Position Summary
Keeps records of all financial transactions for 210 Cannabis. Verifies, allocates, and posts details of daily transactions to submit to the accounting department. Accounts for all monies within 210 Cannabis: from the daily deposit to safe reconciliation.
This position is Full Time (40 hours per week) and requires weekend availability.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensuring all entries are accurate and accounted for.
- Accountable for all monies inside 210 Cannabis pertaining to the daily deposit and the balancing of the Office safe and Vend safe.
- Verify that Associates have accounted for paperwork properly to ensure accuracy in the daily books reconciliation process.
- Ensuring that all daily reports, which are submitted to the accounting department, are scrutinized for being completed accurately and thoroughly/completing staff 4070 Tax Forms.
- Overseeing that any issues are properly completed with accurate documentation, pertaining to cash handling so that appropriate counseling may take place with staff members.
- Coordinates coin orders to maintain proper levels of change for store operations in addition to verification of said monies received from the bank for accuracy.
- Ensure at all times the office is fully stocked with supplies to facilitate optimal efficiency, clean and organized.
- Advises and implements appropriate changes to cash handling procedures.
- Ensure all over/shorts are properly documented by Budtenders and that daily over/shorts match.
- Assist in the month end process.
- Performs all other duties assigned by management.

Position Summary: The General Manager will provide leadership to manage the 210 Cannabis Company retail store. Under the direction of the Corporate Board of Directors, this position will develop strategic, operational and financial plans, and report business performance. The General Manager will be tasked with implementing best in class product offerings and service strategies, as well as overseeing all aspects of day-to-day operations for the business.

- Significant managerial experience in a high-volume retail sales environment, including business process development, Point of Sale/enterprise systems, pricing, vendor management and product selection, personnel management, contract negotiations, etc.
- Human Resources management experience, including hiring, training, records management, performance reviews, payroll and benefits administration
- Must be 21 years old
- Must pass all required background checks and pre-employment drug screen (pre-employment drug screen does not include THC).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Planning Administration:
- Develop annual and long range plans
- Provide performance reports against short and long range plans
- Provide research and analytic support for generating strategies to meet current and future business plans and goals
- Monitor and review marketing strategies
HR Management:
- Recruit and contract company and project staff
- Manage employee development, oversight and training
- Administer policy development, enforcement and improvement
- Supervise employee relations, including hiring and firing

Financial management:

Position Summary
The Fish Culturist III supports the Stillaguamish Tribe Integrated Hatchery Programs by applying technical expertise of fish culture and enhancement biology to reach program goals. This position supports the Hatchery Manager in leading staff in day-to-day operations of hatchery facilities and provides guidance in program assessment and improvement. Analyzes data and methods to evaluate hatchery program practices, identifies and prioritizes hatchery reform projects, oversees facility maintenance and conducts training. Along with the rest of the Natural Resources Department, this position works to protect and enhance the Tribe’s treaty protected rights.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Fish Culture
This position provides technical expertise relevant to fish culture and health at the Tribe’s hatchery facilities. This position evaluates the immediate and long-term needs of the Tribe’s hatchery operations and offers prescriptive plans to meet the Tribe’s hatchery program goals.
- Performs sound fish culture practices to meet hatchery program goals.
- Identifies, prioritizes and communicates opportunities to improve fish culture practices at Tribal Hatchery Facilities.
- Actively monitors fish growth, feed requirements, fish behavior and fish health.
- Actively seeks to learn new fish culture practices relevant to the needs of the program and demonstrates an ongoing commitment to learning and self-improvement.
- Monitors egg and fish production
- Performs fish inventories, splits, grading, marking trailer inventories and weight samples and determines rearing densities.
- Experienced with coded-wire tagging, mass-marking, and tag retention.
- Ability to identify fish illnesses and calculate doses of appropriate medication needed for treatment.
- Leads staff in feeding, cleaning, and plans daily and cyclic hatchery work schedules.
- Monitor water quality and maintain bio-security measures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position works with the Hatchery Manager to provide operational oversight, training and assistance to hatchery staff to improve day-to-day hatchery operations. Serves as a role model and mentor to other staff. Sets a positive, professional example, and shares knowledge and experience to ensure an efficient and effective team.

