsibilities are meant to serve as a broad overview of what’s required in this position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the operational Directors to manage facilities and equipment safely in accordance with operational needs.
- Repair equipment, along with repairs including but not limited to grow lights, fans, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.
- Execute work request system along with a record keeping process.
- Process and log all maintenance and repair work to include daily report on the status of repairs.
- Conduct safety inspections to ensure all equipment is operating optimally and create a cadence for ongoing inspections.
- Aid in receiving and storing of supplies and materials across all departments
- Aids ICC (I) to verify manifest, break down pallets and boxes, and stages/stores all supplies to proper destination.
- Installs new equipment as needed.

- Helps team complete daily, weekly and monthly checklists on building equipment maintenance procedures and maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures
- Aids in obtaining estimates for supplies, repair parts; and assist with ordering items as needed
- Responsible for accountability of vehicles, tools, materials, and equipment when necessary and ensures that they are used safely, effectively, and efficiently
- Ensures that all facility resources are well-maintained, well-organized, and reordered promptly
- Aids in yearly review of all processes to ensure proper permitting and licensing

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities*:
The Journeyman Electrician (JE) will assist as a member of the maintenance team responsible for the overall electrical operation and electrical maintenance of and with-in the facility. JE will perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on the production/cultivation facility and machinery. JE will provide observed meaningful feedback to leadership to ensure electrical maintenance is real time, strategic, and executed seamlessly within the operation. JE will interact with vendors and contractors to ensure all jobs are leverage the appropriate level of expertise. The below listed duties and responsibilities are meant to serve as a broad overview of what’s required in this position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work closely with the operational Directors to manage facilities and equipment safely in accordance with operational needs.
Repair equipment, along with repairs including but not limited to grow lights, fans, HVAC, electrical, etc.
Execute work request system along with a record keeping process.
- Process and log all maintenance and repair work to include daily report on the status of repairs.
Conduct safety inspections to ensure all equipment is operating optimally and create a cadence for ongoing inspections.
Aid in receiving and storing of supplies and materials across all departments
Aids ICC (I) to verify manifest, break down pallets and boxes, and stages/stores all supplies to proper destination.
- Installs new equipment as needed.
- Manages facility repair requests
- Scheduling when maintenance is outside of realm of expertise, but continuously learning from contractors to eliminate the need for outside services when possible.
- Communicates with the janitorial services to ensure cleanliness and stocking of the common areas
- Troubleshoots minor maintenance problems involving electrical, structural, plumbing, and equipment repair or replacement. (Major repairs may include planning and coordination with external contractors or licensed tradesman.)
- Performs preventive maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment and systems
- Helps team complete daily, weekly and monthly checklists on building equipment maintenance procedures and maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures
Aids in obtaining estimates for supplies, repair parts; and assist with ordering items as needed
- Responsible for accountability of vehicles, tools, materials, and equipment when necessary and ensures that they are used safely, effectively, and efficiently
- Ensures that all facility resources are well-maintained, well-organized, and reordered promptly
- Aids in yearly review of all processes to ensure proper permitting and licensing
- Assists with the Operations Manual and SOP maintenance relating to Facilities Maintenance

Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience. Associate’s Degree strongly preferred
- 2 years of experience in building and mechanical equipment maintenance and repair

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities: Reporting into the Director of Cultivation & Garden Manager, the Cultivation Technician provides the daily care and focused attention necessary to produce clean, quality medicine for our patients. Duties and Responsibilities:

The Assistant General Manager collaborates with the General Manager to help oversee the daily operation of the dispensary. This position requires a strong leader who is willing to provide exceptional service to our guests and support to all the employees while leading by example with a hands-on approach. This role requires general knowledge of all types of cannabis products, along with being comfortable speaking to large groups of people. Priorities include providing the GM with all departmental updates including employee performance, sales/product trends, and guest/vendor relations while ensuring all the employee needs are handled proactively. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop collateral material, including brochures, flyers, business cards, for the company’s suite of brands.
- Design and develop e-mail blasts and newsletters to be distributed to Botanist dispensary patients.

