Sales Account Managers are masters at planning and executing a sales strategy, building strong long lasting partnerships, maintaining acceptable AR levels, and driving growth within their assigned market.
As a SAM, you will focus on obtaining new partner accounts and expanding relationships with existing partners using the Sales Playbook and resources. Wyld Account Managers oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, including pricing negotiations, marketing/merchandising initiatives, AR collections, in-store promotions, event scheduling, educating budtenders and end-consumers, and order fulfillment. People who are able to influence change, make a difference, and effectively communicate to all walks of life will excel in this role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following
- Drive Sales & Market Share growth
- Create and execute quarterly market plans
- 75% of your time will be managing your current account base
- Analyzing sales trends and store inventory to consult the purchasing team on when and how much product to purchase to ensure zero stock-outs.
- Creatively influencing purchasing teams and store advocates to on-board new and additional SKU’s
- Strategically assessing stores promotional needs and implementing promotions based off of the best ROI
- Scheduling events and customer appreciation demos to educate end-consumers and budtenders.

Qualifications

As a General Manager, Cannabis Retail your responsibilities will include:
- Training, developing, & motivating the team, including all new hires.

- Managing inventory levels and displaying product.

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking a Dispensary Manager who will be responsible for managing all day-to-day operations the Cresco dispensary in accordance with the state regulations, the standards set by the Company and responsible for the overall profitability of the dispensary. The Dispensary Manager provides support to all Patient Care Specialist, Patient Coordinators and Pharmacists which includes: scheduling, training, providing policy and procedure updates, keeping updated with industry news and product information. The Dispensary Manager is responsible for ordering and receiving of all inventory and products, arranging deliveries with logistics team, maintaining agent and facility compliance and cleanliness.
CORE JOB DUTIES
Agent Support and Management:
- Responsible for managing dispensary staff, schedules, inventory and patient/customer relations
- Serves as a resource for dispensary staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news and changes in regulations;
- Responds to all staff questions, concerns or suggestions
- Resolves any conflict immediately
- Responsible for delegating tasks to Patient Care Specialist, Patient Coordinators and Pharmacists in order to maintain a compliant and clean facility
- Coordinates with the upper management to ensure accurate information is communicated to dispensary staff
- Managing and implementing training on POS system
Customer Service:
- Provides superior customer service for vendors, patient/customers and caregivers
- Responds to all patient/customer complaints, requests, concerns, suggestions
- Oversees orders and deliveries to ensure accurate order information and timeliness of deliveries
Reports, Documentation and Profitability:
- Maintain accurate records of all dispensary activities including daily cash reconciliations, patient/customer records, sales, deliveries and returns in accordance with the State of Illinois and the standards set by Company
- Accurate daily, weekly, and monthly recaps and reporting from sales data and patient counts
- Maintain inventory control system and perform daily counts of all medical cannabis and medical cannabis products in the facility
- Provide regular inventory, sales and profitability reports to the Management Team.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- 3-5 years of Retail Management experience required
- Proficient in MS Office, Highly Proficient in MS Excel
- Detail-oriented
- Experience in data entry, data management ideal
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and product-related information in a professional consultative manner
- Strong business acumen including excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills
- Must maintain a high level of integrity, personal motivation, and sense of urgency
- After-hours work required to manage sales facing inventory and order entry
- Experience in a fast-paced environment and compliance driven
- Industry experience preferred but not required

JOB SUMMARY
Join our Cresco Labs team as a Patient Care Specialist. Your main responsibility will be to assist patients in selecting the proper medical cannabis products for their needs and are the go to product expert on duty at the store. Patient Care Specialists engage in one-on-one conversations with patients from the time they walk into the store until they check out. Compliance with applicable rules and regulations as implemented by the state and Cresco Labs will be required.
The ideal Patient Care Specialist should be friendly and positive, much like the barista who provides you your favorite coffee. We hope our patients are drawn to our Patient Care Specialists and the dispensary because of our service, our products as well as your approachable and knowledgeable demeanor.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Help patients make the right choices by knowing how the different methods of cannabis affect patients differently
- Suggesting dosage starting points for new patients
- Correct cash handling
- Verification of proper paperwork, documentation and ID for patients
- Accurate use of the Point of Sale (POS) system; timely data entry of patient profiles in both the POS system and the state's electronic verification system
- Maintenance of hard copy files (when required)
- Assist in verifying the accuracy of orders when being delivered
- Ensure security measures and safety compliance for the store
- Maintain an organized and clean store
- Manage the visitor log
- Reporting of employee issues or patient situations
- Provide any necessary support to the management team to ensure retail store operations run smoothly, properly and in compliance with the applicable rules and regulations, including: daily activities, maintenance, and patient information for any reported issues and/or complaints
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 - 5 years' experience in customer service
- High Energy, Patient Focused, Compassionate
- Retail experience mandatory
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to learn and understand cannabinoids and how they interact with the human body
- Ability to use standard office equipment, computer equipment and software including word processing, database management, spreadsheet applications and email
- Ability to work effectively with employees, management, patients, governmental agencies, community members and the general public
- Understanding of applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry, personnel law, safety regulations, local municipal codes and organizational rules, regulations, directives and standard operating procedures

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs seeks to add a Retail Inventory Manager to our growing retail team. Our Retail Inventory Manager will be responsible for involved inventory recording, compliance, and accuracy in all phases of the Retail sales of cannabis products in the dispensary. Ideal candidates will have a working knowledge of cannabis industry software systems.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Perform cycle counts daily, weekly and monthly as needed
- Ensure inventory records are always accurate
- Follow state guidelines to maintain an accurate physical inventory and ensure the integrity of the dispensary records
- Assist in managing State inventory system BioTrack
- Assist in deliveries that will be taken into the dispensary ensuring they are accurate
- Adding all new products received into BioTrack
- Participate in assessing the internal controls over inventory to identify deficiencies and develop corrective action plans for continuous improvement
- Work with our local Compliance Manager to ensure all inventory issues are handled on a timely basis
- Adhere to all mandatory state regulations
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office with strong abilities within Excel
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
- Strong work ethic and able to function independently
- Experience with BioTrack THC software a plus
