OVERVIEW:
Cloud9 Cannabis, an entity in the Lucky Lincoln Gaming portfolio, is hiring a General Manager, Cannabis Retail that will be responsible for overseeing and managing the retail dispensaries in the state of Illinois. The General Manager will have complete oversight of all locations including hiring, inventory, compliance, security, quality, and overall operational activities, while displaying exceptional customer service. This individual will demonstrate leadership qualities to positively coach, reinforce, and continuously provide feedback to the team. The General Manager is responsible for every dispensary in the network, with knowledge of every aspect of the operation. This individual must be motivated, positive, and eager to lead our dispensaries through startup operations.
As a General Manager, Cannabis Retail your responsibilities will include:
- Training, developing, & motivating the team, including all new hires.
- Leading and promoting excellent customer service through coaching, role modeling and utilizing customer feedback to reinforce and improve quality of service.
- Managing store-level financial and operational results.
- Managing inventory levels and displaying product.
- Overseeing all training programs and providing guidance, direction, and support so team members are ready to successfully perform in their roles.
- Ensuring customer feedback and concerns are addressed within a timely manner.
- Ensuring cleanliness, organization and attractiveness of store’s interior and exterior is maintained.
- Reviewing reports for proper money and inventory reconciliations.

Summary
The General Manager oversees all store operations and functionality, as well as oversees staffing and training, and ensures the best possible customer experience. This position works closely with the Regional General Manager and

Summary

POSITION SUMMARY

If hired as General Manager, you will be responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of their dispensary location, including management of retail staff, bookkeeping, inventory management, cannabis regulatory compliance, and responsibility for the overall profitability of the your store.

Thorough understanding of Oklahoma's state and local medical marijuana laws and how they apply to the operations of The Peak. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