This position will be assigned to the Marijuana Licensing program and will be responsible for processing and investigating marijuana license applications as well as compliance activities related to licensing.
Who are we?
The OLCC is the agency responsible for regulating the sale and service of alcoholic beverages, the production and sale of recreational marijuana, the tracking of Oregon Health Authority medical marijuana, and the tracking of industrial hemp products sold in OLCC retail stores. The agency is comprised of three major operational programs; the Distilled Spirits Program, the Marijuana Program, and the Public Safety Program. All three programs are supported by the Administration, Financial Services, and Support Services divisions. Revenue generated from these programs helps support state and local government programs.
What will you do?
- Independently, or as a member of a team, conduct site surveys and investigations of Oregon marijuana applicants and licensed businesses to assure compliance with state laws and rules that govern marijuana businesses.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret licensee’s business records and other records or technical reports (police and court reports, real estate documents, certifications from other agencies).
- Use a radio frequency scanner to collect and record licensed premises marijuana inventory as needed. Compare scanned inventory data with recorded inventory in cannabis tracking system application to detect and assess shortages/overages in product quantities. Analyze and reconcile financial and tax data from the application and reports. Review discrepancies with licensee to determine whether an investigation is in order.
- Document site survey and investigation findings in narrative reports.
- Inspect production areas and plants or products for contaminants. Obtain and submit samples of product to be tested by third party laboratory.
- Review product labels for conformance to labeling requirements.
- Determine the validity of complaints of marijuana law violations by talking with complainant, licensee, witnesses (in person and over the phone); observing at the licensed business; and reviewing the compliance history of the business.
- Plan and conduct minor decoy operations with other law enforcement agencies or program staff. Recruit and train minor decoys.
- Gather, control, and secure evidence according to procedures to preserve the integrity and chain-of-custody.
- Provide licensees with consultative assistance by educating or training on regulatory requirements and developing strategies for achieving compliance with rule and law such as implementing operational changes to the business.
- Interpret regulatory requirements, analyze facts and apply policy and standards to decide appropriate action to gain compliance from licensee.
- May issue citations to gain compliance, depending on the nature of the violations, the facilities’ history and past corrective action plans, and other information obtained during site survey or investigation.
- May review security plans and make recommendations for license revocation or other corrective actions if facilities are not meeting the Commission’s security goals.
- Prepare and present documents needed for contested case hearing. Testify on behalf of the Commission at administrative law hearings or in court.
- Manage an active marijuana license caseload, assess priorities and use discretion to plan the scope, direction and outcome of investigations.
- Making independent assessments of whether applicants have a habit of abuse, criminal record or otherwise present a poor risk of compliance using the resources available, including analyzing and interpreting Commission compliance history and technical reports of other professional disciplines such as medical or alcohol treatment reports, police reports and court documents.
- Reviewing applicants' business proposals and financial background to verify legitimacy and sufficiency of funds and to detect the presence of unauthorized ownership and/or organized crime.
- Analyzing information from leases, sales agreements, contracts, corporate documents and partnership agreements to determine ownership and legal access to the business.
- Interviewing applicants to obtain information about eligibility and assessing credibility.
- Identifying and applying relevant statutes, rules, case law, Attorney General Opinions and Commission policy to relevant facts.
- Evaluating floor plans and blue prints of proposed outlets. Analyzing their sufficiency to meet OLCC operating requirements and the applicant's operating proposal.
- Inspecting newly constructed or remodeled marijuana licensed premises to assure that physical layout and business operation comply with statute, rule and Commission policy.
- Writing clear, complete reports which summarize investigative facts; evaluate and apply statutes, administrative rules and legal case precedent; and explain conclusion and recommendation for marijuana licensing cases.

Here is what you need to qualify:

This experience must include preparing written reports using individual judgment in developing conclusions or recommendations that are subject to review in court, administrative hearings or comparable formal review process; OR
An Associate’s degree in criminal justice, human or behavioral sciences, business or public administration or other related field AND eighteen months of experience conducting investigations; OR
A Bachelor’s degree in law enforcement, criminal justice, human or behavioral sciences, business or public administration or other related field; OR
Any relevant combination of education and experience equivalent to three years.
Examples of experience that may qualify are regulatory compliance investigation; criminal investigation; child welfare investigation or eligibility determination; governmental benefit, business or mail fraud investigation; revenue audits; insurance claims or fraud investigation.
The agency will consider all fields of education when determining qualifications and prior to invitation for interview processes.