- Assists the Hatchery Manager in monitoring program expenditures and evaluating annual budget needs.
- Supports the Hatchery Manager in working with other federal, state, and local agencies to identify and resolve hatchery operations and environmental issues.
Communication
Informs Natural Resources Director and Hatchery Manager on production issues that may affect fish health or hinder program goals. Represents the agency professionally and communicates effectively.
- Communicates changes needed to the Hatchery Manager and Natural Resources Director
- Disseminates information in a positive light that leads to compliance and team building.
- Communicates with Fish Health Pathologists to ensure execution of appropriate fish culture activities.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office suite (including Word, Excel and Outlook) Experience with Microsoft Access preferred.
- Strong mathematical knowledge, including weir calculations, fish densities, and feed conversions.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as hiking, swimming, heavy lifting and carrying in inclement weather conditions.
- Flexible schedule and ability to work occasional weekends and unusual shifts.
- Ability to represent the Tribe professionally when interacting with the public, Tribal members, other Tribal technical staff and other agency personnel.
- Knowledge of the methods and techniques for collecting scientifically credible data related to fish hatchery management.

- Knowledge of treaty fishing rights including compliance with U.S. vs. Washington, Civil 9213, and subsequent orders. Basic knowledge of the Stillaguamish Tribe and its Natural Resources programs.

The Customer Experience Supervisor is responsible for supervising the Budtender team and merchandising. This role will be required to maintain a positive environment, motivate the staff, support staff during difficult customer interactions and ensure all customer service expectations are upheld.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with dispensary In-Store pop-ups, staff trainings, special events, and promotions. Create and develop dispensary staff incentives, contests and in-store features.
- Coordinate objectives with marketing and sales departments.
- Ensure merchandising and brand placement to company standards.
- Identify brand-building areas to include increased product/brand placements (monthly goal assigned monthly/quarterly).
- Evaluate customer objectives and provide solutions to generate additional sales.
- Ensures compliance for age restricted sales. Assure that all Budtenders and Leads comply with regulations.
- Organizes breaks and lunch periods to accommodate customer flow and operations.

- Receive and accurately count all incoming product.

- Review paperwork pertaining to receiving, transfers, debits/damages, returns-to-vendor (RTV's), and chargebacks to ensure accuracy of inventor
- Monitor cash purchasing budget, inventory shrinkage, and expiration dates on perishables
- Manage the BOH organization while communicating regularly with the Store manager, assistant managers, and budtenders
- Coordinates deliveries and initiates a rapport with vendors and delivery drivers
- Maintain quarantine area and return manifests
- Identify significant in-house sales trends and implement appropriate purchasing strategy
Additional Functions
- Improve and document all inventory management and WSLCB Traceability System procedures, allowing any manager the ability to assist in the case of emergencies

- Develop annual and long range plans

- Provide research and analytic support for generating strategies to meet current and future business plans and goals.
HR Management:
- Recruit and contract company and project staff
- Manage employee development, oversight and training
- Administer policy development, enforcement and improvement
- Supervise employee relations, including hiring and firing
- Oversee compliance to employment regulatory requirements
- Ensure workplace safety
Marketing and PR:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing strategies
- Manage digital advertising opportunities
- Ensure website and live menus are current and comply with brand standards
- Oversee content, production and distribution of marketing and publicity materials

- Attract, retain, and develop best-in-class cannabis products and subject matter expertise
Financial management:

- Participate in the preparation of annual budgets, regular variance statements and annual audits

- Ensure operational compliance with WA State and Tribal Marijuana Compact regulations, corporate charters, banking agreements and quality control standards.
- Coordinate activities between regulators, inspectors and law enforcement personnel

- Oversee development, compliance and quality improvement for all Standard Operational Procedures