Education: Upon a conditional offer of employment, Regulatory Specialists must furnish documentary evidence of a high school diploma, successful completion of a GED test or a four-year, post-secondary degree issued by an accredited, degree granting college or university. Regulatory Specialists will also be required to successfully complete a basic skills proficiency assessment administered by the OLCC.
Physical Capacity: Upon a conditional offer of employment, Inspectors will be examined by a licensed physician to ensure minimum physical standards are met. Training Academy: Inspectors are required to successfully complete the DPSST Marijuana Training Academy when scheduled by the OLCC. The academy is currently four (4) weeks long, at the DPSST training facility in Salem, and attendees are expected to stay at the facility for the duration of the training, except on weekends. Academy coursework includes defensive tactics training which is highly strenuous. Inspectors unable to attend or successfully complete the training academy will not continue employment.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities: The Extraction Tech will perform processes including but not limited to use of short-chain single alkanes, carbon dioxide, and ethanol as liquid solvents, as well as using a combination of pressure and heat to produce a line of solvent less extracts, the removal of phospholipids, pesticide residuals, heavy metals, plant pigments, and other undesired compounds, producing isomerized cannabinoid products including delta 8 THC,as well as formulating various edible products including but not limited to gummies, lozenges, tinctures, and topicals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for using a variety of techniques to extract and refine the medicinal components of the Cannabis plant for the Ohio Medical market.
- Responsible for following and maintaining the inventory tracking system utilizing forms to track and log all extraction inputs and finished extraction products.
- Collect samples to submit for analytical testing.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:
The PT Security Guard (PT/SG) will assist in the execution of all aspects under the security mission as a part time utility personnel team member. This position will operate out of a pool of part time security team members meant to serve as staffing support to our security mission. PT/SG will report to security leadership in carrying out all associated duties & responsibilities in order to continually function at optimal levels. PT/SG will help in fulfilling staffing gaps to ensure there is consistent execution of security mission. PT/SG will assist in physical delivery of outgoing orders and receiving of inbound deliveries as a no fail task along with overall security of site and staff. Flexibility is a key attribute of this role, as demands will fluctuate frequently at our various facility. The below listed duties and responsibilities are meant to serve as a broad overview of what’s required in this position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute assigned daily duties ensuring that security shift minimums and standards are met each day
- Maintain a secure compliant workplace that is line with the culture of our company
- Carrying a professional bearing always along with strong interpersonal skills in order to communicate clearly and appropriately with internal and external staff
- Accountable to carry out and execute all lawful orders of direct leadership to ensure the vital security mission is never compromised
- Reliable member of security team to ensure all duties are complete and to standard
- Ensure all guests and vendors are verified and checked in according to protocol and code
- Support deliveries to ensure coordination occurs with Inventory Control Coordinator and Directors and execute proper validation and intake of order
- Load delivery vehicle and aid Security Lead in execution of route to schedule
- Ensure facility staff is aware and complies to all facility emergency drills and procedures per SOPs
- Assist in audits to ensure that the facility, and personal security equipment is maintained and operating optimally
- Complete training and competent around delivery protocols, METRC Manifest fundamentals, Product specifics
- Assist in monitoring, pulling, and reviewing CCTV footage along with the Director of Security
- Be a liaison to local law enforcement, and others as needed
- Assist in investigations of accidents, theft, and unlawful activities.

Basic Qualifications:
- Preferred 2 years of experience in security, law enforcement or a related field.
- Accountable, responsible, and honest individual who is punctual and professional
- Technologically adept with the ability to successfully navigate multiple systems including Excel, Google suite, and security systems. (Genetec preferred)
- Ability to work effectively as a team member, and independently as needed
- Clear communication skills with the ability to remain calm in periods of high stress or unusual activity
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and absolute reliability and honesty
Physical Demands:
- The ability to lift 25 pounds regularly
- The ability to sit in vehicle for 3-5 hours at a time, and over a complete workday
- The ability to meaningfully intervene, secure, and assist in the event of fire or mass casualty
- The ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces
- The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day
Mandatory Qualifications: A successful candidate will need to be 21 years of age and in compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire. Must complete a State/Federal background check and fingerprinting in addition.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:
The Director of Operations will be responsible to oversee the daily operations of the company, while working closely with the leadership team to develop and implement plans and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity to achieve the necessary goals of the company.
- Researching and implementing new directives for business growth and prosperity.
- Ensure company wide compliance with the DOC (e.g. cost control, waste reduction, OSHA, etc.).
- Collaborate with the necessary parties to conduct budget reviews to achieve the company’s budget goals to maximize profits.
- Establish and manage the overall values and mission statement of the business and ensure practices are in play to direct the mission.
- Maximize production output, accurate inventory management, high product quality and on-time deliveries in a cost-efficient manner.
- Supervise employees by providing feedback, positive reinforcement and/or suggestions to improve productivity.
- Prepare quarterly production forecasts based on projected sales volumes and/or executive guidance to minimally achieve our quarterly and annual revenue forecasts.
- Develop, implement and monitor a comprehensive preventative maintenance program for the facility.
- Generate overall production and performance reports as requested.
- Other duties as necessary based by business demands.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Previous Cannabis experience required.
- 4+ years’ experience in an equivalent position.
- An influential and effective leader willing to work side by side employees to achieve company goals.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
- In depth knowledge of diverse business functions (Supply Chain, Finance, Employee Management, etc.)
- Works well with a diverse range of people.
Salary Range*: $90,000.00 - 110,000.00
